I was very pleased how I was able to trust Lone Star to send a person to replace my window and not be there. And even allowing me to pay later after I got off work to go to their business to pay. The window was installed without any issues. Thank you! Highly recommend!

My experience with Lone Star Glass was steller. I got several quotes to replace a mirror on a family heirloom, and they did not try to upcharge me at all, unlike other glass repair companies. Upon bringing in my item, they took a quick look, confirmed the quote, and gave me a turnaround time of 2 business days. They finished in 24 hours! My new mirror looks perfect and I couldn't be happier. The employees I worked with were a delight, and I highly suggest them to anyone who needs a mirror replaced.

I went to Lone Star Glass for a small piece of glass. Raquel, Kathy and everyone in the front were extremely generous with their time to help me decide what kind of glass to get. They treated as a customer who was placing a several thousand dollar order. The glass was perfect and completed in a very timely manner. I returned for another related matter and again, Raquel and Kathy were amazing!

My family has been long time customers of Lone Star Glass making them an easy choice. I was immediately helped by Erik and had all of my concerns addressed. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lone Star Glass is a no brainer for any glass needs in Houston. I will be back!

I called around to multiple glass companies in Houston to get a quote for the repair of a single broken pane in an older interior french door. Lone Star Glass was one of the few companies that said they could handle the task.Hayden quickly got me a rough quote based on pictures and dimensions I sent him. Based on my experience, the price was reasonable considering labor, technicality of the job, and the quality customer service.We were able to get work scheduled a few days after I got the quote. I received a call the morning of the repair to confirm I was on schedule. The glass repair technician Erik showed up later that day. Erik was able to communicate effectively with me and confirm that the repair had been completed.As someone who has to manage a property from out of state, I appreciated Lone Star Glass's commutation, honesty, and timeliness.Although I hope to never have any broken glass in my future, I know I will be reaching out to Lone Star Glass again if and when that day does arrive.

I had a glass shelf with a sliver of one edge that sheared off. I took the shelf in for replacement and Eric polished the edge so I could use it and saved me the cost of replacement. Eric is the best! They also replaced a window pane at our house last month--Lone Star is so good that 2 other neighbors used them. Great job and professional service.Service: Window repair

EXCELLENT service! Very professional and great product.I had gone to Bobbitt glass, unaware of Lonestar. That was an absolute fiasco and do not recommend them. Once I discovered Lonestar, I was blown away by their service, and professionalism. I ordered their antique mirror, which they have lots of options to choose from. They removed the shoddy mirror Bobbitt installed and now I have a beautiful mirror. THANK YOU!

Poor customer service!!. Made an 8am appointment at the bisonnett location, was told about 2 hours for completion arrived and told sorry we're having installation done have to leave car till 5? Had to rearrange my work schedule today to make this appointment, how about common courtesy of calling the client to let them know rather than driving there and being told

Straight forward & super helpful. We had a truck with a smashed rear window. Eric got us in right away, and they did a great job vacuuming out all the broken glass & putting plastic in while we wait for the replacement window. Thanks again!

I've never met a more helpful group of guys that really know their business. From the moment I walked in Erik and Hayden were 2 human walking Google Search engines...full of knowledge on my project that I knew nothing about... but to top it off, in walks Ross with his amazing customer service skills to seal the deal. Two of my windows were smashed and the next day FIRST thing in the morning this business was able to give me a right away quote and fit my car in same day. They were completely transparent throughout the process and made a bad situation, quick and as painless as they could. Highly recommend!!!

Eric helped me with the rock chip repair and later getting my windshield on my BMW X3 replaced. I was a little nervous having this done outside the dealership as the windshield affects the Speed Limit camera, front collision avoidance and the lane departure system. After I picked up the X3, I was glad to see everything was working as it was supposed to and the windshield looked nice! I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and picked it up the same afternoon.

HORRIBLE customer service responsiveness!!!They failed 4 out of 5 attempts to contact me regarding a job leaving me, the customer, to do all the leg work in order to possibly arrange a project!Despite guarantees by company representatives on 3 different occasions that someone would reach out to me, I never heard a word from anyone until I, the customer, followed up!Also, one of their employees is very bizarre and seems to have no concept of the importance of customer service and follow up.This company, despite all the 5 star reviews that strangely seem to be posted proved themselves to be a complete waste of time to anyone actually trying to get a job accomplished!Their services were recommended to me, but contacting them just priced to be a huge mistake.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

I've never had glass cut for a project before. I tried 3-4 places in Houston who either turned me away due to the size of the order or told me I was using the glass for the wrong project (an aquarium). I went online this business and received a quote the next day. Then the order was ready the following day.On top of it all, I messed up my measurement. I returned the glass and was ready to pay the difference. They fixed it less than 24 hours free of charge. Very nice people, professional company and quick. Highly recommend and will be back for future needs/projects. Also great prices. I paid 1/10 of what some sites were charging.

I cannot say enough about this company and its people!!! They not only do a phenomenal job but have a way of making you feel like family at the same time. I have been using Lonestar since 2006 and will never go any place else for glass work...I love this company. They are meticulous and very affordable, especially compared to their competitors... Do yourself a favor, if you are needing any type of glass work make sure you go to them first, you won't regret it... Delgado approved

Had two windows tinted on my pickup. Everyone was very nice, work was done in only half an hour - they estimated one hour. Work was excellent. This is the third time I've used them in 15 years. Always great quality and service.
