This shop is incredible. Herbert did an awesome job sourcing a hard to find bumper for my Camaro and matching the paint as well as working with insurance.To boot he even patched up my old bumper for me and gave it back as a backup in case there was an issue in the future. Really great to work with these guys. Work output was high quality!It s also amazing to work with a family owned business in this day and age and give my money to folks that live in the community.

Top quality collision center. I rarely write reviews but when a company excels at what they do it s only fair to give them the credit they deserve. I worked with Jeff and he was extremely responsive and helpful with the issues I had with my vehicle. Jeff went above and beyond to help me, and I would recommend this company to anyone in the area.

Rena and Maggie made what was a really rough week without my car, a really reassuring experience so that when I drove off that I wasn t going to have to come back anytime soon with the amount of care, time and double checking went into my troubleshoot and repair. Also, Turbo, the kitty in the office is super playful and cute.Was happy to swipe my card and I ll be back to work with this shop .and see Turbo.

they were super nice and extremely fair. i worked with Rena and she was super pleasant, just terrific. i have a 2003 Grand Marquis snd needed to have the grille and headlight mounting panel replaced and had my own parts. She gave me a more than fair price knowing i was paying it myself. They did a great job. Highly recommend!

I love this body shop. I have a Porsche Boxster and have needed to bring it in 3 different times. The first thing that stands out is their love for what they do. It is obvious they love repairing cars and they really care about the job. They are also honest and they don't try to mansplain things to me. I highly recommend this body shop.

Needed my headlight light bulb changed or it wouldn't pass inspection. Referred here by inspection place. They took care of me right away and had a good customer service mindset even though the repair was minor. I'll come back here for sure!

My mechanics!!!! This company is fantastic from service to the finished products. Family owned and local, they know how to take care of people and their cars. Everyone on staff I ve had the pleasure of speaking with was incredibly attentive and helpful. These are the people you want to fix things that are important to you.

Had an amazing experience with Manriquez collision center where Jeff and Herbert walked me through every step of the way after my accident!I did my initial price quote shopping and after multiple bad experiences from collision companies, I finally returned to manriquez and I don t regret that choice for a single second! It didnt take long for me to understand that Jeff really knew what he was talking about. I found myself correcting another man at another car collision place because of what Jeff taught me.Jeff and Herbert took on my case with great care and attention to detail. Especially Herbert! He really worked to make sure my car would be done on time, being sure not to over commit but still deliver!!! He also made me feel so much more at ease when I left my car with him. Never had to call for updates. Will be returning to them for additional services.My car looks amazing and spotless thanks to manriquez!

Oh my goodness!! This place is phenomenal! I did have a minor fender bender (although my car looked like I was in a major accident) and Jeff at Manriquez was so patient with my insurance company. They are extremely thorough. I knew immediately once I met with Jeff, that they know their stuff. He looked at my car as if he was a plastic surgeon of automobiles! My car looks brand new! Thank you, guys! I will be back (well, hopefully not lol!) if I do get into another accident. This is the GO-TO place for collision repair!!

Hands-down the best service I ve received. We spoke to Jeff Mojica about getting a quote for a minor repair, and he took the time to walk us through every single part of the quote, explaining in detail the process and the techniques used. Their quote was significantly more fair than competing body shops, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful! Manriquez Collision Center is a family business of professionals you can trust.

These are supper great! A family business and have been around for a super long time. They are nice and most importantly, very good at what they do. If I had any more body work needed, I'd go to them. They fixed a difficutl ding at the back of BMW and it's perfect. Highly recommend them! Thanks Jeff!

Excellent customer service!! Jeff is very detail oriented, meticulous, and adamant about not taking any shortcuts on parts - which I very much appreciated. I took my brand new BMW X3 in for body work after a small parking garage collision; I had it back in less than 2 weeks, I was impressed. Brought my car in to fix up some scratches/paint transfer I thought were permanent that I couldn't remove myself with a buffer kit from Amazon for a quote. Jeff took a quick look and wiped it off with some paint remover free of charge. I was in and out within 10 minutes after coming in last minute. 10/10 recommend!

There are many choices in auto repair and I'm so glad I chose Manriquez Collision Center! I recently got into a car accident and Herbert was extremely helpful throughout the process. He kept me updated when the parts came in and they finished the repairs on my car within reasonable timing. I'll choose them over and over again. I strongly recommend this place!

