I had the pleasure of being assisted by Service Advisor Chris at the Mercedes dealership - Greenway/Houston, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Chris not only serviced my car efficiently but also went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. I felt well-informed and taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for top-notch service at the Mercedes dealership. First time to this location and I received stellar service. I was met at my car upon drop off time, they took pictures of my car all around. Went in for an oil change and they saw my windshield wiper fluid light on and they even topped that off for me. Complimentary car was and all. My car was ready in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with the quick service at Mercedes Greenway. I went there as a walk in for a flat tire, I was out of there within an hour with a new tire. Very courteous and efficient staff. 10/10 recommend!

An amazing dealership. The service department is no exception. My little toy needed a new tire. I was able to drive in and leave it. The actual tire would take 3 days as it was designed to go far faster than I can legally.Turned out the wheel was cracked so took more work. Still finished when promised. Clean fix. Efficient pickup. Lucky I had a wheel/tire warranty purchased when I bought the vehicle.This is my third visit to the Service Department. The other two were just as efficient and pleasant. And the work was done correctly too!

It's always a great pleasure to go out to Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway. For purchase, parts, or service. My Service Adviser.. Mr Ernesto Gutierrez; consistently delivers nothing short of an absolute top shelf.. white glove.. 5 star customer service experience. It is indeed a wholesome experience each and every time. It's always an added bonus, when you know someone truly cares about his customers; and in turn his customers trust Ernesto to take care of their priced possessions/vehicles. I gave 4 stars only because everything was great with my experience except the fact they had my car for 2 months and i did not get a loaner. I paid the cost of my own rental. Besides that everything else was great. They communicated well with me on the status updates about my vehicle.

I was at the Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway to buy a E350. The sales person was excelent. She helped me with all the steps and finally I able to purchase the car. It little longer than expected due to a pending repair but MB completed that before delivery. It was a great experience overall. I would recommend anyone to visit here for their auto need. Thanks.

Great service. The customer service rep (James Fisher) coordinated the entire service schedule including repairs, loaner vehicle and delivery of the vehicle after service in a very professional and timely manner. I was kept updated on the progress via text during the couple of days my vehicle was at the dealership.

Yesterday I took my GLE350 for inspection at the Mercedes Benz Greenway of Houston. The staff were very caring and friendly. Including recommendations and good information. I came to this center Never disappointed every time after taking the car out of the center and test driving it on the highway and village roads, I will know the difference in the car's driving dynamics, braking distance, and the smoothness of the car's engine. Before taking the car in for service and after receiving good service.

Great experience on the services department from booking the appointment until I received my car with all the services finished. I received my car back earlier than scheduled clean and washed. My agent was nice and did an excellent job keeping posted a it the services progress. Professional team and understand the customer needs/priorities.

Had a great experience courtesy of Ms. Jacqueline Campos. She made sure I had a loaner vehicle which was originally refused by some incompetent representative I talked to over the phone, who insisted that my scheduled services would only take 1 hour. It turned out my scheduled service was actually 4 hours plus when Jacqueline checked.Jacqueline provided me with great customers service and that s why I m giving 5 stars, without Jacqueline involvement, it probably would ve been a 1 star experience because of the incompetent rep I originally spoke to. Your representatives should be informed when they speak to customers on the phone about scheduled services, and resist the temptation of providing false information just because they didn t want to provide a loaner vehicle.

I've purchase a number of vehicles in the past. This was my first purchasing a Mercedes. I worked with Ryan Ismail in used cars for a gift for my wife. Ryan was professional and personable throughout the 2 day experience. Day one was a test drive and decision making and trade evaluation. Day 2 was the purchasing process. Took about 2 hours from start to finish. Very smooth an professional. Wife is very happy with her C 300. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I don t know where to even start! The whole environment is amazing!! Each time I come they treat me like family. Kevin did his absolute best to get me in the car I wanted! This service center is an outstanding addition to this dealership. My service rep, Mr. Ernesto Gutierrez is quite literally the best service rep I have even had the privilege of working with. His performance on my behalf goes well beyond expectations and we are extremely pleased to work with him. I brought my AMG GLA in for the "B"service on Monday afternoon. The service was completed in about one hour including a car wash. My service representative is Ernesto who always handles my car needs. He is always helpful in making service recommendations if needed.

The service department was friendly and professional . My hesitation lies in that I ve had my car for just about three weeks and this is the second time I ve had to take it to be serviced. There were some software issues that apparently were not fully looked at the first time. I m hoping that this second visit took care of the problem. Aside from that, everyone I encountered was courteous and efficient throughout the entire ordeal.

I recently purchased my used Mercedes and needed service on my tire. They got me into service that same day and were very professional and transparent. I m so glad I went back to owning a Mercedes because there service department is the best and the staff is outstanding. I ll never own another brand of car. Service was good. I got a flat on the highway and brought my car in with no appointment. They were able to take my car. The only downside is Mercedes-Benz of Greenway never has loaner cars available which is annoying and inconvenient, but since they weren t able to provide a loaner Patrick made sure to have me in and out in an hour!

Mercedes Benz of Greenway Service is an exceptional place for me because their technicians think outside the box to find solutions to the various issues that occasionally come up. I do my routine maintenance and service over there as well as any problem I encounter with the vehicle. They are always punctual, and their experience speaks for itself. I am always headache free knowing that my issues are resolved by skillful technicians and my vehicle is handled with care by professionals in the industry. MB of Greenway does a great job of listening to concerns, following up and keeping you up to date, and providing feedback all respectfully. They remain customer focused within the service department. Switch from another dealership due to man-splaining and could not be happier!

My car had the brake warning light come on while on a road trip. I was able to contact my service advisor and arrange for a loaner car the day I returned. My car was fixed promptly and the loaner was a lifesaver, Thanks again Greenway.

I am not happy with my experience. When I bought the E450, it was almost a year before they replaced the batter system, leaving me stranded several times and waiting for a tow truck, last in Pensacola Florida. They are peppering me constantly to buy insurance. However their insurance won t fix the ding in my back bumper because it doesn t apply to plastic but the young woman said she could see the metal (not plastic) of the bumper through the crack in the paint. She said they wouldn t fix it inch long blemish anyway because the paint was cracked. I feel manipulated! There must be a better place to get service!

Ernesto did a great job from start to finish. He stood intouch through a new video chat and text messages about what was needed other then my normal maintenance. Great job overall. This is the only location I go to due the service.

I went in to Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway service for a recall on airbags.Staff was friendly polite and the mechanic Jason took care of my car. He also gave us a diagnostic paper on other items which needed to be addressed. When I received my car it was both cleaned and repaired.I couldn t be happier with the service the Greenway Service location provided.
