Wouldn t go anywhere else! Victor the owner of the shop is amazing. Takes his time, detail oriented, unbelievably kind and trustworthy. My family and I have been using him for all our auto body needs and we will never go anywhere else. These are pictures or after the work he did + before the work (right after my car accident).

I took my car in after an accident and received A+ service and repairs from Victor and the rest of the team. My car looked excellent and it was a quick turn around. Our car was damaged while it was parked. A 2006 Acura TSX low mileage and well kept. The damage was significant, borderline total. Master Auto worked with what the insurance paid and saved the car. The technicians they have are top notch. They did a marvelous repair. Looks like it was never damaged.I highly recommend using Master Auto should your vehicle be involved in a collision or just a new paint job.Thanks again for saving our car.BennyServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Gonna start this off by saying you don't have to go to a dealership to get a perfect 5 star experience , these guys are proof of this!Secondly , Victor thank you for your professionalism and assistance that went above and beyond.I struck a big piece of steel on the freeway with my family causing damage to tie rods , strut , bumper, and everything plastic underneath that doesn't beat steel. After looking at reviews for a shop near my home (Baytown area) my insurance company recommended I knew I needed to look elsewhere.Google .....Boom, Master Auto got my vehicle. From the moment I handed the keys over I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Both bumpers replaced , tie rod, wheel well covers etc. My vehicle was show room ready .Enterprise is near by so getting picked up and leaving the loaner with Master Auto was a breeze.I took my vehicle home and noticed a few days later some vibration , called Victor and he had me bring it back in for a test drive . Problem was the strut , he contacted the insurance and had it added to claim as well as a rental and by the next day it was done!The finished product is what you would hope for if your in the stressful situation of having to deal with your insurance and searching for a dependable honest Body Shop . I didn't have to go to these guys but I wanted a job well done and I received that and then some. I was contacted after hours to see if the vehicle was to my expectations after the second repair , who does that these days .. this shop does. Trust them

David, Victor and their crew are amazing! I researched numerous auto body shops when my near perfect truck was rear ended. It was a difficult repair and my color was a very hard to match metallic black. Masters didn't blink at getting it right and got with the high quality paint manufacturer (basf) for a perfect match and they worked directly with the insurance company. Then recently when my daughters brand new car was caught in a hail storm, they repainted the whole car (again another hard to match metallic and dealing directly with the insurance company). I have since sent several other friends, family and even my own clients there with everyone contacting me later to thank me and rave about the quality and experience! I have seen everything from classic restorations to new high end cars up close in their shop. Being a car guy and home design contractor, I notice things most people don't and when you find that place that provides exceptional quality of work, it is rare. They have a great reputation after being around for over 35 plus years. Stop looking you have found the place!

I was very impressed with Master Auto Body & Upholstery. The customer service is excellent and very professional. I was actually amazed at how quick the repairs were done. The repairs and paint job was great. They returned the car looking even better than before the accident and made sure it was spit and polish clean. We were quite pleased when we picked up the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Victor at Master Auto to anyone. The best of the best! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Any repair I've gotten here is done so well you can't even tell work was done to the car. Victor is amazing as well. I'll be a lifelong customer.

Great customer service! You can tell these guys take pride on what they do. I needed a custom (Bimini) top made for my boat, Victor made sure I was 100% satisfied with the end result, these guys knocked it out looks even better than expected.If you want quality work done on your car or boat this is the place.Great experience doing business with Master Auto Body & Upholstery.

