I was in a car accident early December and I took my truck to Lone Star Auto Service. Sean and his team did an amazing job with my truck, it looked better than it did before the accident. Their service and quality has convinced me to give my future business to them.

I had an accident in November 2024. My car was towed there since it was late in the evening. I always took my car to the dealership but they were closed. I was a skeptic and didn't think they would do a good job since the rental car they gave me the tank was on empty and car was an older car that I was familiar with and bit shaky. I now understand why I was given that car since it was the only one they have to accommodate me to get home.It. sat there for a good two weeks or so and I decided to get it fixed there. I am glad I did. They did a really good job and management and staff was keeping me up to date on the process. I told my family and friends about it. Thank you for a job well done.

So my Big Girl was damaged bad and Melissa and Francis took care of my concerns and the shop guys took care of my Big Girl! I really appreciate Melissa always answering our questions and made me feel comfortable. She even dealt with my Big name insurance company that dropped the ball well! Over all my experience was 5 stars. And I ve put my Big Girl on the highway she drives beautiful. Thanks again.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Excellent service, and trustworthy!I recently bought a used car and started to notice a few things that didn't quite sound right, so I dropped my car off to get their opinion. They were quick to troubleshoot a problem with the differential, and they took the extra step to contact Ford to check it was still under warranty.First time I've tried them but will definitely use them again.

I got T-boned by a drunk driver a few years back. Totally messed up my first ever new truck! I was very upset. Lone Star Auto Service was so helpful from the tow truck driver, the people that work in the office and the body shop.Mrs. Francis working the desk was super helpful and comforting during such a traumatic event, explaining how the process works, helping me with the paperwork and contacting insurance personnel.The lead body shop tech, Mr. Alberto, did outstanding work! He was very patient when I wanted things changed and done a specific way, he even did a few extra things that weren't caused by the wreck just to be nice! They returned my truck better than it was before the wreck.The owner was very courteous and friendly, coming out to personally meet me and reassure me I was in good hands. He extended my rental beyond what my insurance would pay which I thought was very gracious of him to do so.The facility is immaculate from the offices, the restrooms to the coffee station in the waiting room. The shops are neat, clean and its in a very safe area.I got in a recent fender-bender and there was no way I was going anywhere else, they're my car people for life! Im coming here now for breaks, regular maintenance and any custom work I need done! All-in-All a great five star experience, its so nice to find honest, hard working and responsive people to help you get through a tough time.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto windshield repair, Electrical repair, Body & Trim, Side view mirror repair, Auto brake replacement

This is my 3rd time working with Sean and his expert staff. When my truck was damaged in an accident they took excellent care of me. The initial damage was significant, but upon further inspection there was more damage to be found. This additional damage was not something the insurance was wanting to take on. Sean meticulously documented this new damage, communicated this to the insurance company, and gave them no other choice but to cover this damage. I trust Lone Star Auto Service with my vehicles, and trust the service and repairs will be done right. Over the years I have used several different repair centers, but I now have a trusted resource. Great job guys and I recommend you to all of my friends.

I have been using loan star auto for over 10 years with multiple vehicles, mostly for body work. They recently did mechanical work for my wife's car and we couldn't be happier. Loan star is a great place and we will always use them. Customer service is grade A. I highly recommend them.

Just got my vehicle back from being repaired due to a car accident in December! My car looks great and the best part is the inside and outside came back cleaner than when I dropped it off!!! They took the time to detail the inside as washing the outside after the repairs were complete! Thank y all

I was rear ended Apt 6, 2023. My first ever accident and I was totally lost and unsure what to do! From the 1st encounter with the towing & storage part of the business.I was helped to navigate the process by a wonderful woman named Melissa. She explained the process and genuinely let me know what to do & expect. She treated me like family..she was professional & caring! She went over & above to put me at ease. There was also the tow truck driver; Bob who was my next interaction and I received the same genuine professional caring treatment! He didn t just pick up my he was personable and put me at ease! He is a veteran! Next was Francis who assisted me with a rental; same professional caring treatment! I encountered some challenges with my insurance company and she went over & above to help me iron out the details on what needed to be done! I also met the owner Alexander..who introduced his self and agreed with me that his employees are wonderful! My is still being repaired and I have no doubts what so ever that it will be completed with the utmost care & expertise; proficiency and attention to detail that the customer is treated with! The employees & company operate like a a well oiled machine! Efficient; smooth running & well organized! I hope I never have another accident but this will be my go to business if I do! Thanks guy you are all awesome!**Update to my original review..first I would like to correct a mistake I made in the name of the Manager of the body shop..his name is Alberto..2nd I received my car back after my review and it is repaired! Had one of the best experiences by far dealing with these people.starting from the tow,the driver was very kind and helpful in assisting me making sure i was good and set to go .....Now,onto the rest of the staff lol ,i can say i really felt at ease when talking to them and i felt like i could trust them when it came to making sure my vehicle was going to get fixed properly.i'm truly grateful for everything your company has done for me .My van looks amazing and you cant even tell there was ever anything wrong !!Big thanks to Melissa ,Francis ,and Mr.Alberto for really knowing how to take care of a customer.will definitely be calling you guys again if i need anything automotive wise !!!

My car was hit in June and was just fixed here. Melissa was so helpful with getting everything set up to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Alberto made sure my baby looks brand new again. I'm very happy with their customer service & their repair work. They truly were a God-send for me. I would definitely recommend using them for your repair needs.

Top notch ,one stop shop I swear .(Literally they do it all !!!.)I will be using them from now on for all my vehicle needs .From mechanics to body work and rentals if need be .Francis ,Melissa and Alberto went above and beyond to help me and make sure they got everything up and going .Highly recommended!!!

We have had both of our vehicles worked on here after minor accidents, was very well taken care of by the staff and manager and were very communicative with us about everything going on with our vehicle! Finished our cars within the time they said and worked with us on rental car service. I will recommend this business to others and will use them again if ever needed!

Had an under panel fall from under my car as I was driving home. When I stopped to see what it was I needed to get it fixed. I was driving and noticed lonestar. Stopped to ask for help and they assisted me right away. Great, great customer service. If you are in need of and mechanical work, this is the place. Prove me wrong�

1. Sean and his team know the value of customer service and honesty, both of which are highly valued. They went the distance with me even when my insurance company didn't. I recommend LSAS for all your auto and repair needs.2. Sean is the man! He and his team took care of me a second time when I needed my vehicle repaired after someone hit me in a parking lot and just left.
