I brought my car in to diagnose a check engine light to see if they would tell me the same thing as another mechanic. When I asked for an estimate of the repairs to compare, the person helping me just mumbled something about how they are backed up for months and didn't give an estimate.It reminded me of when I tried to schedule recall services and the service dept would not call me back and tried to dissuade me from scheduling something because they were too busy.

First timer at Mac Haik service and it was a great experience. They differentiate themselves with great customer service. Dropped off my truck early morning and got it back the same day. Special recognition to Cyrus (service advisor) for his professionalism and attention to details.

I had an amazing experience. I went in clueless and spoke with several different members of this professional team. They led me to the Service department and to Cyrus. He educated me on how to get my car taken care of and did so in less than a day. Not only did he and this incredible team help to get rid of a check engine light I've had for months, they also saved me money in the process. Great experience. Very appreciative to Mr. Cyrus and the staff that helped!

Christina was wonderful to work with. She kept me updated on timing throughout the time our car was in the shop and kindly offered to have the vehicle delivered to me when I was home caring for sick children. My only critique would be the time it takes between appointment drop off and diagnosis. One the diagnosis was made, repairs were quick.

My recent visit to Mac Haik Ford's service department left me thoroughly impressed. The standout stars were Jonathan, Andrew, and Cyrus, who collectively made my experience as customer-friendly as could be.Starting with my initial phone call, Jonathan from the Quick Lane Center immediately set the tone for exceptional customer service. Despite it being a Friday afternoon, Jonathan prioritized my call, talked me through next steps, and got me booked for a service appointment on Saturday morning. Despite the nuanced problem I was experiencing with my vehicle, he efficiently addressed my concerns to the extent he was able over the phone, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication.The next morning, Jonathan continued to display why he is the first person most customers encounter when they arrive at the Quick Lane Center, as he not only remembered me from our phone call, but seemed to remember every other customer who walked into the waiting room that morning too.Jonathan directed me to his colleague Andrew, who was equally helpful, responsive and friendly. A bit later in the day, after I'd been transferred from the Quick Lane group to the Service Center, both Andrew and Jonathan asked about the status of my vehicle and expressed genuine interest in the outcome of the Service Center's findings.At the Service Center, Cyrus continued to maintain the excellent service standard. Cyrus kept me informed, set realistic expectations, provided accurate estimates, and ensured a smooth process from start to finish. While the Service Center team was not able to identify the cause of the issue - which was a minor technical issue with the vehicle's programming - that I was experiencing that day, Cyrus told me he would continue to investigate and get back to me. True to his word, a couple days after my trip to the Service Center, Cyrus sent me a text message asking what my availability was to come in for a follow-up appointment with a specialist technician. I was blown away by Cyrus's initiative on following up so promptly - it exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression.The seamless teamwork among Jonathan, Andrew, and Cyrus was evident, creating a positive and efficient service experience. The Service Center s atmosphere was welcoming, and the amenities in the waiting area added to the overall satisfaction.In conclusion, Mac Haik Ford's Quick Lane and Service Center departments, led by the efforts of Jonathan, Andrew, and Cyrus, offered me outstanding service marked by professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. I highly recommend their top-notch automotive service.

Service advisor Christina was professional and friendly. She provided me with towing and repair options and along with her manager patiently assisted me with a Ford Pass promotion . Service repair was performed promptly within one day - way to go service techs!. The staff from advisor to service techs to Jennifer in billing were very customer service focused. Appreciate the care they took with my vehicle and cleanliness of the waiting area with complimentary water, coffee and the complimentary shuttle service was a bonus. Well done Mac Haik!!

Fixed both of the issues with my car on-time, as promised. The repairs were expensive, but at least they was done right. Carlos provided excellent service as my Service Advisor and kept me informed throughout the process.

I took my wife s new Expedition for a warranty issue. First time I booked the appointment on 1/26, I get to the service and they tell me that there s a wait period of about 10 days before my can be even seen and they didn t have any rentals that day, so I could leave it there to not lose my place or reschedule again the appointment for a time when they had a rental. That s what I did, so they booked a new appointment for 2/19. Here the first issue, why nobody called me to tell me there were no rentals? Huge waste of time.When I took the car the second time on 1/19, they had a rental, but again they told me that I had to wait around 10 days for my car to be seen. This is the second issue, why do they make appointments when there s a 10 day queue? That s what appointment systems are designed to do, to manage the demand and not waste clients time. I paid $80k for the car!! I d wish they had a better system and process to manage warranties. This is a huge issue for Ford and Mac Haik.

The service was good because they were able to identify the other needs for our vehicle.The thing is because I am a lady, the waiting area (for an hour or more depending on how many it should be done) is not big enough just in case for example, you brought your child or children with you.My husband bought me there and the one seating next to us, doesn't care if his voice was too loud talking to someone over his phone.But the others are also talking in a very low voice so they won't be noisy but we can still hear their voices.2. They have a tire inside that smells.3. Their restroom is not within that area. You need to go out and walk a little bit. Though is not really far. And not all the cubicles are can be used.Maybe it is about time for the service center to improve their waiting area.

