I've been bringing my older car here for repair for over 3 years. Its the ONLY place I come to now, cause I trust these guys. They know me and the car and always treat me fair. I even bring my car in for oil changes, since they do a little extra checking on the car as a whole.

Definitely sketchy. The price I was initially told and the price I paid were $100 different. I felt like I was fishing for information. Could absolutely just have been transparent so I didn t have to ask so many questions. Its cheaper to just have the GoodYear mobile van come to your house and less of a hassle. If you do not want to pay $340 for ONE TIRE steer clear.Edit: No written estimate was provided. The employees here spoke to my girlfriend like she was not intelligent. There continues to be the issues of we said this we discussed this there was no discussion. The staff continuing to claim there was one is rude and condescending. If the price had been transparent I can assure you we would have found a better shop over the weekend. Feel free to watch any footage your shop may have of the employee client conversation. I assure you there will be no mention what you claim. Nor did my girlfriend leave your shop Friday with anything in writing. Also the tire was inflated to 60 rather then the suggested 35. Do better.

David and Ray do a great job. I take all my vehicles here. They are honest and transparent, which is a great quality in a mechanic shop. I have never had an issue with the repairs or maintenance. I took my car to Goodyear Memorial Drive Tire and Auto for an alignment. I explained the issue that I was having and that I wanted the spare tire put on in place of the unevenly worn tire on the drivers-side front. They gave me a lift home (which I appreciated) and after about three hours of waiting I gave them a call to check on the status of the car. They said "Yes, the car is ready" to which I replied "Well, no one gave me a call, I ll be there in a few minutes..." Once I arrived, I paid for the work and they handed me the keys and my wheel lock, they didn t tell me about anything that they found or offer me a print out of the adjustments to the alignment, I had to ask for it. Then I asked if the spare tire had been put on in place of the worn tire and the response was "Yes". I went to the car and opened the trunk to check that spare had been installed as promised it had not. I've repeatedly given this shop a chance because they are convenient to my home and each time I have been disappointed. Convenient or not, I won't be back.Service: Wheel alignment

The owners Nancy, Linda, and David are incredibly down to earth and a pleasure to interact with. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining in detail what is going on with your car. This is my go-to place for oil changes, state inspections, and overall car servicing. I am very happy with their overall service!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I bought a tire from them 5 months ago and the tire went flat. No holes, screws, or nails were found. Instead of looking at the tire they wanted me to buy a new one for $212. That s too high for ONE tire. Also, the guy at the front was a total jerk and super unprofessional. Don t waste your time! I recommend LA Union Tires.

The best auto repair service I have ever had!!! They really helped me out with the work that all needed to be done on my vehicle! Their customer service was remarkable, along with the time it took to order parts and labor being done! Doug is so nice and very very honest which I really respect! My mother will be coming here as well, now this will be our new auto repair shop!Thank you guys so much I appreciate everything you guys did for me!

Brought my SUV in to replace the starter and have a motor mount installed. After a week my SUV was returned to me with a power steering issue. Now they want to charge me another 600 dollars to "fix" an issue that was not the original problem. First and last time I will come here and not recommend them to anyone.

The crew at Memorial Drive Tire & Auto has been taking care of my car for several years. They do all the recommended service and keep my car running great. I just had my 90,000 mile service done and my car runs like it did when it left the dealership! They are always happy to check tire pressure, etc. without any charge. They are the best!

I've been to Memorial Drive Tire and Auto multiple times in the past year for both of my cars. Everyone there is always warm and welcoming, and the waiting room is the most comfortable one I've ever been in.Doug always does a great job explaining all their findings on my car in terms of what should be done now, what I need to consider in the near future, and what can wait. The straightforward and honest approach is greatly appreciated.Add in that the owners personally drive me to and from my office while I leave the car there and I feel that I get outstanding service every time I visit.

Have been coming here for years, as have my parents, and we've had nothing but excellent experiences. They are no nonsense trustworthy mechanics, never overcharge or push for excessive maintenance. After purchasing a vehicle they noticed a leak and helped me get the dealer to repair it free of charge (while they could have made money repairing it themselves). Friendly and knowledgeable staff in the front office, and super professional guys in the shop.

Great customer service! They treat you nice and they are honest about your car s issue. Doug is a very nice guy. One of the great things about this place is that sometimes the owner sends you a check (~50$) that you can use for your next service.

Prices are fair and disclosed upfront before work begins. If a problem occurs they discuss with me and we agree to fix before the fix is done. Always friendly folks. Oil change coupons are great and honored without question. Warranty repairs for their work was done without hesitation or argument.

It was my first visit here yesterday to get an oil change and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! David from the front of the store was great at his customer service and Gerald, who wasn't even supposed to change my oil, stepped in for the other mechanic who couldn't do it right at that moment to make sure I could get in and out of the shop quickly! I couldn't thank them enough. Very kind people and I feel safe going on my road trip this weekend now! Thanks, Memorial Drive Tire & Auto!

Very comfortable waiting area. Staff was very friendly and felt like personal friends from the start. They could improve on explaining beforehand why you will pay more than the price on your coupon for oil change, etc. This is unusual, according to a friend who uses coupons for oil changes at other places all the time. Ask questions until you understand exactly what the deal will be with your specific vehicle. Bottom line: I'll go back again.

