I have come here twice and each time has been amazing! As a woman going to a mechanic, I was scared that I would get scammed or overcharged but every time I came here, the mechanic would actually show me on the car the issues or lack thereof. Each time I went I felt very safe and the service was very fast (almost immediate). They also did a diagnostic and checked out my car for no charge even after I insisted. Will be coming again for any future car issues!

I wish I could give it zero stars. I went in there at the end of November to get a safety inspection. I tried paying with my debit card twice, and he told me it was declined, so I paid with my credit card. I looked at my bank statements a month later and realized I was charged three times for the same service. I brought it up to him in December, and he told me he had to go to the bank after I gave him proof with my bank statements. I called him every week to ask about the money, and he continuously made excuses about why he couldn't go to the bank. I stopped by on my way to Kroger's to ask about the money, and he proceeded to blame my card and told me to just take him to court for the $50. I told him it would cost more money to sue than to just get my money back. He's had multiple legal issues, and that is the reason he lost the name Meineke. He is not a good human being nor a good owner. Do not go to this shop

Very quick and easy in and out for the inspection. The gentleman at the front was kind and polite. He also suggested getting the registration sticker at the Kroger across the street, which was new to me. All in all took 15 minutes to do!

I had a very amazing experience here at Me car care. The customer support was out of the roof. My car had just got broken into and I had it towed here. The owner personally took care of me, and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. When I try to pay him extra for staying an hour after close, he denied it and charge me a fair simple rate as if the problem took only 15mins, which it had definitely not. would definitely recommend the shop.

Best service I ever had! Other place/people told me I had an alternator problem, I'm glad I didn't take my car anywhere else! "ME Car Care" was fast and easy to diagnose the problem, turns out all I needed was a new battery. It was just a great experience. Very friendly personnel, great customer service.... I'm not taking my car anywhere else! I found my place!

The owner of this shop is wonderful. We checked for comparison prices and they are the best prices in town. They were clean, kind, knowledgeable and most of all honest, which is hard to find these days. We will be using them with all of our vehicles. We highly recommend their services. Go someplace else, please!!! The owner of the location is a smooth talker. He doesn t use the correct parts. He missed diagnosed my car few times, and charged me. He worked on my car and I brought it back. He said, if the car mess up again do not bring it back. I asked if he uses OEM parts. He replied there s no such thing as an OEM co that they only print a part number on parts and call it OEM because he worked at company before so be aware your car may not function properly. The owner is dishonest, he looks you directly in your face and lies. He is a smooth talker. He is greedy and a thief. He sounds good in explaining what the car needs are and his workers are inexperienced they guess at their work. He charged me to look at my car throughly and when he was at fault he did not admit it. He takes advantage of whom he likes. My car part failed. I took my car several different mechanics and each one pointed out the problem immediately and said someone put junk part on and the part failed. This man plays crazy and said they don t put used part on cars. When it s visible that the part was from a junkyard. He lied & made up paper work and I called the main office to the auto part and there was no record found. The part on my car was dirty and had blue writing on it. He denied that it even happened. He works on a street that has nothing but junkyards. I paid him $1600 dollars. I contacted BBB which he is not AAA credited co and he never responded. He stoled hundreds of dollars and I am on a fixed income. He is in the community and he is a threat to the community & consumers. He didn t apologize and he didn t do anything about the issue. Please don t ignore this. The reviews that are listed are probably fake. He talks real good but he is a thief and runs a dishonest business. If I were you I wouldn t take my car there. This is not good service, customer service, competent, professional, and honest service. Take your car some place where honest. Karma knows what he has done!

First time customer, I always go by reviews and Me Car Care had the best and so glad I came. Very fast, very professional, and explains everything so well. I ll definitely be coming to them for now on.

No communication, not upfront with the prices, not fully trained.The place has a quick turnaround indeed. The guy at the office was quick to take the keys off my hands but lacked communication, I didn t mind since I had very little options (was visiting Htown for a short time) and was ready to hit the restaurant next door while I waited. There was a price poster on the wall which he didn t honor arguing that my truck uses too much oil, understandable but not upfront with it. He was also caught searching Google to try resetting the oil life on my truck which is expected since they re not Ford dealership but makes me think they re not fully trained. Overall a decent service but not stellar.

I am so happy I found this place after googling where to have my shock/strut inspected and replaced. I went to another shop first where they quoted that + $1000 in unnecessary filter changes etc.Naturally, I was on high alert when I went looking for a second opinion. The owner, Mahar, was very kind and patient. He and his team took the time to explain and show me what the issue was. He got me in same day and the problem was taken care of in a few hours.He has also actively tried to reduce me spending money on unnecessary repairs even though he is losing money doing so. If his shop doesn't do it, he knows people who do.100% recommend if you are looking for an honest place with competitive prices!

Owner said he could fix my knock sensor then called me back and said to "take my car somewhere else". His prices may be cheaper then other shops but he uses aftermarket cheap parts that may not be the best for your vehicle. You may be taking a risk.

A great shop with fast and knowledgeable mechanics. The owner is always trying to help keep costs down for the customer, and he s extremely easy to get in touch with over text and phone call. I ve always felt safe leaving my vehicle at the shop. I got my struts repaired on my Sonata. Mahar has been nothing but honest and very professional throughout the whole process. Also, the price was pretty good compared to the other quotes I got from different companies. I would totally come back here for my car needs.

Had to have brake shoes replaced and right now he has 20% off on brake jobs and 10% off synthetic oil changes! Mahar service is excellent and his pricing is honest and fair. Thank you for a job well done! No more squeaky brakes!

My car s alternator broke on Friday night. They fixed my alternator on Saturday in 1.5 hours. I was amazing by their speed, great price, and quality of work. I will definitely be back if my car has another issue.

I got a state inspection and an oil change. The prices are reasonable, and the guys are friendly and honest. I like the small-business, neighborhood feel. I intend on using them again as the need arises.

I called ahead to see if there would be a wait for a vehicle inspection. Gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and mentioned there would be no wait and that I could bring it by anytime. He said it would only take about 10 minutes. So I hopped in my car and headed over. True to his word, there was no wait and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. He remained very polite the entire time and I would not hesitate to use again. In fact I'll bring all my cars here for inspection when the time comes. Thank you!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Very fair (low cost), high quality, and quick work. Been here for a state inspection, tire rotation, and rear turn signal replacement. Trustworthy place that I ll be coming back to for anything else

Thank You Mahar for your services these last few years. It s hard to find a one-stop-shop for all your auto repair and maintenance needs so I am lucky to have found this place under unfortunate circumstances. Over the years this place has fixed my brakes, changed my oil, fixed my air conditioner, new tires, replaced my windshield, and has done all kinds of engine repair. Mahar even found a buyer for my Lexus LS 460 in a matter of a day when I had to sell it. They fixed my vehicle old AC problem. I took my vehicle to couple of other places but they were unable to diagnose the problem. I found this location on Google and brought my vehicle here. They did diagnostic and fix the problem in no time. Highly recommend this place. Honest and professional.
