We disontinued our verizon cellphone service. And went with metro pcs.and about a year later verizon bought them out.customer service is only worse at xfinity.lol bait and switch they say get 5g and a new phone no charge.then they try to charge me 159 dollars for that free phone.then i paid by credit card and they cut our service saying we didnt pay yet the money was withdrawn from my acount.6 days before they turned our phones back on.no explenation or even a courtesy call.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!If I could give NO stars, I would. This company is horrible! Stefan took our car gave us an itemized bill of how much it would cost to fix it which was 2700.00 we paid him to the last cent. He also kept parts that we had ordered for our vehicle that was for my 17 yr old. But instead of fixing my car like he was supposed to, he had left my car at a gasoline station where it got towed since Aug 23 I found out on Oct 11 in which the fees to the impound were unaffordable for me as a single mom. We've lost our car, money, and parts. This has caused a lot of pain and suffering for my son and I. The guys at that place were name Stefan and Bryce--these guys are liars and cheats!! Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE. You should definitely find ANYWHERE else to go!

Gave me back my mustang (60k miles) with the clutches and bands burned out of thr transmission and a huge scratch on the hood. They Did a tune on the car, has surging issues and runs extremely rich. Not even sure if all of my parts I paid for are installed in the car, runs terrible. I shouldve done more research and taken my car to a different shop
