This place is great! After being told I needed a new engine, and misdiagnosed twice by the dealership, I brought my car to McIntyre upon recommendation of a family friend. They diagnosed it correctly right away, and I wound up having it fixed for way less than I expected. They were honest, efficient, and did great work! My car is running great. They definitely have my business for all future repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I have used this mechanic initially do to convenience since they are close to my shop, but I must admit every time I have had an issue they have become my go to mechanic for personal and work vehicles. They will provide an estimate that is usually accurate and if any surprises will tell you well in advance. Will continue to recommend and support this local mechanic.Very well done!

Great diesel mechanic. I took my truck here for ac work the first charge was $2,666 then it died at Walmart 4 days later my husband had to leave work to pick me up they towed it back to the shop then another thousand dollars later I got a new starter as well then the truck started making noises so I took it back again all with in a month it was over $4,000 dollars and I picked it up to day to find that my radio and my power windows no longer work at all there s no power to them which they never had any issues for the 5 years I owned this truck nor did they issues till the last visits to this place.

My car stalled at an intersection nearby, and my buddy, Google Maps, steered me to this shop. I asked the tow truck driver to leave my car behind their shop until they opened and left my name and number with my car. I spoke with Shirley (the manager) on the phone and let her know I would return before noon. Turns out my EV safety plug needed to be replaced, and this aspect is what I appreciated the most: Instead of depending on someone else to deliver or get the part from the dealership, Dan hopped in his truck and picked up the part himself. I was there a few hours only because my battery had to be charged. Thank you again to Shirley and Dan for a GREAT experience!

I have had 3 different vehicles worked on at this shop. I've never had a bad experience. I went in one time with what I thought for sure was an air conditioner problem and I told them as much. I was bracing myself for a hefty bill. Imagine my surprise when they called and said it was nothing more than a faulty fan. They had it back up and running the same day and the cost was far less than I was expecting. They have earned a loyal customer over the past year and I feel confident recommending them to others.

I have had this shop work on several of my vehicles over the years. They always do a good job at a reasonable price. I appreciate them letting me supply my own parts. If I were to move to a different part of town I would still bring my cars to this shop for mechanic work.

Our experience with this car shop:1. Got overcharged for the part (invoice price was twice as much as the part actually costs)2. Had to bring the car back because the alarm system was not working after the service at that place. Also, the hood was not closing.Besides that, be aware that McIntyre Automotive has a constant flow of car mechanics, nobody stays there employed for long.This was not the first but definitely the last time we brought our cars to that place.

20+ years coming here. Always honest, always super willing to help, and he is so knowledgeable. Endless times Especially for women, who elsewhere are told all this outrages prices for things the car doesnt even need, this guy here is never ever going to take advantage of that. To the contrary.

McIntyre's does a great job at a reasonable price. Over the last few years, I have taken several vehicles there to be worked on and have only received courteous attention and quality results.
