I had to take my 2023 F-150 in after getting into an accident. While I hope to never have to go back, I know that if I do, I will be in good hands. Juan Barrios handled my intake and kept me up to speed on where they were at as it pertained to estimates, parts and, when I could expect to get my truck back. On the day I was supposed to get my truck back there was a snag (not their fault) and I was in a pickle. I needed to return my rental car but I also needed a vehicle to get around. I spoke with a different Juan and he along with the porter Grillo stayed open past closing to make sure that I got my truck back. I couldn t be happier with how my truck looks and the level of service I received. Great people doing great work. If I could give more stars I would.

They are not honest about the time it will take to complete a repair. The 3 week estimate from when I dropped off my truck is now more than 6 weeks. The communication is non-existent. Robert who is my rep has not called a single time. I have to call to get updates. If they give you a time frame - my experience is - at least double it. They will cost you a fortune in rental car fees.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our experience with Mac Hayek was less than pleasant. If it hadn't been for Robert at the body shop it would have been less so. He worked to make sure that we were happy with the work that had been done. We had to send the car back three separate times. Not only was the paint and body work, not up to par, additional damage have been done while it was on the lot. Lot. Their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. The final result was actually outstanding. I would have rated higher if it had been done this way the first time.

I would like to thank Robert Rodriguez for a job well done. Robert lived up to his reputation of excellence. He ordered the parts necessary to do the repair and informed me when the parts arrived. He then scheduled a date to bring in my truck and let me know about the day it would be finished. It was completed on time and my truck looks like new! Let me say I'm in the automotive finish industry, so I come across a lot of poor body and paint work. I was referred to the Mac Haik Ford body shop by a friend after being in an accident that required quite a bit of repairs. I worked with Robert, he was great through the entire process start to finish. He made sure my repair was handled correctly, no short cuts. On the day of pickup I was pleasently shocked. Looking at the paint and other work completed I could not believe the quality. Had I tried to nit pick, I wouldn't have been able to find any issues. I was very happy to see there are still craftsman out there who show pride in their work.

I had a weird stain on the hood of my Ford Edge and Mr. Robert went above and beyond to handle it for me. He stuck with his quote (which was more than fair to start with) even though it wound up being way more work than anticipated, my car came back to me cleaner than I left it, and he and his crew did a GREAT job fixing the problem. Everybody I dealt with was super friendly and helpful, and while I hope my car doesn't have any issues in the future, this is where I'll be bringing it if it does.Service: Body & Trim

Was in an accident and I had to get parts of my car replaced. Cristian Garcia was the one I had the pleasure dealing with when it came to my car. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable and was very helpful! He took care of all my insurance things and was very quick to finish my repairs! I am very pleased with his work and would Highly recommend coming here and talking to Cristian for your cars body repair needs!

This business is horrible; I took my car in to get fixed due to being rear ended; after about a week the person fixing my car called the insurance to say it was ready so naturally I went to pick it up but what I saw was not a fixed car; the taillight was broken, there were scratches and a dent on the side of the car. The insurance was paying me for the days I was not working so when they called the insurance to say it was ready the insurance stopped the payment. It took them additional time bc of the tail light and scratches And the insurance no longer paid me bc the body shop said it was ready when it in fact was not. So when I asked to speak to the manager About the situation I explained to him the situation and he said that it was not his problem and kicked us out. So then I tried to speak to the service manager and after waiting an hour hoping for a solution, he reacted the same way not giving us a solution. I have been trying to reach out to him over the phone & leaving messages but he does not respond.Service: Body & Trim

Robert was the best. Everything was done ahead of time and the insurance was all taken care of with no other involvement. This is the only body shop that will take care of all of my cars. This car is a Buick Enclave and I will bring all my other vehicle there too.

No customer service whatsoever. The body shop had my vehicle for two months (each time telling me they had to keep it to do the same work they had told me they were doing the week before). The body shop did not check my vehicle for any damage, but relied instead on the insurance adjuster. When my vehicle did not work as it should, I was told that they didn't know if it would work because it was never checked out.These guys are in the business of cashing checks from insurance companies not making customers happy. I was never told my vehicle would not run as it should unless I paid out of pocket for additional repairs. This is because no evaluation was ever done by the body shop to indicate that my vehicle would need additional repairs.Avoid this place at all costs. There are thousands of body shops in Houston. You are better served to use any other place.

Took my car there after a wreck thinking it would be the best for the car, after getting it back 2 days later the clutch went bad almost got into another accident, called the person that took care of the car Cristian took them 3 days to diagnose the car, then said i had to pay $1,800 to replace the clutch something that they repaired and went wrong. So i decided to replace the part since they said that was the only thing wrong, i replaced it and still same thing, tried calling but all he says its let me call my technician and never returns calls, i have about 3 months without being able to use my car.... really upset with this business thanks for nothing

They repaired the sunroof and roof of my F-150 after I drove it into a low parking garage. They fixed the damage within a good time frame. I had to take it back to get one thing checked and fixed but they took great care of me.

Had a good experience with the Mac Haik body shop on two company vehicle insurance claims. The vehicles were back in half the time of a nearby competing dealer. I would definitely recommend using them.

Great work, but didn't properly install our sliding door on the van, this prevents a 5 star. Still trying to get this issue resolved.

My husband choose this place based on past experiences with work. I had my car back in less then a week great job. Other place we tried would take two weeks just to see it

I went in for a quote on a fender scrape. I was told it would be thousands of dollars, and that I needed to leave the car for days "but we can get you a loaner through your insurance." The next place I went to buffed it out in 30 minutes and charged me $80.

Slow, very slow. Reasonable quality at high prices. They need to add quality trained staff. Slow on estimates and frustratingly slow on repairs. The manager talked to this time appeared to be communicative and on timely.
