The most honest mechanic shop you ll find anywhere! My family has been going here for over 40 years and Joe and his son Joey are the most honest and reliable car mechanic and auto body shop you ll find! They ve found issues on my car that other mechanics couldn t find and they still charge normal prices and don t price gauge like everyone else nowadays. They may take a few days to get to your car but trust me, it s worth the wait. If you re looking for a great mechanic or auto body shop, I wouldn t look any further.

McCannix is the place to go for honest mechanical work done. Both Joe and Joey have helped me numerous times with decisions of whether to spend the money on needed repairs. A family member took their vehicle to McCannix after getting a quote from competitor and saved a lot of money from work not needed to be done.I never question work done by this business.

We do ALL our work with Joey: mechanical and body work. Our family has been using them for decades. They are TOP NOTCH. My husband and I have even moved out of the city and we still come to Joey for all our needs. Super transparent and honest company and I am a female who has gotten all the bamboozling from shady mechanics. We will scream from the rooftops how amazing they are. Look no further!

Got an electric car into working condition after a broken axle and misaligned steering. A neighbor referred me over 20 years ago. I have been going to them ever since. Provide great service never feel as if I've been taken advantage. From oil changes to body work.

I was referred to McCannix from my previous mechanic down the road of 20 years Teds Auto who retired. What a blessing to have Joe and Joey as my mechanics now. Thank you guys for getting me safely back on the road. Customer for life!

I don't normally do too many reviews, but had to share our experience with Mc Cannix. My father was referred to Joe and he had an issue with person whom gave the referral. He was rude and dismissive on the phone did not even want accept our business, I do not know Joe personally, but as fellow business owners I do feel that this experience and unprofessionalism should be shared.

Have used McCannix for years. The shop and road off Post Oak don't look pretty but the service and repairs are the best.
