Had to bring my car in to get my shifter bushing replaced on my ford fusion! The shop was very quick to get my car looked at and emailed me an estimate in a timely manner! Was able to fix my car same day as well! Great customer service!! Would recommend to anyone and will return with any other mechanic needs!

I have been going to MD Automotive for many years for my state inspections. They are fast and professional. Today I needed to patch a tire due to a screw inside. Had my husband call ahead to ensure they can do it. He brought the vehicle in and the service was extremely fast! Worth paying for since he needed to get to work this morning. Typically we go to Discount Tire to get our tires patched for free; however, they take way too long, will put a new tire on vs patch, or last time they collided another car into my car which was a nightmare going through their insurance to get the vehicle repaired. I suggest going to MD Automotive. I have even done price checks in the past and their prices are very reasonable! Thank you to MD Automotive for your years of service.

It's a nice automotive shop. Does legit work. The prices are a bit high than competitors. However, not effective communicators, as they don't give you options and explain properly, but do what you tell them. So overall a 3.5

I told them my car was broken into and needed a replacement window. When I came into pick it up, they tried to charge me without taking me to see my vehicle first. I told them I needed to look first and lo and behold my window that s supposed to slide up and down is now sliding up, and right, and left. When I asked the guy at front desk about it. He says, oh that s because you need a new window regulator So if I m at a mechanic, getting my window fixed and there s something preventing my car from being properly repaired, why wouldn t you tell me that at any point between the time the mechanic new that and me picking the car up? I asked. The man said because I didn t pay a diagnostics fee so they don t have to tell me that . So after arguing with him and trying to explain for over an hour because I refused to pay $300 for a window that was replaced but not working correctly when I would ve gotten paid for the part they needed had I been given the needed information, they finally offered to remove the window and give me a refund.This should tell you that this company does not care about taking care of your vehicle or being thorough and having good communication and integrity with their work. I think any other reputable mechanic shop would tell their customer when there s an additional problem that may interfere with their quality of work, not say well you didn t pay for diagnostics when they know something is wrong.

Very very unprofessional. I was suppose to get my car towed last week and they never came to get it and then never came to pick it up today. They ordered wrong parts for my car and are unapologetic. Definitely an inconvenience and I received poor customer service when they are at fault. Looking for another shop.

Shop around people.Spoke with someone that quoted me 450 (per axle) for brake replacement on a 2018 Nissan maxima.. was able to go to another reputable location and be serviced for 295 per axle with a 3year warranty. And they have shuttle service.I know everyone is feeling the pinch but wow.

I dropped my car off because I was concerned about my suspension. The mechanic looked at it then picked me up at my condo so he could ride with me to determine what I was concerned about. We decided that there wasn t anything wrong. They did all this for no charge. I certainly think this is a sign of a business I can trust.

I didn't get my Truck fix by Carshield, but Mr. Amin & crew @ MD AUTOMOTIVE, was so good to me. Mr. Amin was very patient with me, regardless Carshield deny my claim with MD AUTOMOTIVE. Thank you Mr. Amin & MD AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!

Amin and the crew at MD Automotive are great mechanics. I have been coming to them for all my car needs for the past 3 years, including my yearly inspections, oil changes, and when I've had issues with my brakes. They communicate with me when things were out of stock and how long it would take to get things fixed. I highly recommend going to them for all your car needs!!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Tires, Auto battery replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Definitely shop around before contacting these guys.The are wayyy over priced.But they do fix the issue and do it in a timely manner. Just charge you $600 for parts that are $200 on eBay

Great mechanic. We have taken our Infiniti SUV to their shop for several years for routine maintenance & miscellaneous issues that have popped up. Most importantly, they are an honest shop doing quality work at fair prices.

We were in Houston from Tn for doctor appointments. Brakes were grinding metal to metal after the long trip. I normally change anything related to the brakes but this was an emergency situation. We saw the good reviews and thought this would be a good place to go being that we had to take it somewhere. While I understand a business must be profitable to remain open, they took advantage of us because of the situation. We trusted the reviews and didn t get a quote so they were able to charge us right at 500 over material costs to change two rotors and all the pads. A 200 dollar job if we had been home and able to do it, was nearly 800 dollars. Waaayyy overpriced, but we had no choice but to pay it. If you have time and are able to shops around I would definitely recommend doing so.

Poor customer service. Came for my abs light, traction control and 4hi&lo lights flashing simultaneously in my dash. The front desk told my that they run diagnostic codes and I do have check ENGINE LIGHT on!. Im not sure if the front desk does know how to read the light indicator in the dash. The problem might be the speed sensor or the wiring harness and they give me the quote which way overpriced. Won't come back anymore.

I've had car inspections here twice before with no problems. However, I waited over an hour for them to open up this morning. I finally gave up and drove off. I'll never come here again for a car inspection or anything else. I'm also going to file a formal complaint with the state of Texas

I desperately wish I could give them 0 stars. Shotty work and liars. They said insurance wouldn t cover part of a repair. I called insurance and they paid for the repair. The shop fixed it but my bumper keeps coming lose because they didn t instal it properly and there are screws missing.

Came here after work for my annual inspection and it took Amir ten minutes to complete! The waiting area was clean and had water and coffee. Amir was pleasant and professional. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I had a brake problem and towed my car to MD automotive. The staffs are polite and professional. They are honest about the price and the labor cost. I originally got a quote for the same task from another store along Kirby and the price was almost double! MD automotive fixed my car very quickly within a few hours.
