I recently got an Artura from McLaren Houston and was blown away by their exceptional service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. The dealership is well-maintained and has a great selection of cars. I highly recommend McLaren Houston to anyone looking for a luxury car dealership that truly cares about its customers.

McLaren Houston has provided me with a true Super Car experience that matches the level of the car I purchased from them. Their service department has been nothing short of excellent and far exceeded my expectations. I have first class service from them. They pick up my car, service it and return it to my garage. The team has been super friendly and professional and refreshing to work with. On my second McLaren 720s, Spider this time, and still very glad I have such a great dealership and service accessible to me when I need them.

The team at the front office does a good job making sure you re taken care of but the actual mechanics are horrible on the back end. They physically damaged my McLaren and there was always something either left In the car or not reinstalled.

This is my third purchase via the indigo auto group in Houston (488, huracan performante, and 720s) and have worked with Saul in all three transactions. They have provided me with transparent numbers and have been great to work with.

I live in Austin and there is no McLaren dealer here. I chose Houston McLaren to be my service provider because the staff is very professional, friendly, and oriented towards ensuring you are completely satisfied. I thoroughly enjoy my 2022 McLaren GT and am going to work with Houston McLaren for years to come based on my service experience today. Special shout out to Travis my service manager. Thank you for providing a great experience

Speaking from a customer service perspective, I was blown away by the kindness Paul and his team at McLaren Houston had. We re just swinging through town for an automotive event after a long day of driving to just see some cars and we got the full tour, even though we didn t position ourselves as buyers. The very diverse inventory is one to ship from for any exotic vehicle shopper. Highly recommend.

The sales person was fabulous. He was helpful. He took time with us to explain the difference between cars. He was a straight shooter and very knowledgeable about super cars. It was a great experience all in all.

Great coffee machine i had jot chocolate super helpful soon as I walked in warm welcome and I even hot to check out a new 2020 GT sat on the inside it wasss Great!!! Saw a $3million dollar new 1 seater f1 which I loveeee and Travis Scott just traded in his la Ferrari which was a beautiful too!!!the gentleman Gerry was very knowledgeable and like he said there's no wrong choice there :) love mclauren my first super car dream ,ill post photos soon

Excellent dealership! My Sales Executive, Jonathan, was great to work with and very responsive from the time I made my first inquiry all the way through delivery. This was a long distance transaction which, based on previous experience, can be difficult. Not in this case, everything was setup and handled perfectly down to the smallest detail by the sales team. The entire dealership went above and beyond my expectations for this purchase and I will be a repeat customer for years to come.

I recently bought a 570 and worked with Jim Fraser. Overall a great buying experience. I came from Boston and this was my first time in the south. Jim really exceeded my expectations regarding the southern hospitality that I ve always heard about! At the age of 22, many people don t expect me to be a serious buyer, but I felt that Jim took me seriously from the moment he picked up the phone. I hope that I will be able to come back to visit soon and go for a drive :). If you re interested in a car here do yourself a favor and ask for Jim!!

Luke has been in love with McLaren's for a long time. So today we stopped into the Houston dealership so he could see them close up. As we walked in, I told a salesperson we were not in the market and just doing this for our son. This amazing salesman went above and beyond. He asked Luke what style he was interested in and Luke answered, "senna." He opened up the back of the store where the newest models were being kept. He talked to us and passed no judgment or attitude and absolutely made my son's day! He did all of this with just 10 minutes to closing. He invited Luke back anytime. Class A act! The best part is that he backed up his product by being such a kind man to a child. I am proud that Luke loves this brand now. Before today I knew nothing about them. Thank you McLaren of Houston and to the finest salesman we have ever had to pleasure of meeting!!!

Excellent service department. I bought my car from a dealership out of state and unfortunately it had some issues. Stephanie was great. She set up transport of my car, so I didn't have to drive 3 hours. While my car was there, she was in contact with me, updating me on the progress the whole time. They found another issue I wasn't aware of and everything was taken care of under warranty.I've only dealt with the service department but when it comes time to buy my next McLaren I am definitely going to McLaren Houston.

Nice cars but disappointing experience. Got a new job and was looking to celebrate buying a new car. Walked in really excited looking forward to some good service but I never even got helped. Don t know if it s because I don t look like their typical customer but they should never judge a book by its cover. First impressions and customer service should be on the top of any car companies list especially for how much you are paying. Guess I ll just drive to Lamborghini or Porsche right down the street.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Jim Frazier. Every aspect of the transaction has been best of class and Jim is connecting me to events and other owners so that I can continue to experience the brand. I had some concerns about living in Austin but purchasing in Houston but the service program eliminated the logistics concerns that I had. Thank you Jim and team for making this initial buying experience a great one!

Highly & unbelievably impressed with this dealership, Mr. Church, Ms. Moore and Ms. Baird! My initial experience started with a phone call to McLaren just 15 minutes before they closed. Ms. Moore was so delightful, informative and patiently took time to answer my many questions. Keep in mind that I was not calling about a McLaren (I had never even heard of it), I was inquiring about a used car that was under 40K that I found on AutoTrader. The following morning I spoke with the salesman Mr. Church. Let me just say that I would have to write a short story to cover the exceptional service and genuine kindness that he delivered to me and my family from that point forward. His attention to detail is like non I've ever experienced in a salesperson! Not just details about my interest in the vehicle but in comments that I made about my husband and children. To the point that when we arrived, late in the day, he had a surprise for them as well. Upon arrival Mr. Church & Ms. Moore greeted my entire family then he walked over to two large smokey glass doors and stated "I heard there were a few fans in the family". With a smile on his face he opened one of the doors and there was my beautiful detailed Land Rover that I walked straight to....however the eyes of my husband and teenage/young adult kids were drawn to objects with a slightly higher price tag. Mr. Church didn't have my car waiting out front as most dealerships do, he had it in the beautiful and exotic McLaren showroom. The experience he gave us was priceless! Our family has been blessed beyond measure and we've grown in many ways over the years. When the time is right, God willing, we will do business with Mr. Church again.

I wish I would have had the experience a lot of these reviews are saying. My experience was quite the opposite. Myself and a friend went into Mclaren just 2 days ago and were not even greeted. Not even hello. The only interaction I got was a 2 word response to a question I asked when I had to go to them after showing interest and walking around the same car for a while up to that point. And then not another word. So we left. Very disappointing especially after seeing all these other reviews. My experience at the dealer in Dallas was completely different. We were Greeted the moment we opened the door and full of answers an positive attitude.

I have worked with Travis for the past year owning my McLaren, and overtime I have had a few issues with the car and Travis has always been there for me at McLaren Houston. Sometimes answering silly questions that a new super car owner has to ask and other times getting serious issues resolved. It is hands down the best service I have ever received owning any vehicle. Travis is available day and night and promptly gets any issues or questions I have about my vehicle solved or answered in a extremely timely manner. Pablo has also been a great resource and once had my car towed for me because I had meetings all day and couldn t drop it off, on their dime for a small service! I Cannot imagine McLaren ownership without my team at McLaren Houston.

Just traded in on a new McLaren here. Even in these troubled times the staff there made the process very simple. Promptly answered questions and provided photos and videos, arranged pickup and delivery of trade and new vehicle. Top notch service from the new ownership all around.

Every time we go to this store, we have a wonderful experience. We are not able to buy a McLaren. May not ever be able to. But we appreciate the beauty and art, and the sales people make it easy to do so. They are so nice and let my kid get in a few, as well as answer questions and whatever. Definitely recommend going, even if it's just to look.
