Finding the right rotary shop to take care of your rotary build can be stressful but James took it to another level! Professional work with real knowledge backing his work. Expect nothing but excellence from this shop. The work speaks for itself. Easy to communicate with and is super transparent. I look forward to doing more work with Maple Racing in the near future! James is extremely knowledgeable as much as professional, matched by no other Rotary shop in my opinion. He will tell you the truth and treats your project like his own. All while taking extreme pride in his work and customer satisfaction from giving you a quote to tuning support after the fact.He's already built one motor for me and I won't hesitate to do so again.A++

Fantastic Rotary Shop! Honestly the best one in town! Ive been working with James on building my very own rotary engine. He's made the process very simple and very informative. He also gave me a small tour of the shop and its so clean and neatly organized! Honestly you can wat of the floor with how clean it is (metaphorically speaking of course).other than that his knowledge compared to other "rotary performace shops" is outstanding! His work ethic and emphasis to detail is insane! He'll definely get you taken care off and give you the help you need!

For my own RX7, I had James upgrade the fuel rails, install a power FC, injectors, and help me with a few maintenance items here and there. He called me to update me every step of the way, and provided numerous options for which direction we could take the build. He is very knowledgeable about RX7s and how to maintain/build them.I have also personally seen his work on other vehicles. He is the #1 rotary engine builder, hands down, bar none. You will not find a more perfect engine in the United States built by anyone other than James. His attention to detail when it comes to engine work, fabrication, and design are second to none.Keep in mind he's usually a one-man shop, but that's for a reason. He sets the standard on what rotary performance, fabrication, and design should be. I've seen it first hand. It s difficult to find a good mechanic/technician, let alone one that you can trust will get the job done the right way, and the first time. James is very knowledgeable in the subject of rotary engines and gives great service his customers. Definitely recommend!

James build process is absolutely second to none in my opinion, a year ago I had my 4 port renesis ported and rebuilt by James and I have already put 14,000 miles on that engine and it s only gotten better since install, all my engines, and all of my customers engines come to this guy. 10/10 would recommend for any engine rebuild service you need, Wankel/rotary engine or otherwise.
