The people who work in service are very caring. I came in there so p*****d and crazy thinking they scraped my wheel, but on their pics from b4 they take, it shows it was already there. I was up there mad and crazy until they showed me the pics. Ming the manager, and Michael were so polite, caring and kind even though it was my fault and I was acting crazy lol (hey I'm Latina and Albanian so ) My bad. The guys in the back do need to be more careful inside the car but no biggie. Michael and Ming were so polite. 2 kind gentleman dealing with a crazy Brazilian obsessed with her cars.

This was my second purchase from this dealership, and as always, they never disappoint. Franklin, my sales associate, was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and explained every detail about the driving capability and appearance of the vehicle. It was also a pleasure working with Ace, the sales manager. He made the toughest part of the job comfortable. I would highly recommend Franklin and Ace for your MB purchase.

Brandon greeted me as I arrived. He was upfront about what the service entailed and the service cost. He kept me updated on the progress of the service and things I needed to be aware of. The checkout process went well and the attendant was very courteous. My vehicle was cleaned and looked 100% better than before I drove in there.

I worked with Nestor. He explained everything and did a great job. I left feeling confident that my car was at top conditionUPDATE*** UPDATE***I was recently in a car accident and had to replace my car. So of course I felt comfortable working with the staff at this location. I purchased my new car with Franklin. I didn t feel any pressure and we test drove many cars until I found the right one for me!!! I would definitely recommend my friends if the are looking to purchase a new car. The Service Advisor Michael was extremely helpful. He took care of my vehicle efficiently and promptly. I inquired about shuttle service and he arranged that as well. I was picked up within 5 minutes of him verifying my address. That is what you call great customer service!! I will definitely seek his services going forward!

Emmanuel, Emmanuel,Emmanuel went above and beyond to assist me. Sadly my previous car gave out on me and I unexpectedly had to purchase a new vehicle. I was extremely nervous and wasn t sure if I could even purchase a new car. Emmanuel took his time, reassured me, explained financing and found me a great deal. Great experience once I got connected with my service advisor. However, upon arrival I wasn t initially acknowledged then the lady behind the counter asked me to hold on for a second, but she continued to ignore me and help other customers. Finally after about 20 minutes I went to another young lady and she checked to see who my appointment was with, and it was all uphill awesomeness after that. I don t want to give a bad review however, first impressions are lasting- Cindy is awesome and the actual service for my car was great.

I'd been searching for a 2022 Lexus in the "claret mica" color since they didn't make the color in 2023. I found the perfect one at Mercedes-Benz Houston North. *dealership please review the audio recording..* I am not one to write bad reviews but wow I have never been treated so badly over the phone before. Alex is the rudest individual and worst service advisor. He has such a piss poor attitude and just acts like he doesn t care and hates his job. He lacks even the most simple customer service skills. I purchased a new headlight and installed it myself, didn t realize it needed to be programmed so I called the dealership to schedule an appointment to come in and get it programmed. Alex very rudely and impatiently told me that it would take anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days and cost $870+tax to remove my bumper, sensors, etc to access so they scan a QR code. I explained to him that the bumper does not need to be removed to scan the QR code as it s visible under the hood and I could scan it for them if needed and he said very rudely they would scan it if they could see it but they would still charge me for the $900 and labor to remove the bumper and other parts. I kindly asked to speak to someone else or a manager so I can have my problem resolved & this guy treated me like I wanted to complain about him or something and got very offended and insulted me. I told him that I simply feel like he doesn t care about my problem and I would like to speak to someone else and he hung up on me. You can play the recording, I wasn t rude or making any of this up.

My experience with repairs done on my Mercedes Sprinter RV is as follows:Delivered RV to Mercedes of Houston on Jan 10, 2024Picked up RV from Mercedes of Houston on Feb 13, 2024.Mercedes of Houston picked up my RV at my home and drove it to Houston to get repairs finished and done correctly.My RV was delivered to my house on Marck 13, 2024.I got from your OBD2 diagnostics; it shows multiple faults. I am concerned about the P027011 fault, cylinder #4 short circuit to ground. I was not made aware of this. Was this fault corrected? If not corrected I would like to know what it will take to get it corrected.The black plate holding the license plate was chrome, got broken by the deer and was replaced by the black one. Yes, I did agree with the black one only because at the time I was told you did not have a chrome one and had to order it.Yamileth Hernandez, Mercedes of Houston Service Dep Rep. I have been trying to contact Yamileth multiple times since I picked up my Mercedes Sprinter RV and have not been able to.The trim on the left broken light, almost lost it.Both sides of the fender liner that I showed you that were over the fender and were put back in place were NOT bolted in place. Two bolts missing.1. Two holes for bolts not applied for stability.2. The plastic liner was not bolted down and the tire grinded it as shown.3. There's a leak that looks like it's from the radiator hose, perhaps not clamped tightly.4. The other side black liner was not bolted either and now worn by the tire.5. Black liner worn by the tire.6. Tire where it rubbed on the fender liner that was not bolted in place.7. Both front (2-piece fender well black liner need replacing. Right at the shock absorber one can see the front and back parts of the fender liner.8. One can see where the tire was rubbing on the unbolted liner that was put back in place as I requested9. 278 miles is how far I drove it when I noticed all of the above.Both of the head lights were replaced BUT NOT ADJUSTED. I got on YouTube and found out how to adjust the headlights myself.When I picked the RV in Houston I paid for the repairs because Mercedes of Houston would not release the RV until they were paid. There was an issue with my insurance company not being able to get the repairs done. When I inspected the RV repairs done, I noticed the hood on the right side was abnormally bent. Yamelith and her mgr saw it and indicated the hood had to be replaced. I suggested for them to bring me a 2x4 and a handheld sledgehammer and I would fix it. I put the 2x4 on the bent area and asked the mgr to hit the 2x4. It took 2 hits with the hammer, and it was fixed. Yes, they were surprised.I experienced by conversation with Josh, Yamelith, and Peter as to how I will rate the repairs done and will keep the ratings to myself because they are substandard in the quality of repairs done.

They are great at selling you a car, but when you wreak your car and you are trying to speak to someone in the financial department so that they can simply cancel the gap policy and fax a simple paper to the gap company, the receptionist is rude and puts you on an automatic merry-go-round of endless voice mail where no one will call you back. I have been calling since November because I work during their open hours, and I still haven't spoken to anyone. And here it is in the middle of January, and the issue hasn't been resolved. Oh, and might I add that the portion gap is supposed to cover Mercedes has been reporting that my payment has been late, which affects my credit score, and after my insurance paid them $25k, I'm highly pissed. i really wish some would call me back

We were shopping online trying to find our youngest son his first car. Even though we were there to buy likely the cheapest car on the lot, they treated us very well. Considering there were $200k+ cars in that showroom, Abe treated us with respect and was very friendly. We had a very pleasant experience altogether with this dealership.

The Service department is terrible, not only for what would be expected of Mercedes Benz, but from any brand whatsoever. The wait to speak with someone, even with an appointment is always 45min+. There s no consideration on the customers, responsiveness after leaving your vehicle there is close to zero and time to repair is always considerably longer than it is promised. I did purchase my MB AMG from there and was using them for service due to proximity. But definitely switching to MB of the Woodlands.
