Best Tire and Wheel place with unbeatable prices. Walked in spoke with the Owner Oscar. Told him i wanted a leveled Truck with some Tis Wheels and said he would make it happen. Had Leveling kit wheels amd Tires done in about an Hour and half. Oscar was prompt and true to his word. Overall good experience.

Friendly and professional staff. I had an issue with the staff not having the tool to put my spare back under my SUV, and had to do that myself. Hey Lucky Tires and Wheels, the Honda Pilot lug tool fits into the spare tire hoist!!! I've been a regular for used tires, and recommend their services.

Once again, I'm grateful to Lucky Tire for their service. Today, they repaired my Dodge's bent aluminum tire, sending the rim to another shop for an incredibly reasonable $85. The rim returned in excellent condition, beautifully painted and looking like new. I'm satisifaid with their service -The tire prices is responsible for the 2017 Nissan versa only $324 with tax and only 40 for replacing the pressure sensor with programming by a very decent professional engineer in the site

They really took me serious concerning what type of wheels and rims that I wanted, great customer service and support. The stock of rims were high quality, a very neat and clean company, ver professional, might I leave you with this .they made me feel like I was important to them as do all of there clientele .. left with an honest smile.

Cody helped me fix my challenger window up after my accident. He said they don tUsually do certain installs but he went ahead and proceeded to help since I wasn t experienced. Thank you you re such a blessing and the guys always treat me well.

I came a day by chance, the place was very busy, Fransisco was extremely kind to me and patient because I asked him many questions, before returning I compared in other places if the price he gave me was reasonable to replace my rims and tires on my jeep and believe me the best price I found in the entire area was here, I am very happy and pleased with the service and attention they were wonderful to me, highly recommended, if you come ask for Francisco (Franky) he is very committed to his work and will help you in all you need

Fair price compared to other shops around.A little unorganized parking/waiting, but great staff and service. Service writer was honest and upfront even told me I should get some parts online and not overcharging me for the same item. Will be coming back.

Lucky's was able to completely BLOW AWAY every other tire and rim competitor's prices by over $2,000!Their entire process, from start to finish, was so simple, easy and painless! Here's what we did:1. Saw a competitor's ad on Facebook.2. Called the number on the ad, went back and forth for 3 days.3. Decided to call around and, after another full day of searching and waiting for callbacks, we found Lucky's.4. Called Lucky's and, without any delays, callbacks or being jerked around, was immediately connected and spoke with Alejandro.5. He offered much better financing options, better lift-kit, and better tires and rims. Everything they offered in our first conversation was substantially better quality and at a much more favorable price point than every competing store we contacted!6. He sent a text with the link for the financing application.7. We completed the financing application process in under 5 minutes and was sent an approval text and email in 30 seconds!8. Called Alejandro to schedule the installation of our new lift-kit, tires and rims, which was the very next day.9. Dropped off our Jeep, ordered an Uber to get to work.10. After work, ordered an Uber back to Lucky's to pick up our Jeep, which was all done in ONE DAY!We spent 4 days being jerked around by game-playing, fast-talking, slick-talking slimey used-car type sales jerks!Lucky's and Alejandro, along with Franky and Oscar created a "5 Star' experience for us!From our initial call to Lucky's, followed by the shopping and selection process, to their easy hassle-free installation, to the delivery with us driving away with huge smiles on our faces was a pleasant experience.Lucky's is customer-centric and professional. Excellent service, fixed up my wheel in no time, and was highly affordable. There wasn't much of a wait time, the gentleman at the counter came out and diagnosed the problem...you got get there early, or you may have to wait a little bit. They have a solid selection of wheels and tires as well. Come over and get your fix... tire fix that is

A lot of reason why I give a 1 star to start off I got a lift done here the person that I spoke to for all the info before hand helped me out at first after I went in person to pay for all the stuff he was not found had to speak to a different associate and had to catch them up on what I was getting thinking the associate I spoke to had everything ready for me to just pay the deposit like he stated on the call . from their the day of my schedule lift I brought in my vechile at 9 am when they just open first vechile in the shop they start working on .i never received a call updating me on my vechile or even telling me it was done I had to go up to the shop at 5pm to see if it was ready and my vechile was supposedly parked their for hours being already done god knows for how long .Had to take it in next day because one of my brand new tires purchased from here had a nail in it due to the shop not cleaning up after their work causing cars passing by collecting whatever is in the floor not only I had to fix that but also due to the cut outs on the fenders that were sow bad that the mechanic confused a obvious brake line hose for a fender and ended up cutting my hose don t see how u can cut something that is obviously in a visual site to avoid overall bad experience and worst customer service.

I really want to give a ZERO star due to Lucky Tire & Wheel was quick to take my money , I bought the 35x12.50x20 Renegade A/T tire that came with a 50k warranty and I only have 35k miles on the tires and a tire belt broke in the tire so I brought it back due to I was still under warranty (which I thought) and now I was told from Alejandro that I would have to pay 235$ for a new tire and then he would have to send it in to the manufacturer and see if its covered under warranty... now why would I have to pay for a defective tire so I advise anyone think before buying tire from this location because in a event like me now I have to buy new tires so make sure you ask about the warranty because when you really need them they will not cover you.THE TIRE WARRANTY THE STORE HAS WILL NOT COVER YOU SO DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I went for a tire repair as one of the tires had a nail in it. They plugged it within 10 minutes and charged a very fair price ($5) for the repair. Discount Tire tried to sell me two new tires worth $500 the previous day because according to them the nail was in an unrepairable area which it was clearly not, and thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. I really appreciate the honesty of these guys at Lucky Tire & Wheels.

My driver-side tire blew coming right off of 6 SH S access road. Luckily for me i stopped a few feet away from this tire shop. They were quick and able to provide affordable price. Say the least I was able to get to work on time because of this shop. Thank you

Piss poor customer service. Was told they dont carry a tire for my car (Toyota Corolla) with out looking. I then had my friend who speaks Spanish call up there and ask them if they had my type of tire they GLADLY SAID YES. This is the second time I have had a terrible experience. The first time they gave my a tire with a bubble in it. I went back to tell them they dismissed me and started talking Spanish to one of the salesmen. Will never come back to this place again.

Stole my key fob. I gave it to the gentleman, and he never gave it back. When I told him I had gave it to him, he acted as if I didn t give it to him. Go at your on risk. If you give your keys, you may not get it back. Had to pay $500 to get another made.Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!!lI m so sorry that the review offends you. I m a very honest guy, and don t gain anything saying anything negative about a business, unless I have facts. I like to alarm others when a business are doing fraudulent acts, to prevent them from experiencing the same thing. I don t believe a company that practices that kind of behavior should grow as a company, when you are not true to the customers. My problem has not been resolved, and had caused me negative after effects do your staff member that kept my key fob. When asked for my key fob, the guy said he doesn t have it. Had to get a locksmith to make me another key. You may be an honest man, put the one you hired to work for you, was not honest. My first experience with your company was an excellent experience one, which is the reason I came back. But if I had known I would experience paying for a key fob that cost me $500, I would have never came back. I recently shared my experience with an Uber driver about my experience with your company, and he spoke well about your company, but told me that he had an expense with a original part that was removed from his vehicle, and a worker at your place of business placed something there to make it appear it was done correctly. But he shared with me that it s the worker that you have working for you. But he mentioned that he came back to talk to you as the owner and you resolved the problem. My $500 expense was not resolved. Now I m very careful when I go to a place of business, to make sure I m not going to leave spending more money for an expense I didn t accrue on myself.