The hood of my car was peeling and I decided to use Master Auto Body & Upholstery to repaint the car! Just take a look at the photos they speak for themselves, they did an EXCELLENT job!! Attention Attention everyone I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Master Auto Body & Upholstery. This is a must that I share with you my experience with this shop. I am a resident of New Orleans and after 6hrs of reading all body shops reviews there was something about here and I said this is the 1. I called and spoke with Brandon stating the services that I needed and he said sure we can help come on by. So I drove 300miles yes I did and trust me when I tell you I was not disappointed at all well worth the ride.The professionalism as with the customer service that I received was the ultimate best. They insured me they would take good care of my truck and that they did. The ENTIRE staff is beyond awesome not to mention Brandon who kept me informed every step of the way. I can not Thank his staff enough because my Pathfinder is brand new meaning in the same condition from when I drove off the car lot. Ppl please support this business if you want your car/truck for any repairs they are FANTASTIC. I am very pleased with their services and communication skills they are the BEST HANDS DOWN so don t hesitate this a 1 stop shop!!! Beyond and above and not to mention they offered me lunch for the few minutes that I waited for them to pull my car around. Oh they gave it a good detail.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best place to get your car body repaired/repainted. They repaired and repainted two of my cars after the fender bender. Both of them came out perfect. The price is reasonable and the customer service is awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Thorough, efficient, prompt, skillful, service-minded experts are what we found when our mechanics recommended Master Auto Body to repair my car after I was rear-ended on the beltway. They handled all the details with the insurance, including replacement of child car seats, and the body work is flawless! They invited me to look at the damage before they started repairs, and the car was returned fully detailed.Superb job!Service: Body & Trim

I came here based on the amazing reviews and also had a great experience! I had to replace the right fender after a parking garage accident and got the lowest price/turn around time here. Victor and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and walked me through everything and managed to keep the price low by saving my front bumper as well. A few weeks later, the front bumper started coming loose and I emailed Victor again worried that something had gone wrong. I was able to bring my car in ASAP and he showed me that the damage had been caused by someone actually hitting my car and the bumper coming slightly loose. He fixed the loose bumper in under 10 minutes at no extra charge and I was extremely shocked and thankful. I will be coming back here for any other issues with my car in the future! They truly are the best.Service: Body & Trim

This place is great! I have had several vehicles repaired here (wife and kids, not me!) Ford Expedition, Dodge Ram, Ford Explorer, Ford Escape. They have also replaced leather upholstery in the Expedition. Always a fair price and excellent paint and body work.I have used insurance as well as paid out of pocket. Either way, very easy to work with them.Victor is awesome, and everyone else has always been attentive and helpful.I hate it when I need them, but glad they are there. I highly recommend them!

Master Auto is the gold standard of customer service and quality work. I have taken multiple cars over the years to Victor and his team and have always left with a smile and a beautiful car. Victor knows every step of the process with insurance companies and even told me things that the insurance failed to mention. I needed a rental car this time and he set it up so that Enterprise picked me up from his shop directly. He was even able to extend the rental for me when I needed a few extra days without me having to talk to enterprise or the insurance company. They don't make you feel nickel dimed over pricing and they are very clear with expectations of their work. I had a small dent that he was able to recommend just touching up rather than painting my whole door so I wouldn't have to come put of pocket that much. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of (which as a girl tends to happen with car things). Victor and Master Auto will be my first and only choice for anything that happens to my car.Service: Body & Trim

Victor and his team are the best. We usually send quick and simple stuff from our automotive shop, we always have a great experience.We CONSTANTLY see high end Mercedes, BMW, and other luxury cars there that are getting the same high quality service that EVERY car gets. Race cars, exotics, classics, restorations, off-road rigs, hard/heavy collisions, rare models, and so much more have been tackled by these guys and always have such a great end product.Thanks guys, yall are the best.

Brandon and the Master Auto Body team provided excellent service for body and paint repair on a Lexus SUV back bumper. I called and was asked to text photos of the damage. A few minutes later, I had a quote. The work was completed in one day and the bumper looked brand new. The other place I called wanted to replace it for double the price. The Master Auto Body service cannot be beat.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been going to Master Auto and Victor for over 10 years. I can t say enough wonderful things about him or this shop. They are always pleasant, easy to work with, take excellent care of their customers, treat everyone like they are important, and do an AMAZING job. I can t imaging taking my vehicles, my business, nor my money anywhere else. These guys are the absolute best at what they do.

