Meszaros made everything so simple, painless, and easy, when other shops (Caliber collision) and the insurance were trying to make everything convoluted, and difficult while trying to get as much money out of me as they could. The work they did was also phenomenal. The body work, paint matching, and panel gaps, etc. are all seamless. The work was done very fast, and the only hold up was just waiting on parts, and insurance to approve things, and that is out of their hands. It s nice to be able to go into a place, request a service, and then have that service be done well, and fast without issues these days, and that s what this place did. (Derrick is the one who helped me)

I had a fantastic experience here. The staff was super friendly and polite. Shout out to Derick for his amazing work and for always keeping us informed about any updates/costs. Just got my car back, and it looks fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better job! I really don't know why people put such bad reviews on here. We truly had no issues at all. Customer service was on point. Thanks guys!!! I will definitely recommend you!!

After the body shop first failed to add oil to her vehicle and returned the car with a windshield crack running across the length of the front window which was not there when we dropped it off and door dings on the passenger side, they claim they did add oil even though my wife driving it and noticed a metal grinding sound and had checked the dip stick for oil and was there only enough to leave a slight stain on the paper towel and added 6 quarts. In addition, when they did check to see if they added oil they did not drop the oil pan or catch the first cup or two of oil to investigate for metal pieces or bits. They just leveled the oil and reviewed the codes which showed three miss fires for the pistons which would be consistent with them locking up due to no oil. They drove it and did not have any other issues and asked if they could take it to the dealer or have their owner diagnose it since it there was no one there with the knowledge or expertise to do the repairs. I was under the impression they would take it that afternoon which was last Thursday and learned Friday it was not there due to the body shop keeping the vehicle not per my wishes.As of last Friday the vehicle was sent to the dealership but I did not find out till yesterday (Monday) when we picked up the vehicle that the body shop only conveyed to check for the misfire codes and nothing to do with any engine issues. After taking receipt of the vehicle from West Houston the vehicle is still having odd sounds from the engine and not performing as it should. In talking to the service advisor we found out they did not not know about any engine issues and that we are needing to take the vehicle back to Meszaros for work and they need to fix the issue.10/6/2021 UpdateWest Houston is working to review the work but I am not actively working with the Body Shop. Due to the interaction and the lack of explaining the concerns with the Mechanical Shop and the lack of honoring my request to originally have the vehicle taken on the Thursday I communicated with the advisor, lack of communication or status that the vehicle was at the Body Shop till Friday left my wife concern that the Body Shop was not being as open and honest as they could have been. Since these developments West Houston has been reluctant to inspect the vehicle and wants the vehicle to be handled with the Body shop. However, in the initial review of the vehicle the Body Shop communicated they did not have the expertise to diagnose the issue with the vehicle. At the current moment the vehicle is sitting in the garage and not being driven due to back and forth.10/11/2021 -- The gift that keeps on givingJust noticed also now the trunk is not closing properly and it is motorized. The latch is not clasping correctly and today was the first time to open the truck while looking for an item and found foam and clips from the repair in the rear. Not sure why there was need to be in the trunk. Plus, there is dings in the roof and missing window button to lower the rear window. Great quality craftsmanship. Car had more items damaged at the shop that are new than what was needing to repair.Service: Body & Trim

West Houston Volkswagen suggested Meszaros Motor Sports as their go-to for body work. Took my car there due to a collision with a chair on the freeway that severely damaged my passenger headlight, hood, and fender. Meszaros was professional and kind throughout the whole transaction updating me with progress on a friendly first name basis. The end result of the repair work was superb. Returned my vehicle in one week cleaned, waxed, and ready to drive. Would highly recommend this shop over any suggested from your insurance carrier if you are repairing your Volkswagen.

What others have posted here about customer service is right on point. They lack true customer service and not just that. My car has not been repaired completely. The doors (inside and out) were not installed properly. Door panels are not aligned correctly, and the doors themselves are not flush with the car. They draq their feet to complete the job but are okay requesting and denanding full payment.

I was referred by a friend and I do not regret making the decision to accept his referral. My Tahoe was wrecked and Meszaros made it look & feel brand new as the day I bought it!

Getting in a accident is never fun or a easy process when dealing with a insurance company, but I am glad my car went to Oscar at Meszaros Motorsport. The insurance company was trying to throw a bunch of aftermarket parts and cutting corners on my new vehicle, but Oscar fought them and my vehicle ended up with original Dealer parts and it looks perfect! It drives like when I took it out the lot. Thank you for helping get my vehicle back!!

This body shop did not repair my 2019 Infiniti QX 60 correctly the frame is still not correctly aligned (I can tell by the door jam lines)they used Bondo on the rear corner panel instead of replacing it which I can tell the shape of it is off and the door trim does not lineup with other doors. Back to the rear corner panel the bumper sticking out because of the left rear corner panel is pushing on the bumper causing it to stick out. So I took it back and they heated it up to manipulate the plastic which it looks funny and it is not the right way to fix it.They did it the easiest and cheapest way to save money. I m very dissatisfied! I never use these guys again!

