I purchased (2) good looking used tires on Saturday and on the following Tuesday the tire was flat, I put air in the tire and returned to the business and the man said it was no leaks and if it went flat again he would exchange the tire. The tire went flat 2 more times, I took the tire back and he found a hole on the inside of the tire and said I must have ran over something. How can I get a hole on the inside of the tire that I have had for 3 days that never kept air in it. They never offered a credit or refund or anything, only told me the tire was no good. Well you think??? I will NEVER patronize this business again and will tell anyone I know this is a book leg business with BAD TIRES.

I was traveling from Austin to New Orleans and got a flat on a Sunday evening. The Lorenzo s tire staff came through with a new tire for me fast. They helped me even though I arrived to them right before closing and made sure I could finish my trip safely. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fast!

I got a used tire here. It's a pretty nice tire with tons of tread too. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I told them I wanted a patch on my tire and they said the tire was no good and tried to sneak a new tire on my car when I sat back in it. I know the tire was no good but if a customer wants to get a patch over the tire because they don t have money for a new tire, give them what they asked for. They charged me $10 to get a patch and tried to charge me for a new tire(I m guessing because I have a new car) and not put a patch over it. My boyfriend had to argue them down because they lied saying they couldn t put a patch on it and guess what, before me left there was a patch on it and the tire was good for a little over a week, good enough for me to save up and get a new tire elsewhere. If they were to not lie and just give me a patch, I would ve then went back to get a tire from them. Don t buy from here if that s how they treat customers. I m guessing if they think you have a lot of money, incompetent or a nice car, they charge more.

This guy figured the problem to the shaking on my car I didn't have enough money to buy another tire which was the cause of the shaking and he sold me one for $35. They are good people go there and they will take care of you

Got there and told them what I needed. They told me I had a nail in tire and asked if I wanted a patch. Got it done then asked them to check other tires for low air. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Will be back for tire needs.

Ok place. The shop broke a tire sensor an the guy said that it was broken when he took the tire off. Yeah right. My light came on after i left the shop. I asked for the owner and was told he was not in that day. Wow. Go at your own risk.

I went yesterday to get a set of tires and they had great service and gave me good price on used tires for my truck. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good tires at a low price . They gave me free balance and rotation so i will definitely be back here

Needed a tire Sunday afternoon...they were only ones open who had the tire i needed...and I was taken care of by a competent and hard working staff...they do other work also...brakes and shocks just install them...
