Made an appointment with this guy, took the day off and he calls to reschedule later on in the day and still never shows up. He says he was busy and rescheduled for the next day. I had to switch shifts with a CO worker to work the evening shift so I could wait for him during the daytime and he never showed up or called.He blocked my number after not answering my calls throughout the day. If you want work done right, don't trust this mobile windshield Repair service, it will be a BIG WASTE OF TIME! Go to a brick and mortar business!

I broke my windshield and needed a new one. I didn t know where to go that wouldn t cost me an arm and a leg, so someone referred me to Jersy at Memorial Auto Glass.Jersy was quick to respond, was great at communicating, and was on time ( he actually arrived before his scheduled time). The guy came out & had to come back the following morning to Finish , he did not put my driver door back on correct NOW I have to roll my window down to open my door , the lady told me he would come back out the next day to fix it & NOW they re not answering my calls nor text & I have to pay somebody else to his fix my driver door.

The worst service this man can give. He change the windshield of my car and unfortunately water comes in. It does not answer calls or messages !!!! Twice failed to get fix the problem..... That happens when you want to support unresponsible businesses

Whatever you do..!!!!!DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING!!!!!!Had a windshield replaced by them and they broke my mirror. Once they learned about it.....I haven t heard from them since!!!!!NO WARRANTY !!!NO COMMUNICATION !!!!NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!
