Came in to get an estimate. Didn t know if insurance was going to help me or not. Kevin gave me an honest quote and explained the damages in detail. After receiving different responses from other locations, I decided to come here based on their previous reviews and customer service. They did a great job, Thank You!Missing one star because I have white seats and black marks/dust was left behind on the back seats.

I am very pleased with the cost of service, the quality of the repair, and Kevin, the owner/proprietor. His receptionist first told me they used to shrink wrap the area with a window before they get the auto body part in, so I can continue driving the vehicle, but they don t anymore. I do not know if this is true. When I picked up the vehicle, the same receptionist told me when I complained about remaining broken glass, that the shop vac was broken. When I asked Kevin, he said that was not true. A few minutes later the mechanic told me he apologized for the receptionist lying about that. Because I like Kevin, the price, and the quality of the repair, I might use this branch of Maaco again, but will have conversations only with the owner Kevin or the mechanic.

Kevin and his team did a very good job at painting our 2012 Honda Civic. First of all, the price is very reasonable and the quality of work was superb. They also finished the work on time. We were impressed and highly recommend them.

Ok..I normally dont leave reviews, I'm ole school,retired military, get a job done, pay, say thank you, if its what i paid for and I'm out! In this case i had to come and leave a review, have not met a person in a while that has help restore my faith in humanity a little. I came in wanting to get a nice paint job for my husband's Chevy truck that he has had for26 years, as long as he had been on his job, as a gift for him. I was on a tight budget but was still hoping that i could at least get a paint job with a little body work as well. Kevin took excellant care of us. He was professional, very knowledgeable on what we needed done, upfront, friendly,easy to speak with and made us very comfortable on getting the work done there. We had went a couple of other places where we left feeling uneasy and uncomfortable with the price as well as not feeling we were going to get everything that we needed.After getting his truck back we were truly AMAZED and satisfied with the work! Athough we knew we did not pay for show truck quality, it looked like that to us and friends and family!! Thank you Kevin for the wonderful work you guys did and thank you for making this one of my husbands best gift ever! You are truly the MAN! I had a terrible experience with this shop. Not only did they promise to use original parts for my car repair which what I was charged for, but they also ended up using cheaper, inferior parts without informing me. As a result, the replacement parts broke a year or two after the repair. I am sure you are wondering why did wait that long before writing a review, and the reason simply is that I just found out they broke other body parts during the repair and used 3M tape to stick it back. Their dishonesty and lack of integrity are deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise against using their services.

Kevin and his staff were extremely helpful. Needed to cancel and reschedule due to weather...needed the job done in less time than normal... also was late to pick it up. Each time, I was met with a friendly can do, no worries attitude. Would DEFINITELY go back! Highly recommend.

I initially spoke with Matthew on the phone and in person and he s the reason why I went ahead with my paint job. I was only going to get my front and back bumper painted but we weren t sure if they could match the custom paint which I expected so I went ahead and got a full paint change. I picked out my color and kept mentioning red even picked out the paint code. I know nothing about paint so I wouldn t have known that the color would be brighter when actually mixed together. Instead of red I got bright orange, not a big deal I should have done my research. I also needed them to put the bumpers back on as I was coming from another body shop. The bumper may or may not have come cracked however I had already said I would pay for it. What I did have an issue with was the following:-led light was out once I got my vehicle back. It was not out when I dropped it off.- very sloppy as far as dripping dried paint towards bottom of vehicle- paint on wheels- paint on mirror- cracked windshield where tape was removed and is now spreading.- black marks on vehicle that I was told I could eventually wipe off after paint cured- underneath front bumper has a black tint- bumper crack that was discussed before I picked up vehicle not fixed because he wasn t told about that one as well so my bumper is not aligned right. This I was also told to wait until paint cured. The front bumper is also not attached correctly.Now don t get me wrong, for the most part the communication and job was decent but for what was spent I feel like a little more effort should have been put in to ensure I wouldn t have to come back. The time they had my vehicle was short but I would had ratcheted them kept it for longer to ensure the job was done efficiently. I do not bash and I give credit when credit is due. I will not be coming back for them to put a bandaid on what was messed up because it should have been done right the first time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't speak for all Maaco locations, but my car was just filthy when I picked it up. The interior was very dirty (not vacuumed) and the exterior was surprisingly dirty as well. The door interiors were also not painted properly.