The body of my car (Subaru 2021) was hit and I stopped by Meszaros Motor Sports for assistance on how to handle the situation and what my options were. The staff there, including Joe, was very helpful and explained the steps necessary to get started. During the repair, my dad was in constant communication with Derrick and staff about where the repair process was and when it would be complete. The service was exceptional and the work was superb. We were able to pick up our car before the deadline and the car itself was detailed very well. I was worried that I would have to clean up the car myself. We appreciate everything you did for us! Recently bought a Volvo and unfortunately got into an accident, the dealership highly recommended Meszaros for collision repair as they are Volvo certified and Volvo dealerships in Houston do not have in-house collision centers. The car was there for over 30 days, and of course anyone would be frustrated about that. That being said, Derick went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly, over-communicated on expectations and timelines, and really just put my mind at ease. If I ever have to return, or would like other work done to the car (tint, etc.) I will exclusively work with him. Such a pleasure!Service: Body & Trim

They had my car for 51/2 months! FIVE AND A HALF MONTHS!!! ! I spent over $8000 in rental fees through Enterprise while waiting on them. I kept being told two weeks.. next week... when I got it back it was shaking and wobbly. They along with Allstate truly dropped the ball. No one that cares about getting your car back in a timely manner should consider this place! Ever!! ...Service: Body & Trim

We were super pleased with the quality of work done by Meszaros motorsports on our Subaru Ascent. They were very professional and clean. They worked with our insurance super well and we never had any issues. The turnaround time was great as well! We will absolutely be using them in the future and refer our family/friends to them.

Very pleased with the quality of care and professionalism Meszaros Motor Sport performed with my vehicle and me. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend for them to fix your vehicle. During this pandemic they still managed to get the job done while other places where shut down. Not to leave out that they had to ship my vehicle door from Germany and it still got there in time. I am satisfied and will be returning for sure if anything. Thank you to Oscar Chavez for always keeping me updated throughout all the process to even helping me with renting a vehicle meanwhile they worked on mine . Gob bless.

If anyone sees my review, take this as a sign to think twice before going here.Okay so, I had a small accident and took my car here to fix. I sent in my car and after 6 months they still havent properly fixed my car. Horrible customer service (specifically an employee named archie(spelling?))and the quality of the car repair was also terrible. They're careless with the cars they repair, they took in my car and it came back with more damage that it originally had. They won't admit it was them, even after i showed them pictures of my car before i gave them my car.

A few weeks ago someone hit my back left bumper on my Q70 Infinity and my dealership recommend Meszaros Auto Sport and I am very glad they did. My entire experience with them was excellent. Garland my service manager was great and very helpful. My car turned out perfect. Every single 1- star review on here is truthful and unexaggerated. The manager/owner, Charles, was the most disappointing part of all. His customer service skills are lackluster and laughable. He gets defensive and mocks you if you upset him by asking basic questions about your several thousand dollar vehicle that they have full control over while you re rendered helpless. He won t listen to your concerns. He still thinks my concern is how long the process took bc he would never listen to me. The only thing I was upset with was the customer service and lack of detailed updates. Simple, the woman who works the desk is encouraged (or at the very least, not dissuaded) by her manager to handle situations in an unprofessional manner. She is also incapable of having effective and clear communication. Meszaro s is owned by the same people as West Houston Subaru which creates a conflict of interest since they don t have a body shop on site and there is no accountability for the behavior of the manager since it s all in the family. They gave me my repaired car back after 2 months so they get 1 star for participation. Just know, if you go here and have any issues you will be unsupported and frustrated to no end.

If I could give this a negative 1000 stars I would. We took our car here after an accident and 4 months later it is fixed. We had to call daily and every single day for the last month they told us it would be ready over the course of a few days and it never was. They ordered parts wrong, messed up things and straight up lied- just a huge mess. We have a special needs daughter this greatly affected by being crammed in our car for months longer than we were told. We were also told we would be compensated and money would come off the final bill. When we picked the car up the manager refused to speak to us and no money was taken off the bill. I have never had such a terrible experience and pray no one gives this company any more business! Beyond awful experience!

My car was hit from the behind so I called the Infiniti dealership and they referred me here. Spoke with Tony and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I came to the shop, I was pleasantly surprised and how clean the bays were. If you want a honest, knowledgeable & clean bodyshop then this is your place

I don't usually like to rate places but this was the worst experience i have had with any business, i was sent here by Jeff Haas dealership to fix my BrandNew CX5 that was hit but everything from communication to the work itself was less than 1 star. I DONT RECOMEND, TAKE YOUR CAR ELSE WHERE . Charles the owner has a lot to learn when it comes to running a business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a great experience! Drop off of my vehicle was easy, they arranged for Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental, communicated with Enterprise on time the repair would take and communicated directly with the insurance agency on additional repairs that weren't on the original estimate. I was able to leave my rental car at Meszaro's and they handled the hand off to Enterprise.Super easy process and they were very patient with me and explained what was happening in each step of the process.Would DEFINITELY recommend and will use them in the future if I ever need to.

