I spoke with Maribel over the phone, to let her know my issue, and she was very polite, professional and transparent. Being a single woman at an auto shop can be intimidating, but I never got the feeling I was being scammed. Jaime explained everything very clearly and kept me updated on his progress. My car is running great and I saved WAY more than going to the dealership. I will be going back.

I recently brought in a truck out of the fleet from my place of employment that needed some repairs. They guys explained everything in detail, the prices were fair, and the work was done effectively and efficiently. Overall they did a great job!! Since then we have decide to use them to perform all maintenance and repairs on all of the trucks in the fleet (14) and we expect we will receive the same great service from these guys every time. I would highly recommend this group to anyone. Their Integrity, as well as the quality of service and their delivery of customer service are unmatched!!! It's always hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust especially if you've ever had a bad experience, which I think we all have, but this place will win you over! Miguel, Jamie and the rest of the crew will take excellent care of you!! Go and see for yourself!!!

My car was fixed about two months ago by the wonderful technicians here and I can say I am beyond pleased with their work! I wanted to wait until I knew for sure there were no issues with the work afterwards to give a well informed review. Being new to Houston, with a small child and an older 97 Toyota Avalon, I can say I ve found my spot for any major repair work! Driving into the lot, you can tell they do superior work with all of the foreign cars being worked on. Reasonable price and excellent work! Thank you all so much for getting me back on the road!!!

Both of the brothers were so kind and helpful! They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to give me a much better price than the BMW service department. I will definitely be using them again if any other issues arise on my 2016 vehicle.

Took my BMW 328i there to fix 4 leaks and the work was completed on time based off our contractual date provided. His prices are fair and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Warranty provided is one of the best plans I have seen in the area. If you are in need of repairs for your import car, give them a call!

They were able to solve an electrical problem on my BMW for 1/5 the price that I was quoted by 3 other shops. They have my business for life!Edit: I have continued using M Power even though they are far from my house - every time I try to take my car somewhere closer the quote is higher or they can't figure out the problem, but M Power always pulls through. Highly recommended.

A great team that has passion for the BMW brand. If you ever need to get any car serviced, it helps if your mechanic likes your vehicle, because they will treat it as their own. That's what is going on here. Highly recommended for BMW owners who are fed up with the high labor rates charged by the dealership.

Very nice, and customer service was great! I will definitely return if I have any car issues, and I will recommend them to everyone I know! Very enjoyable experience. Complimentary WIFI while you wait, and service is quick. They get straight to the point!

I was very pleased with the service done on my 2012 Cadillac CTS. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and was very efficient. They even stayed open a little longer for me because I had a problem finding someone to take me to pick up my vehicle. I really appreciated them for that because I had to be at work the next morning at 6am.

My experience was great! Timing was great! I waited no more than 30 minutes. My car is running great. You all are my Mechanic for now on....... I wish I had known this place sooner... I could have save a lot of money and time. God Bless each one of you! I will be back.

Brought my daughter's corolla to the shop to check the faint noise I thought I heard. They spent more than 30 minutes and even let me drive the vehicle to check where the noise was coming from. It turned out my front brakes needed replacing including the rotors.Miguel and his crew are very courteous, spends the time to explain to you everything. Now, they are working on my old 2006 Mercedes E350.

I took my Vanderhall Venice to M Power to get diagnosed. My Venice had sat at the dealer for 9 weeks and they were unable to fix it. Since Vanderhall is a boutique manufacturer I was really limited on confident mechanics. I was happy to find Miguel, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in 2 days. I have since brought in my regular car for him to do the service. Prices here are far better than the dealer and Miguel is very fair. I highly recommend.

These guy are professionals. They can pinpoint issues very quickly and get you back on the road. The staff are always courteous and they offer great service every time. That s why I service all my cars when required at the location.

