A great experience from start to finish. We stopped by for an estimate without the need for an appointment. Dropped it off a few days later and they gave us a date to pick it up. Even with all the weather issues, they managed to hit their date. The vehicle repairs look great, the paint matches perfectly, and you would never know it was in a collision. To top it off, the vehicle was washed inside and out before we picked it up. The staff was always kind and helpful throughout the process and they worked directly with my insurance company for payment. I really appreciated their kindness after our last experience with a collision shop. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend them for any collision repair you have.

Came to drop off my wife's Tahoe after it was vandalized and everyone here was very knowledgeable and even did a whole inspection on the car before we left to make sure it would be the same if not better upon return. Very detailed. Ruben was extremely helpful and fast. Will update with how the experience ended once we have the car back.

This company does wonderful work, I have used them 5 times now and each time the work is flawless. I really like how they keep me updated on the repair either by phone call or text message. Their quality check is very good as well and they work really well with insurance companies to top it all off. My wife (it's her car) and I are totally thrilled with the work that Leading Edge did. They totally restored the right side to bright sparkling newness, taking out dents and scraps and repainting it. (I have before and after photos, I can share.) The office area is very customer friendly, complete with drink and snack bar, and a big aquarium in the comfortable waiting area. The people especially Rueben and the process was great, timely execution with regular text updates, and cleaning inside & outside washing, and quality check at the end. And the price was more than fair. We recommend them 110%.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car looks phenomenal. But the reasoning for the 1 star is the poor customer service and communication . As soon as I walked in , I didn t feel welcomed . Everyone looked at me like I was stupid . I guess customer service etiquette has gone completely out the window .Also Alejandra needs to be evaluated about her customer service skills. Had a snobby attitude and very unwelcoming .

The place overall is very clean, staff was very knowledgeable answered all my questions. They kept me informed. And my vehicle was ready when they promised and it was quick and easy and the work done was like getting a brand new car. It put a huge smile on my face. And I would definitely recommend them. This is my number one go to in case any like such happens again. Thank you guys my experience here was first class.

I was recommended by my insurance company to leading edge. I highly recommend them for any body work or fixes. They are very professional and thorough. They also make sure they remember you. Since i wasnt able to rent vehicle for the duration my car was in there, i requested them to try and complete my fix faster. They ensured that the got all parts before I dropped the car and also completed the job in 2 days instead of the promised 4 which was great. They stayed over their closing time to deliver the car to me on my request. Very impressed by the service and professional attitude. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent job they do for repair vehicle from damage accidents. Worth of the wait for my vehicle especially when I went to pick it up, looks greater than before. Awesome work for repairing the damage areas. I recommend anyone who need a repair. Not worth paying $50 for changing the battery terminal. Overall good experience. Repair paid for by insurance. Went in first so they could take pics of truck. They order parts and then call you back, in my case a week or two later. Then I dropped off my vehicle. Wasn t major work, scratches mainly. Did require paint work. Overall the process was smooth. Repair did not take long (1week). Front desk was very professional and nice. I would recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was sent there for my insurance repair, took about a week which I was very pleased with.Unfortunately the pleasure didn't last long, after picking up my car came across some unacceptable issues my back bumper was replaced 50% the other 50% was horribly wrong. To begin with they used the cap from my old bumper and squeezed it into the new bumper and it looked completely off, aside from the the right back tire trim was coming off which made no sense because the damage was on my left side when my car came it for repair. The worst part was the Paint !!! OMG it looked like my 2yr old painted my car. The paint wasn't even the same color there was dripping paint residue. I came back to get it fixed and it came back worse the paint was my biggest issue because it was just not right and this time there was a nick. They agreed to re-do the repair AS THEY SHOULD! So I came in today and the front desk girl I believe her name is Alejandra was just unpleasant not even a welcoming simple snobby look on her face (to say the least). Just took my keys and said nothing about what was gonna be done time frame nothing. Immediately she ruined my whole stay here I was counting the time go get my car back and leave. Do not recommend coming here. Staff needs to reevaluated their job title and take a customer service class to educate themselves about their role and the fact that they are the face of the business and whatever they give out is in the name of the company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
