I m a first-time customer Woke up with a flat across the street this morning Came over and got two new tires for the trailer.. That was this morning..Left and went and got loaded.. Had a flat on the opposite side.. was so impressed with the customer service this morning, I drove 20 minutes back and let them do the flat repair..These guys freaking rock Yes, it is just a tire shop and a truck wash but still They don t treat you like you re just a dumb truck driver These guys understand that we are business owners also and this is what I expect from every single place I stop yet, I seldom receive HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. I will definitely be back

Honestly one of the best tire experiences I've ever had as a truck driver. From the manager, to the girls checking me out to the fast guys working on my truck, super solid team all around. Will definitely be bringing my business here from now! And bestows all right across from the Flying J and Quick Trip! Oil, Wash, Tires. What else could you need?!

Genesis and office staff were very kind, courteous and helpful. The shop guys got on it and worked with me to get my clutch adjusted. Nice place to park and get a truck wash. Will definitely be coming here more often on the north side of town. Thanks guys you have a new regular customer here when I m on this side of town.

Good place but sometimes its not all about the money. Spent 600$ in one visit and couldn't even get a customers appreciation truck wash . for me just spread my service that's needed for my truck to shops that appreciate the business. There are places that if you get a oil change you get a free truck wash..truck only. Not a bad deal. I'm just saying .

Honestly, I'm blown away. This is the kind of service that will make you proud to be an American.I was on my way to Longhorn Truck Tires to get one new steer tire and one used drive tire. A few miles from their exit, one of my airlines busted and I quickly started losing air. I hit the hazard lights and still managed to make it safely to their lot, however once I got there, all the air was gone and my brakes set in on the truck and trailer and I wasn't able to move the truck into the bay to get worked on.Someone came out and crawled underneath my truck in the dirt to find the leak. It was over 100� outside. He found the leak and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes.It gets better. I was approved for financing; zero interest for 101 days. So I got a brand new steer, plus 8 new drives and a PM on top of the air leak repair and didn't pay anything out of pocket today! Tell me, where they do that at?!?He sold me on the drive tire set. I don't think anybody can beat their prices. I thought I had a good deal in Louisiana lined up on a set of drives that I was going to jump on in a few weeks but I had to pull the trigger now because he blew that deal out of the water.I got some banging wings at Taste Budzzz while they worked on me. Not every day in trucking is a good day but today my friends is a GREAT day!Noble, you and your whole team are phenomenal people, a rarity in this industry. The work ethic you guys have and the attitude you carry is an example and a model to every business in America. You guys have set the bar high and I truly mean that. Thank you.

We stopped to get two trailer tires changed. The workers are amazing! Fastest tire change I have ever seen so far. Took them 10 minutes, that has never happened.Parking available for your semi trucks.Truck wash next to mechanic area and even a taco truck! .Restroom available inside office.The lovely woman who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. Amazing service.

Noble is a Good dude who gave me a fair price on 4 brand new tires and let me replace the windshield at the same time and didn t even complain about it so that definitely deserves a round of applause Thanks Longhorn and I ll definitely be back when I m in Houston

Total SCAM!!!! Avoid this place for oil change!!!!They told me they have Rotella T5 15W-40, they even showed me samples oil, But after they drained out existing oil from my engine, they came up with Rotella T5 10W-30, which is thiner than Rotella 15W-40. They changed their mind and said they don't have Rotella 15W-40. Imagine, your truck oil is already drained out, you have no option, except using the thinner oil. This is a total scam, it is illegal too!!!! Avoid this place for oil change!!!! I have to change oil again after a couple of weeks in other shop.

I sent my wife there to get an oil change. First thing she said was WOW the girls in the front speak Spanish. Theresa helped her get the batteries we needed while she waited on the oil. They helped her fill out an application for snap to get things done on a payment plan. By the end of her experience she was able to get an oil change (print out the complemtary oil reminders) she got a reasonably price truck wash and an air check on our tires before coming back home. This is an all service shop. Easily accessed off the freeway. I will continue to bring my business everyone was so polite.

1 star because that s the lowest allowed!! We took our Car Hauler here for an oil change. They used the wrong filter. We had to pay someone else to replace it. They refuse to refund money we paid them for a botched service. We DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I brought my old school bus to this place (on a Saturday close to closing time) to pull a nail and patch a tire, and these guys were AWESOME!! These guys will work on Dayton spokes (mine are tubeless 22.5) and are fast, thorough and very friendly! If you have a bus or a big truck, come see these guys!! :)

Best Mechanical ,and Tire Shop,with hard working People, guys are very friendly,They Work, They are not pretending like they're working, Best Prices,best Products,I came there for eight new drive TiresWhile Tires where off instald a New Brakes,and Drums, brake adjustment, saw that they have a FleetGuard Filters decided to do a lube,Oil change, and a truck and trailer Wash, I'm very happy it only took them 2hrs,will Come back again, thank you

The manager saved the day. I came in missing 3 studs on my trailer wheel. Was able to get the studs down the street and they put them on and I was on my way within 45 minutes. A+

Update 7/22/23 so far everything else with longhorn is awesome they re always respectable chipper attitude is always willing to teach but don t buy batteries from them. Their return policy and the warranty policy is terrible. I bought four batteries and within four months they were leaking and in order to get the warranty claim they were going to ask me to buy four new batteries and they would send in my batteries to get the manufacture to sign off on, it being a manufacturing problem and if they decided then they would warranty the batteries so obviously they get a huge discount for batteries no problem they Gotta make money I m not knocking their hustle just saying as far as batteries are concerned, I would not buy batteries from here do yourself a favor buy it from a reputable box store, that you can exchange for exchange again everything else is outstanding so far this has been my only issue.I ve been coming to Houston for five years to three times a week and I ve never seen longhorn truck tires till today. Great experience on an airbag they realize they didn t have it in stock. He went to get it. It did take a little bit of extra time but I didn t mind taco truck was great. Workers were attentive, educational, and everybody was working no bad attitudes, they definitely get my business. I will drive out of my way to go to longhorn truck tires. I m not sure what they can do in totality, but it seems they can do everything they have a truck wash as well. Definitely one stop shop.

My experience with Longhorn Truck Tires was absolutely amazing. They are extremely efficient, courtious and above all affordable. They display unmatched knowledge and quality in their respective fields. Mr. Noble and Ms. Ela are my go to that will get you anything you may need. I highly recommend them above any other shop in Texas.

Came in today to get a tire plugged. They ran me right in an right out. They were very polite an friendly. In less than 30 minutes I was rolling again. Highly recommend this place

I came in because one of my tires blew out and they had the best reviews. They did not disappoint! Noble gave me a deal on a Goodyear tire and got me back on the road FAST. They also do washes & oil changes. Will definitely be back!

The cashier is the best. She is sweet and gets you out in a timely matter. The energy is great. A good team that will find a way to get you whatever you need on your truck. These guys like to work and they have Excellent customer service. 5 stars. Keep it up guys. I been loyal since 2017!
