I brought in my Civic Type R to swap the factory cat-back exhaust with an aftermarket which I supplied. The work was performed to highest standards of quality and care. Everyone I interacted with, shop owner, front desk staff and mechanics were respectful, courteous and very professional!! Thank you very much team Mayco Car Care!

I came in to Mayco with the assumption that a repair suggested by another mechanic would fix my issue. I m grateful for their expertise. Had I taken the vehicle to another shop and had the suggested repair performed I could have lost function of my catalytic converter and been out a lot of money. They were committed to providing the proper repair for my vehicle. I appreciate that.

Called to get a quote over the phone. Made an appointment and signed up for a commercial account of my business. Everything went smooth. Got my customers 2020 charger RT exhaust valves removed and replaced with a straight pipe. I will continue to do business with them and I highly recommend any business owner or customer to this muffler shop.

I stopped her on my lunch break to inquire about an alignment. I had no clue what to expect but I ended up getting exceptional service! The gentleman took his time and explained everything to me IN DETAIL and I was given up front pricing. The team was able to get everything completed within my lunch break. I really appreciated the prompt service. Mayco Car Care earned a customer and I will 100% recommend them to everyone!

Great experience, very friendly and fast! Raul took the time to offer a good price and frustration free experience on a complete replacement of a stolen catalytic converter and O2 sensor. Very upfront about costs over the phone and transparent about the entire repair. Process only took about an hour. Would highly recommend giving an opportunity for your business!Service: Exhaust

I appreciate the customer service and the willingness to speak Spanish or English. Their understanding of the customer's concerns are always at the top of their list of priorities. The only negative thing I have to say is that when they checked my cabin air filter, my glove compartment was rummaged through and tossed onto the seat and floor of my car, including my prescription glasses. It would be nice to have my valuables put back where they were originally. Not discarded like trash. Overall, nice people and good service. Just needs a better attention to detail.

So I brought my Jeep in this afternoon to get looked at it and was expecting to get a quote and come back another day to get it fixed. 1000/10 SI ve been here a handful amount of times. They pull the car back in a timely manor. There is always great attitude from the receptionist, to the middle man, to the mechanics. They keep me in the loop with whats going on with my car from the moment I drop the car off to the moment the car is ready. Very respectable system they have going on here.

My experience at MAYCO was absolutely amazing, after visiting several other muffler shops that are well known this place came up lots of times so I gave them a try and not only did I receive an absolutely amazing custom design for my Lexus LS 460 I paid literally HALF the price I was quoted at other locations with less work to be done. Yes I would recommend 10out of10 service and customer experience. WAY TO GO MAYCO!!

So I took my company car here for an oil change, pervious to taking it here, I had taken it to a shop down the street for brake pads, I felt like I had been over charged, so I wanted to give Mayco a shot, Best decision I've have made when it comes to mechanics, Raul and team are all so friendly and welcoming, not to mention they show you the trouble parts on you're vehicle, Not only will i continue to take my company vehicles, but my personal ones as well.. Keep up the great work guys!

This shop not only diagnosed incompleted my brake pad replacement within a couple of hours. I didn't have to leave it just for the diagnosis and have to come back to have them replaced. They were super nice, And reasonable with prices!

Straightforward and reasonable pricing and they try to get you the best deal that they can with parts and labor I went in for brakes and everything went smooth and fast, and I was able to talk with the mechanic as he was replacing my brakes, and he was explaining everything to me

I was in Houston for a visit to MD CANCER hospital. First night there my catalytic converters were stolen. In one call he gave me options picked up my truck and had it ready for me in total 6 hrs back factory standards. There prices are unbeatable and there work is real quality. Once again, Raul and the team at my local Mayco Car Care & Muffler (1639 Gessner Dr.) has gone above and beyond my expectations. About a year ago my speed/wheel sensor notified me of an issue. I had these guys do the diagnostics and they quickly found that there was no issue with the sensor itself, but instead a more serious issue with the bearings on the wheel. To prove their point they brought me in to the shop and showed me how the wheel was loose. I had them perform the repair as their price was fair (and MUCH less than the dealer quote). They replaced the whole assembly which included bearings and a new sensor. Well, here I am only a year later with the same sensor alert. The guys investigated and it turned out to be the same issue with the new part. Raul who runs the front office said I need to not worry as the part was still under warranty. They honored the warranty and replaced it all once again (which was no easy task). I didn t have to pay a dime the 2nd time around (not even the computer diagnostics). These guys are honest and professional. And by the way, they provide all sorts of car care services. I ve gone to them for years for my exhaust work, but now I know I can come to them for all my car care. Thanks Mayco!Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

After a long week of not being able to diagnose the issues on my vehicle with other mechanics, Raul took the time to thoroughly explain each issue that was happening with my vehicle. I am a local here and this place is a Godsend. My 10 year old Acura TL needed extensive work done. The car would not turn on after several days of not driving it (they found out it was an electrical problem and fixed it), needed new timing belt, oil leak in 3 different places, needed new starter motor, needed new AC compressor. The manager is Raul and my main mechanic was Victor and boy were they patient with me when I was stressed out, especially when they dropped my motor to fix my bad oil leaks and fix my timing belt. They REALLY EDUCATE and reassure you that your car is in good hands. They will sometimes even take you to the back if you still do not know why or what is being done to your car and in the end, with a little patients. my car was done better than my expectations and I have no complaints. Mayco is a one stop shop for troubleshooting most car issues including body work. Customer service was impeccable (including Laura- front desk) and now I can drive my baby for another 10+ years! I HIGHLY recommend them to all.

These guys are great. I had been to the dealer 3 times and still had a slow water leak. They put the time in and found it and fixed it. They send pictures and explain before doing any repairs. They are also honest. They fix what needs to be fixed, ask if you had a warranty somewhere else, and let you know if you have life left in your tires instead of selling you on them. Hard to find. Came back to get an alignment. It was around 20% cheaper than competitors and market value! Also, they said it would be an hour and half wait and it was only 40 minutes and I was out! Great job, again!Came back to MAYCO again and they were amazing, as usual. Fast efficient and trust worthy like no other shop I've used. Never will take vehicles anywhere else.