I passed by to Memorial Tire and Auto this morning as I had a low pressure tire on the way to the office which was scaring me a bit as I recently had a nail in one tire. The team there was really great in managing my expectations on the time it would take for them to check the car. They offered me a ride to the office if I needed it.After they checked my tires properly, they found that I had a leak around the water pump. The guy did some tests on it after asking for my approval and found the water pump had to be replaced. He also gave me all good advices on when it had to be done and where. I really appreciated the professionalism of the team here. Definitely the place I'll go again if I have something else with my tires!

All I needed was a state inspection, but I was treated very politely and the inspection was done immediately. The lounge area is clean with comfortable chairs and current magazines. This was much nicer than many other places I've been for service.

I came here because my AC was acting up and they were so kind and helpful. They explained everything to me in detail and gave me a reasonable price. They even picked me up at my place to come and bring me back to my car once it was ready. Overall very friendly staff and great mechanics. I used to take my beloved '98 Tahoe there for years (always great service and expert repairs). Have a newer car now and they still perform with A+++ service and integrity. David super helpful in assessing problems with the tech's and obtaining estimate costs. Fast, courteous, ethical. Highly recommend this woman-owned business :-) #SHOPLOCAL

I've used Memorial Drive Tire & Auto for a multiple services. I've had my alternator replaced by them (first replacement didn't work due to a bad part, second one did, no extra charges to re-replace it), two oil changes (full synthetic) and my state inspections. They've also been prompt with service, enjoyable to deal with, and fair. I would recommend this mechanic to just about anyone.Car: Isuzu Axiom, 2003

This is a great auto shop. They are always friendly and courteous. They explain everything that needs to be done and give accurate estimates. The waiting area is like sitting in a coffee shop. They even give shuttle service if you don't want to wait there for your car. I give them two tires up!

Always great work done at this location. They have great coupons. One I frequently use states that the oil change service will be $19.99. The cost comes to about $28 because my car takes synthetic oil - an amazing price for a synthetic oil & filter change!

Great helpful staff, makes you feel like you are family there. Great service and well trained mechanics. They know what they are doing, and get me in and out quickly. Even with major mechanical issues, they are prompt in obtaining needed parts and fixing the problems. Cost is reasonable as well. Oh, and they will call you by name if you go in there more than once. They remember their customers - a big plus in my book!

I love this place. I used them for three years before we moved out of Houston. They were always helpful, friendly and honest with me. On a couple of occasions I would even call them just to ask a question about something I noticed, and they were always quick to find me an answer or explanation. They were also very willing to accomodate me as to when I could pick up or drop off my vehicle. I've recommended them to many friends and am sad to not have them around the corner anymore.

Beyond disappointed with the service here, and their prices are padded. I visited this auto repair shop because my TPMS light started blinking 3 days before this visit.After waiting for their diagnosis, they told me TWO of my sensors were faulty, & will cost $285 to fix. I was skeptical because I didn't understand how TWO sensors will go bad within 3 days, and why it should cost that much. I left, and went elsewhere. The other auto repair shop I went to told me it was ONE sensor. They showed me the diagnosis to show that it was ONE sensor, and got it fixed for $64. Meaning Memorial Drive Tire & Auto tried to charge me more that 4 times the price.Additionally, the people in the office were quite polite, but the men working on cars outside seemed very uninterested and just ready to go home.Disappointed.

i had my tire checked for the first time because every a week or two on the road i consistently notice a decrease in the tire pressure. They checked and worked on it right away and told me that there was a small nail that stuck on the tire. They did not asked me if i want to go on and get the nail removed since that car/tire was still in a running condition. Afterwards i was charged $26 dollars which later i found out that i could have gotten the nail removed for free in other shops.They should have given me enough advice or information considering it was my first time to visit this shop. I did not have any idea yet since we are just a couple of months old here in this country (from the Philippines). But on the other hand, yes the staff were friendly i just am not sure of the sincerity of them being that friendly.

Wife took a tire here for a repair with a screw stuck clearly in the "repairable area" of the tire. They said they couldn't repair it because the screw was in the shoulder (it wasn't). Wanted us to buy a new tire instead. Argued with the rude attendant over the phone who said they would not repair it. Took it to discount tire and they repaired it without issue and, to my surprise, for free. It's clear to me these guys were trying to take advantage of my wife.

Poor Service!! I can t say that enough - Dropped my car off at 7am- said they would have it ready in about 2 hours. 4 hours later they still did not call - I had to call them over the next 3 hours (about 4 times) each time to move things along. Finally they gave me an estimate about 6 hours later (1pm) and said it would be done at 3pm. At 4pm I called to find out where my car was.. They said another 45 minutes and they will have it ready.. 4:20 it was done - they promised that they will come pick me up quickly to get my car...45 minutes later they called to say they were on their way... Even the bill was more then they said... And to think all I wanted was an oil change and AC Coolant..Wasted a whole day sitting around waiting for them (10 hours!) Even if you decide to use them.. I never will again.

I've read the negative reviews and can only say that they must be upset with their car situation and that frustration boiled over to their review of this shop. These folks are wonderful and took care of my car issues quickly. I highly recommend!

I took my car here for an inspection at lunchtime. They expeditiously finished my service and had called me with an update before I had even finished eating. Thank you Memorial Drive Tire and Auto. This is the second service I've had performed here and they are always friendly and FAST. Perfect combo!