I have a beautiful 2004 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas with 16,886 miles. It is like new. The car has never needed repair so I didn t have a mechanic. Only the dealer.Then the dreaded Air Suspension Fault light came on. If you know about that car you know about the fault. It is inevitable on the 2004 s. And very expensive to repair. I called one of the local Jaguar dealers service departments. The Service Tech immediately said between you and me don t get it repaired at the dealership . He s said the dealership would probably want to replace all 4 air suspension shocks and the air compressor. He said it could cost over $10,000. He said to find an independent mechanic shop with experience with Jaguars.So I got on the Internet and searched for a mechanic with experience in Jaguars. I foundM Power Motorhouse. Turned out it was 2 miles from my home. I called and spoke to Jaime (later found he was the owner). He said they specialize in Jaguars and other European and Asian cars along with all other cars.I told him about the Air Suspension Fault code and he knew exactly what I was talking about. My car was sitting low but was still drivable. So I drove it there. Later that day he called and told me what was causing it. And gave me an estimate to repair it. I had been researching the cost of different scenarios. From what he told me I thought it was a very fair price.I told him to go ahead and do it. The next day he called and said my car was ready. And he said there was good news. The Air Compressor did not need to be replaced and reduced the bill several hundred dollars. I can t tell you how happy I was. Now I ve been driving it for 2 weeks and the beautiful ride is back.Everyone at M Power was very professional and friendly.I can t wait to go back . But hopefully not to soon.I highly recommended M Power Motorhouse for their professionalism, knowledge and honesty.Needless to say. I am very pleased with M Power Motorhouse and recommend to all.Doug

Took my car in cause it wouldn't start. Next day they had my car running but it ran rough (used a sensor from a different car) was told it was the wrong flywheel. I sale parts for a living so I knew it was the right flywheel. I Was told it would be pricey to drop the transmission. They also told me if it wasn't the flywheel then I didn't owe for dropping the transmission because at this point it's a guessing game. Got a new fylwheel and 2 days later was told my car was ready. Got my car and it still ran rough. Found out it wasn't the flywheel like I knew it wasn't, so they put the sensor from the other car back in to get it started so they could get it out of the shop and charged me for dropping the transmission. So now I'm over $600 in the whole and my car is not drivable. Not a honest shop. Do not go unless u want to be lied to and have money to just give away. Guy at the shop told me it was a vacuum leak that is making it run bad. Funny thing is the car ran perfectly before getting the flywheel changed. So whatever leaks it has now it had when it ran great. If they couldn't get my car running the way it should I would have paid the diagnosing fee and found someone who could, but because they f**ked me I don't have money to get it fixed. So I inspect my car further and realized that this shop put the wrong sensor in all together to get the car started. They even cut the plug out to get it to fit. My car now is super advanced in timing so car over heats now and the transmission is giving me problem all due to what they did to my car, so I call the shop and the guy (Miguel) doesn't not answer so I leave him a voicemail and he has yet to call me back. That was 3-4 days ago. This shop is not honest. Don't not take ur car to this shop.

Great service from when I dropped off my car to when I picked it up. Mechanic was alwas in touch to let me know what was going on and if extra work was needed or not. I appreciate the good and fast work they did to get my car back on the road. I will be going back for any other car issues!

These guys have been my preferred mechanic shop since they opened almost 11 years ago. I have never had a bad experience with them. They have taken care all my vehicles and do a phenomenal job !!!!

Terrible job, over price,I had a motor and transmission rebuiltMotor was suppose to have 250 horsepower comes out to only 159 with several issuesMotor has No power , misfiring, transmission slipping....Transmission was not bolted down it was just screwed to motor and Drive shaft has no transmission mount. Just dangling.Putting me and my family at risk..Also had truck painted black. Several runs, paint on my windows my rims and my bumpers. I was told that it would be cleaned up before Receiving. Was not...I never had my truck Inspected until months later. I would of never expected that from them, that just comes to show trust no one ." I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND TELL FRIENDS AND ABOUT THEIR WORK..."

Have always received great service from this family owned business. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and work quickly. Small jobs are usually done the same day. Prices are very reasonable.