Went in for oil change/tire rotation.Asked the quick lane to check light out in the back. 2 hrs later car was ready. I asked the service writer did they check the light. He said I don t know - I was gone to lunch . He pick up phone and ask tech did he look at it and apparently that tech said no not his job . Service Writer then said it was on the order I then asked for manager. Service Manger came & took took car to service bay. Came back and blamed my husband that he broke the the light assembly when he replaced bulb. Naw Dude! You broke it needless to say in the end another 2 hrs later Maik Haik replaced the light & bulb assembly. Oh wait they tried to short change me but because it is under warranty I didn t owe anything. They wanted me to drive out withe the broken plastic light that would leak water - dude In the end- it was all replaced with new parts. There is a hidden screw the tech and manger failed to take out and when he pulled it, it broke. A manager- seriously, brought me broken pieces and blamed my husband. The broken pieces would be on my driveway ya think. Anyways, when my husband spoke to them they still never took blame or honesty. Oh and um to the guy in the service writer area in the bays he couldn t help me because he was leaving in 20 mins and could not start paperwork and I had to wait til another writer was avail. Instead he played on his phone while I stood there and waited for another one to be avail. If your going to waste time- don t do it front of a customer who has been there already 3 hours.

Truck is 15 months old and all batteries died and Mac Haik would not honor the warranty. Would never ever purchase anything from this dealership or ford again. Truck only has 7000 miles on it and they acted like it was my fault that they built a hybrid truck that you can t charge. Stay away from this truck and Mac Haik. Entire dealership is full of you know what. They smile when they are selling to you but when it comes time to service and honor their warranty it is an another issue. So dissatisfied that I am getting rid of it this week.

Great Service!!! I have very little experience with cars and Jerry Straznicky made my experience with Ford super delightful. He was knowledgeable, attentive, was able to explain everything in detail and courteous. Thank you for your smile and hard work! It s greatly appreciated and a breath of fresh air.

Overall service was ok, was annoyed by the booking process. Could not complete a repair on my lifted truck tire even though the dealer sells lifted vehicles. Frustrating to have to take my truck to another place for the repair. All repairs have been done at this dealership including the purchase of the truck. Rather annoying to say the least.

Cyrus has been a huge help. He is straight forward with what is going on when your vehicle is in for service work. He quickly responds to your phone calls and text messages throughout the process when you have questions!!

Carlos is my Go TO! He is sooo helpful always. Very responsive and efficient communication and really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. For once in my life I don t stress when I have to get my car serviced because I know I ll be taken care of. Great customer service!

Just good, old fashioned customer service. Everyone that I deal with at Mac Haik are courteous and respectful and follow through on what they say they're going to do. I can't ask for more. Thanks to Cody and the rest of the service department for getting me in and handling the issue with my vehicle.

They helped me get home and picked me up to get my truck. Had several things done at one time and i dropped my truck off at 8:10 am and got all done before noon. I felt that they worked with me to resolve the problems and they made sure that i was happy with the outcome.

Poor Customer Service provided by the Service Manager. Cyrus was helpful, but the Service Department is in need of training on communication and customer service overall.The time of completion promised was not met and took over a week longer than expected. No urgency to complete the service recommended was taken.Overall experience was a huge disappointment, even though this department came recommended by another dealer. Do not let their location of convenience overshadow the lack of customer service you will not experience. Mac Haik is NOT a name that should be associated with customer experience.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my Bronco Raptor. In particular it was a pleasure dealing with Nathan Wood, the sales manager. He was very knowledgeable about the car and patiently addressed my questions and pointed out all the key features of the car compared to Bronco Wildtrack that I was trading in. At no time I felt he was pushing me to buy the car.

Service department tried to charge me more hours than the manufacturer books hours for the job should have been 4.5 hours and tried to charge me for 8 hours also tried to charge me over retail for the parts even after I got a lower price from there parts department for the same parts. Then talked to the service manager Paul Stanik I believe and he proceed d to argue with me and also tell me his quick lane people did not know what they were doing. After doing business with this dealer for many years I will never be doing business with Mac Haik ford ever again

I got a recall notice on my 2023 Maverick. Once I finally got a real live service staff member on the phone, setting up an appointment was a snap. The actual service was completed in a timely manner. So I give Mac Haik service a solid 5 star rating. BUT, I give their automated phone service a 1 star rating for being cumbersome, frustrating, and inefficient.

I have a nice well-maintained 2016 F250 diesel. It had a DEF fault that showed up. I took it to Mack hike and although they were very nice they seem to be running something of a scam. Basically the scam is they charge you several hundred dollars an hour to diagnose the truck but never do diagnose it. In this case, and this is the third time it had been to the dealer, they spent about $1000 getting the truck diagnosed but never found anything wrong with it reset the code and gave it back to me. Of course the code showed up the next day disabling the truck at a bad location. I had to have it towed to a different shop that fixed it for a reasonable price in one day. Actually less than one day. So I would be careful dealing with these guys although they re collegial they seem to be running a scam based on diagnosed running up diagnostic fee hours.

Had my Ford diesel F250 in for an Oil change. In addition, there was a light on the dashboard. Earl said it would be 5 to 6 hours before my truck would be ready. The shop was really busy, but Earl was able to get my truck fixed and back to me the same day. Great work and as always, staff was so nice and professional. Thanks Mac Haik!

The turn around time of trying to contact someone to pay a service fee so that another company could pick up the car to begin repairs was ridiculous to say the least. I spent two and a half days trying to get in contact with the service department to pay the balance online and had no luck each day. At one point the operator began trying to transfer me to any and everyone in hopes that someone would answer. The other company was even at your location and ready to pick up the car (because I thought I d be able to get in touch with someone before hand) and was not able to take the vehicle because payment needed to be made. Both my spouse and I spent two and half days trying to contact someone to pay and he was finally able to speak to a manager who got in contact with Lauren to send me the necessary forms to fill out to her and return via email. The amount of time it took to get in touch with someone is quite ridiculous and delayed the repair and return time on my vehicle with the other company. Do better!