I had my Infiniti taken to Meszaros for body work and the service was so awesome.Oscar handled everything for me and he was very courteous and professional. I got my vehicle back and they did a walk around to make sure everything was to my expectations. They kept me updated on the progress and was very easy to communicate with. I m very pleased with their services. I would highly recommend them for repairs.

Meszaros is beyond any shadow of doubt one of the most professional CLEAN inviting Collision Specialists in the entire state. It's what all automotive shops should aspire to be. Charles and his team of professionals are both knowledgeable and highly skilled at what they do. If you find yourself in need of the services they provide please do not hesitate to trust Meszaros to handle your transaction start to finish.Update: the review will remain 5stars due to the professionalism of the service they provide, however I MUST be honest and point out an extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional employee who mans the front counter area. Won t go into details other than to say Hopefully you don t have the pleasure I had of dealing with this dark haired younger man on what must ve been a bad day that he allowed to contaminate his CSR responsibilities.

I cannot say enough about how great Meszaros was! We were substantially rear-ended, and between Garland and GEICO, the entire process of getting our Subaru fixed was incredibly easy. Their customer service went over and above to be helpful, taking care of my rental car at the end and even grabbing something out for me that I had left in it. They made getting in a crash not a big deal.

My car is new. I wanted the BEST SERVICE possible to restore it. My insurance company recommended a few shops, but I had previous repairs done by Meszaros, and I knew no one could match their work, so I insisted on Meszaros! The insurance company agreed and I was not disappointed!! They did an incredible job repairing and restoring my car to "new"! Every detail and issue was addressed and corrected. Nice people, great work!!

Oscar Chavez customer service is superb! I was sent to Meszaros Motor Sports by a guy name Miguel from Texas Auto Best to take can of an issue with my car. I had no intentions on coming here because Texas Auto Best were suppose to take care of it. However, when I came here, Oscar took initiative right away to take care of the problem. Of course, when you are sent somewhere else to get a part fixed on your car, you have no trust in the work that they can/will do. However, Oscar made me feel at ease in trusting that they will get it taken care of and they did just that! If you are unsure about Meszaros Motor Sports do not be because they will take care of you. Especially in a timely manner!

If your looking for a professional shop to repair your car then look no further. The repairs exceeded my expectations and were immaculate! It all started with the very intelligent lady who answered all my questions and referred me to speak with Oscar on repairing my car. He took his professionalism to the next level up assured me to trust him and to let him handle my insurance claim. This was the easiest most headache free task I've ever had to deal with when it comes to my car. Thank you Oscar and Meszaros Motor Sports! I will highly recommend this shop to everyone that I know.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed by Meszaros. I dropped the car Monday Morning and was greeted by Daniel who was extremely knowledgeable and quickly provided me with an estimate. I explained to Daniel that I am very particular and I also needed the car back by Thursday evening. He agreed to perfection and timing and I left the vehicle. Thursday morning I received a call that the vehicle is ready to go. Not only were they timely they also delivered the car. When the gentleman pulled in my driveway the car was clean, and looked brand new. The General Manager Charles actually delivered the car. I am a happy customer and although I hope not to need their services in the future I will certainly return if need be and happy to refer all friends and families in need.

I am the worse customer ever. I expect anyone in the service industry to always go above and beyond. I was referred to Meszaros by Infiniti because someone hit my brand new SUV. The thought of the process was overwhelming. But to be honest, I never had a chance to think about it.Oscar handled this entire process exceptionally from start to finish. I walked in off the street without the vehicle, sight unseen, he confidently stated it will be repaired to it s original state. He got it towed to the facility, he handled every step of the claim, and he kept me updated on the process.When I picked up the car there were some minor issues that only a picky person as myself would notice. Oscar contacted the insurance company, Amended the claim, got the parts and was ready to repair. However I couldn t find a good time to get the vehicle back to the shop. Oscar worked it out for me. After he was done, he DROPPED OFF MY CAR TO ME, it was perfect and clean.Oscar is a true businessman. His professionalism and customer service is definitely what I look for when I am spending my time and money. Not that I want to, but if ever I had to, Meszaros is the only bodyshop I would take my vehicle for repairs.

Update: I thought I would update my post. Just used Meszaros Motor Sports again, during these scary and unprecedented times - COVID, and once again it was such a great experience. They were very professional and took all precautions. My daughter's car is running perfectly now and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL as always. Charles Ottesen is the best!! Just thought it was important to take the time to update my review.I've used Meszaros Motor Sports several times and every time I have an exceptional experience. I refer my friends and family there all of the time. This most recent visit was for my mother's car. She had an accident. Meszaros worked with her insurance company alleviating the stress for both me and my mother ( a senior citizen)! Charles and Daniel were the very best!!! There's no other place for us!!