One cannot say enough good things about this MAACO or Kevin and his team. Over the years, we have brought a Ford Bronco, Mercury Marauder, Iroc Camaro, Chevrolet Volt and now a Honda Ridgeline here, all for complete color changes. The quality of work, bodywork, paint, trim and detail are impeccable for the price. It is definitely worth upgrading to one of the premium paint packages. Thank you, Kevin, Richard and MAACO, for making a 9-year-old electric car and a 14-year-old truck like new again. Truck paint is by MAACO; tailgate is by local Houston artist Ooowwee Walker.

I scratched the bottom half of my hatchback door. Kevin and his guys repainted it nicely. They fit me into their schedule promptly and only took 1 1/2 days. The service was fast, but I don t think they removed my bumper for the paint repair because there are still stickers underneath that weren t there before. It doesn t affect the paint but it seemed kind of lazy around the removal.Service: PaintingService: Painting

We have used Maaco several times for painting and body work---on my Subaru and on my husband's Toyota Sequoia. Most recently we had our Subaru hit and I knew Maaco would provide a fair price: for the guy who hit us, AND I felt they would do a good job. Kevin at Maaco helped me by contacting the nearby Enterprise car rental location, letting them know that we should be given the lower rate that he and Enterprise had agreed upon for work at the Maaco location. I got a full size car to rent on a daily basis at a very low price. The work on our white Subaru Outback was done very well. My car looked almost brand new on the outside, even though it was bought in 2010!

My recent experience with the Bellaire location was OUTSTANDING! This is the second time I have brought one of our vehicles to Kevin and his crew. They did a FANTASTIC job each time. After someone clipped the drivers side wheel well of my car that isn t even a year old - I knew I needed it fixed and knew I would take it to Kevin and his crew. Kevin is very professional and his quote was reasonably priced. I am thrilled with the results and will highly recommend anyone in need of service to this location! WARNING DO NOT GO HERE !I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received; I dropped off my car for a Complete paint job with all the added extras so the paint job would look great and instead got a complete headache! The car was completed with no care and was not inspected before me being handed back my keys.I ubered to pick up my car the first time and was immediately unsatisfied with the job; there were several paint mistakes and lumps. They also hag over spray on my brakes causing them to become ineffective. They offered to fix it and leave the car for a week. I agreed and ubered back home!I ubered to pick up my car the second time and observed several swirl marks. The manager stated my car, with a fresh paint job, was buffed with a pad that caused swirls and damaged the clear coat. He offered to fix it again because the worker messed it up , and I agreed.IF HE KNEW THIS WHY DID HE NOT FIX IT!I explained to them how much I had been paying in Uber and that this had been a hassle, so he dropped me off at home, which was nice but I wasn't re embursed or offered , but I prayed my paint job would be correctedI showed up this last time and my car was dirty and had white compound in the grill and the liner under my hood had screws missing and was hanging.. Also the flaps under my car was damaged.I don't write many reviews, but this one is needed to help someone else!I lost money and time that I can't get back and a bad paint job and experience!

Fast qoutes and fair prices. I received a qpute from another place for $1,600 and they needed my trick for 1 week. Maaco qouted me $680.00 and gave me $50 off if I brought it in the following Monday. They kept their word and only kept my truck for 3 days.

Kevin was a consummate professional from the moment we spoke concerning getting my 2007 toyota yaris repainted, and made sure to take care of me and provided me a great deal using my military discount. He also delivered on the date the car would be ready and added some valuable insight on protecting the paint job investment. Overall a great experience and great place and confident with my warranty that any touch ups if ever needed, i can count on Kevin and his excellent crew! Great job!!Service: Body & Trim