Jeff took really good care of me. Was able to get my four month old new car back to pre-loss condition. Manriquez collision center was recommended to me by a coworker and they said they were the best in Houston. I would 1000 times agree. I just pulled right up and the guys totally helped me for free when the rack on top of my Santa Fe popped off and I couldn t figure out how to put it back on. They did that and put air in my tires and reset my oil change where I couldn t figure that out Awesome guys. Very helpful. Very kind. !

Wonderful experience with Ms. Rena! She took care of our truck while we were out of town and it was like new when we picked it up! They whole body shop has friendly employees that makes the experience exceptional, as well as their quality of work. Really feeling slighted by the integrity of this place. Came here for a few fix ups and at first I thought I found a great long term shop. At this point I've changed my mind. The main front desk person Maggie is knowledgeable and helpful but I DO NOT APPRECIATE the fact that 1) They changed the price of what was originally quoted for my last repair by $300. Told me the total by phone would be $500 and instead I show up to pay $800 yet there was no additional work done then what was discussed by phone.2) They did not call me back after multiple attempts to reach Maggie and leaving my contact info with the other lady that works there.It's been weeks now. I should've wrote this review sooner. I may be terrible at the timing of writing this review but I am a meticulous hawk when it comes to my money and what I'm told about price. I don't appreciate being told one thing and then showing up to have to pay another. I even wrote it down originally. To make matters worse I got my vehicle back with the repair done correct but something was off w/my turn signal light the moment I drove it off the lot. Basically they upcharged me, gave it back with another problem and never returned my calls. Really had high hopes. A trusted mechanic is so hard to find these days.

This place is great! Everything automotive you need in 1 location: Collision & Mechanical repairs! The staff is super friendly & easy to work with, and they are very honest & transparent! I've been going here for almost 10 years now, and compared to other shops in the area - I've saved a ton of money! Seriously, when getting multiple bids, Manriquez always has the best prices. Rena went above and beyond my expectations. I went to their shop to have an estimate of a hit and run damage that could easily lead to a total loss. She thought ahead multiple layers of scenarios and coached me how to ask questions to insurance company in order to achieve the best outcome for me. I have never seen someone like her. It is hard to meet with someone who thinks one step ahead for my interests. She thought multiple steps ahead. Very intelligent, strategic and detailed oriented. Highly recommend her as an assessor.

Just picked up my vehicle from Manriquez Collision and am again very pleased with their work. Not only is the work excellent, but Rena kept me informed about its status and even stayed late (on a Saturday!) so that I could pick my truck up. Price was competitive and the work was completed in a timely fashion. On top of that, the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this shop!Service: Painting

My wife's vehicle got rear ended so we took it to this shop right by our residence to get quoted and repaired. The team was super friendly and extremely professional a long the way working with us and the various insurance partners that the repair needed to go through.The repair took place over Memorial Day weekend and the team members were very transparent about when the car would be fixed every time we called for an update. They returned our car to us in pristine condition and it almost looks brand new again. Highly recommend this shop, all around good people and excellent body work.

I brought my car here after a fender bender. Jeff worked patiently with my insurance, including getting additional coverage for brand name parts when the secondary market parts did not look good. The work was very well done and thorough. Jeff communicated throughout the process so I knew what to expect on timing. Lastly, I have to mention what a great experience we had while picking my car up. Maggie from the front office went out of her way to give my 4 year old a tour of the garage, which he loved. Everyone made him feel so special and welcome and he loved learning about all the work they were doing. Finally, my car was spotless when I picked it up flawlessly detailed. It was such a nice touch. My car is 15 years old and the floor mats look new! We will be back for all mechanical and body needs.Service: Body & Trim

I took my wife's vehicle here after they did a great job with my truck. Herbert took care of us from beginning to end, keeping us updated constantly, and even handling communication with the attorney, rental company, and insurance company. He fought hard to make sure we got all original parts, and went above and beyond in making the repairs that were necessary. Been coming to this location after being referred a couple years ago and I truly can not say a single bad word. They truly are the most compassionate, kind hearted, amazing people here. Anytime I have a problem they re there. I recently had my storage unit broken into over the weekend where I stored my car and they allowed me to park inside the shop for safe keeping and thoroughly checked for any damage or trackers. Noticed a warranty part they was able to replace for me and took care of it. The BEST THING you ll ever do is bring your car to them. I often take my car up to Missouri where I m based for work and will drive it down just to bring it here. So worth it. Truly amazing people!
