Recently took my 2000 C1500 Chevrolet to get a complete paint job. Regardless of the damage it had they still managed to give me an amazing looking truck in a reasonable amount of time. I got rear ended and the insurance company wanted to give me almost nothing to fix my car. We ended up getting a lawyer involved and Christina, the front desk lady, helped so much. She and I became best friends lol. She was in contact with Geico back and forth to get my car fixed properly. They did a great job at fixing my car. We ran into a small hiccup but nothing they couldn t fix. They seem like genuinely good hearted people and got the job done. You d never know that I got hit! I definitely recommend this place. They made me feel safe to leave my car with them and they were very knowledgeable about how my car needed to be fixed.

Definitely a 5 star rating here!We have dealt with Mac Rod Collision 2 times now. Both experiences have been phenomenal! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience as possible. They communicate thoroughly to make sure you are up to date and they work fast as possible to get you back on the road. They are also detailed oriented and make sure the work is perfect and meets your expectations!We recommend highly!

Hyundai west Houston recommended this collision center to me. Daniel at Mac Rod was super kind and helpful. Any issue I brought to his attention he assisted with and didn t make me feel as though I was a bother. This is a family operated business and they treat you very well when interacting with you. Was in a small fender bender didn t want to file a claim on the insurance the big guys would not even call me back. Mac Rod gave me a very reasonable quote about $1000 less than I was expecting. They have a great towing services. Gave them a call at 9pm on a Sunday night no hesitate came out didn t take long to get here and got the job done. No issues, great attitude. Definitely recommend.

I am so thankful for Mac Rod Collision! With my almost nonexistent knowledge with cars I assumed I needed my entire transmission replaced. After speaking with one of the owners, Jose, he took the time to talk through my issue and inspect my vehicle for all possible solutions. With his crew's expertise they were able to diagnose my issue, letting me know that the problem was much smaller than my transmission. He and his team not only saved me time, but also money. Honesty and quality work are just two characteristics of this local business! I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles to Mac Rod.Service: Transmission

Mr. Jose and his son are excellent mechanic. I got into a minor accident a few months back and had to replace my front bumper and hood panel. He gave me the best price and even did it quickly so that I would not miss work.

I can't even begin to describe how happy I am with the work that was done on my car! Had a little fender bender, needed a door replaced along with a new tire and rim. I drive a Toyota Camry 2018, this is my 3rd timing coming to this shop and every time both the staff and the services have been beyond exceptional. I recommend them to all my friends, always feeling like a drove off with a brand new car all over again. 10/10 satisfiedServices: Tires, Body & Trim

We were referred here by a dealer for a relatively minor collision repair. I was impressed with the quality and speed of their work (in and out in just a few days), and their clear communication and flexibility.Definitely would head here again if I have any work that needs to be done!

Wow! Very impressed with the quality of work at Mac Rod Collision. Having several young drivers we have been to Mac Rod many times. They have done body work on our cars, a 2005 Chevy Colorado, 2010 Honda Insight, a 2005 Toyota Carolla, and recently a 2012 Ford Fusion. The cars always come back better than expected! Their work is truly a craft. The owners, a Husband, wife, & son team are friendly and welcoming. They are upfront with what is possible on the body work of the cars and realistic on the time frame for the work. I highly recommend Mac Rod Collision for body work repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I have had jobs done at Mac Rod Collision on a variety of vehicles. I have a Ford F150, a Ford Mustang, a Cadillac Excalade ESV, a BMW 330Ci Convertible, and a BMW 650i Coupe. They have done work on all of these vehicles.Their bodywork and painting service is flawless. After they make the repair you can't even tell there was ever even a problem.Also they are excellent mechanics. They use quality equipment and good old fashioned know-how to locate and isolate the actual problem before making the repair.The staff is friendly and courteous; and the price is always reasonable.I highly recommend Mac Rod Collision.

If you want Master Paint & Body quality type of work done to your wrecked v�hicule. I suggest that you visit Th� Mac Rod paint & Body Shop and speak with Mr. Jos� and his wife. They provide High Quality work at � high level of Integrity, Chacter and Respect. Th� prices are very Fair and Reasonable. I recently had front bumper/back bumper repairs done to m'y 2012 BMW 535i. I was little nervous at first, but Mr. Jos� came Highl'y reccomended. M'y car was already in excellent condition, but Mr. Jos� and his staff took th� looks of m'y car to another level and I have been Smiling ever since. To say th� least I was very, very Satisfied. Great job Mr. Jos�. 5 Stars.

Best place ever!! They exceeded my expectations. I went in with a damaged liftgate on a 2019 GMC Terrain. You can t tell my car was ever damaged and looks brand new again. Very professional and answered all questions with detail. Hopefully I ll never have to come again, but if I do this is the only place I will come too. I wish I had knew about this place sooner.