Victor and his team are amazing. I took my Toyota Camry here after I got in a little fender bender. Victor kept me updated with every step of The insurance process and even finished my car before the promise date. He even showed me the internal damage when I went to pick up something I left in the car. You can tell victor and his team are about coustomer satisfaction and quality work when I got my car back my car was washed from the outside and clean form the inside and looked even better than when I got it from the dealer.very honest people to work with I recommend anybody to come here. Over all really satisfied with the results and coustomer service

These guys did an incredible job repairing my vehicle. When I informed them it would be out of pocket, they went out of their way to limit my expenses by repairing when they could have replaced. I had my car back ahead of schedule and under budget!

If I could give more stars, I would! I am so thankful to have found Master Auto Body and to have worked with Victor. I came to him with a situation that was financially and emotionally stressful, and Victor and the crew at MAB helped to turn a bad situation into a great outcome. Females sometimes have to be cautious when asking for help with automotive issues, as we are often charged more or for things we don't need. Not only did Victor not do that, but he went above and beyond to really help me out. MAB did spectacular work at a more than fair price. I don't think I knew how much stress was on my shoulders until it was gone. To say "Thank you" seems to fall short. Victor did an excellent job, he was so polite and professional, and his quality of work is exceptional! They are perfectionists over there. I should note that I have NO affiliation with this company whatsoever, but this 5 star rating is 100% deserved! THANK YOU to all of you at Master Auto Body! I'm so thankful to know there are still dependable, hard-working businesses like you around. I will be recommending friends & family in the future!

Absolutely AMAZING service from Victor, the owner and the team at Master Auto Body. Victor goes above and beyond for his clients and customers. His shop took my car in last minute after a collision. I initially had it with another shop but did not feel comfortable with how things were being handled. Victor completed an in depth inspection with my insurance adjuster twice. He delivered phenomenal communication and customer service even when my adjuster left me in the dark. Victor throughly went over the estimate and showed me all of the damages. Unfortunately, my car was totaled. However, if I ever had to have collision repairs, paint or upholstery needs - without a doubt I trust the work and service from Master Auto Body. Hands down!

I was referred to these guys by my go-to auto mechanics at Alpine Motorworks when the headliner in my 2012 Porsche Cayman came loose. I got there at open around 7AM, and Brandon took my information and gave me a price quote. They finished late afternoon around 5PM. I picked up the car and was very pleased with the results. The quality of the work is excellent and they also stuck to their verbal price quote, which is very important to me when doing business. This was my first time dealing with these guys and it certainly won't be the last - highly recommend and will be back again in the future!

I found Master Auto Body on google while going through reviews so it was only fair I share my experience. I m definitely satisfied with the work they did. I was rear ended and they fixed my bumper up like new in a timely manner. They are very professional and honest. And the paint job is great as well.

These guys are the best! I was so impressed with their customer service. Especially Victor who went out of his way to make sure I was aware of everything going on, right down to the rental. The body work was impeccable...amazing, it looked like a brand new vehicle. They're honest, reliable & clearly take pride in what they do. I won't ever go anywhere else.

Master Auto Body is outstanding. Victor and his team provide incredible customer service, excellent pricing, speedy service and superior work. (Don't bother calling the dealer--they will rip you off.) Victor promised me the work would be perfect, and it was. I will recommend Master Auto Body to all of my friends and family.

I echoed the positive review here. Victor and team indeed did a great job to my car suffering a damage after an incident. It is like new when I pick it up today. The shop took care of the dealing with Insurance company which is a convenience and without surprise. You get what you need done. It took only two weeks (which includes delay on the Insurance side) to finish, while I was anticipating a longer time for such repair.I've been told they've been doing this business for 35 years and from the result of the repair service I received, I can honestly tell they know what they're doing.With some many positive reviews, if you're looking for body repair for your car, this is the right place. 100/100
