I drive about 16 miles (and pass quite a few auto service places lol) to go to this shop exclusively, for oil changes and most recently my inspection. They are the most kind and professional staff, the process is always seamless, and the waiting area is nice and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Great experience!! Staff was friendly and professional. After truck was looked at, they did not recommend any repairs that I knew were not needed. Work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I will be using the Old Louetta location again.

Awesome experience!!! The ladies in the front wonderful customer service!!! They made sure they kept me posted about everything that the mechanic needed to do!!! I still have more work that is needed and I will be taking my car right back to them!!!

I think if you have a simpleProblem with your vehicle they can help you with it. It it s something more complex don t waste your money. I told staff their I was going to either repair my car or buy a new car. They pointed out several issues that could have been causing my vehicle to shake. I spent 1700$ on their suggestions. . The car continued to shake so they said i needed 4 new tires. I spent another 500$ on new tires. My car was Still shaking.I took it back to their shop. Then they aligned my car (for free). It still shakes. They still can t explain what is causing the shaking. Smh what a waste of time and money. Now, after putting in 2200$ worth of repairs by their suggestion the issue remains.

The Service Writers are friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. I ve been a repeat customer over the past year and now recognize me when I walk in.The Mechanic gets the job done right the first time. If they encounter problems, they let you k kw and keep the car until it s repaired properly.

I ve been to 2 other places because of my brakes screaming and all they could tell me is that my brakes are fine & not what the problem actually was so that I could have it fixed. Not only did they find the issue, but they fixed it. I am greatly appreciative of the mechanics and the great customer service from the woman at the desk who explained everything to me and kept me informed throughout the process :) highly recommend this location

Wonderful place to have simple autowork done. I ve never used them to diagnose a problem.Used them to replace shocks about 18 months ago. Most places will not install customer purchased parts. I couldn t wait 3 or 4 days for other shops to order the shocks, but Julessa and her crew did it immediately and won me over.The most recent visit was to have a starter replaced. They located a new part and had it running in a couple of hours.Btw: I have a GMC 2500 diesel. Most shops salivate in anticipation of upselling me.

Had my rotors turned. 30 dollars a rotor. They had it done within an hour and a half. Being my first experience with this shop, can't say too much. But they were good people, I felt.

Went to get an inspection done and the staff was great. A place where people were looking to help you out and not be overly sales pitchy. Its somewhere I would be comfortable taking my car from now on

My last 2 oil changes were done at this location. The drain plug has about 8 copper washers on it and the threads are completely stripped and they refused to take any responsibility for it. If they can't handle an oil change, then no one should trust them with anything else.UPDATE: as you can see they said they were sorry that I had a negative experience and they told me to call a number which only takes me to the store that refused to do anything about it. They pretend that they care about your problem but they don't. They can screw your car up costing you over $700 and they do nothing for you.

Do Not Take Your Vehicle To This Location!!They remove parts from your car to try making you go back for more repairs.I had to use a bottle cap in place of the clip they purposely removed so my car could stop overheating. Those oem clips don't just pop off. Especially after it was working perfectly fine the night before this shop got their greedy hands on it.I had taken my car in for a fuel pump issue, so they had no reason to pull my radiator fan off.

3rd time for an oil change, first 2 fast fair priced as advertised. Charged me $35 for coolant, said it was empty. Never had an issue no overheating no light and a 2022 with 30k miles. Charged me for upgraded oil filter, never mentioned the extra charge for either till I went to pay the bill. $116 for basic full synthetic oil change with using a $20 coupon. Went there to save $10 ended up paying $50 more. Never going there again!!Service: Oil change

Great service like always. Thought I had a brake issue only to find out it is a ball joint issue. Very thankful for the honesty and the recommendation to go to the place I had the lift done on my truck instead of them trying to get it done. Went there to get repair quote, was greeted by Julissa, who was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, was given price( which was less expensive than 2 other repair shops ). They offered options and provided great and fast service. They are my new Car Care Center. I do recommend them highly.
