I've been coming here for at least 3 years . He can changed my tire rods my control arm everything on right back side tire. A month a go I go to him did work done on the back tire . Today I changed my brakes and I see that Im missing the router I have no other mechanic besides him and he can check on his computer that I go to him for everything on my car..I have picture of my car before I took him the car with a router and now it's missing. If I have never changed my own brakes I would have never seen the router missing. Becarefull with this guy I told him at least check your cameras to see what happened to the router he said no

I changed engine oil in this shop. work was so quick even checking my car condition. work result is perfect. honestly I bought high milage used car. but with this shop, I feel like that I will not have any big problem.

Great place that does quality work for very reasonable prices. Brought in an aftermarket intake and tube, and other places quoted close to $400 for installation or stated that they don t do aftermarket parts. James took on the challenge and quoted me a great price that was less than half than the other places. James and his team did an awesome job! I ll definitely will come back to get other things done from this shop!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine tuning

Do not recommend! I took my car here (it s electric) I called and asked if they worked on these cars, they said yes. I DROVE MY CAR to the shop. They did god knows what. Now they had to TOW it back to my home and all they could say was that I need to buy a new car or take it to the dealer to get check. AFTER DISMANTLING IT! It only went in due to steering wheel issues. James said he could repair it. And now I ve had it taken to the dealership and so far I m up to $500.00 in repairs. They still need to figure what these incompetent people did to it.

Got an oil change there last Monday, and guess what, they forgot to put the oil cap on it, oil got spill all over the motor and under the car,Thanks God we found it before we blew the motor,,,

I went in for an alignment, I was told the car cannot be aligned because the car may have been in an accident etc. I took the car to the dealership, they aligned it and showed on the report that this shop did not adjust the toe , the camber & caster was correct. But not the TOE. Don t get ripped off going here.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I come here all the way from spring tx all the time for my oil change . And when my car is messed up I pay a towing company to bring it here . I don't go anywhere that is not here . The owner is very knowledgeable and treats my car as his . He is always checking his employees are doing a good job and makes sure you understand your car needs .I started coming here when 3 mechanics told me I had to replace my motor . And after 2 years my car has been running fine with same motor.I highly recommend this shop to anyone .

Got me in and out for a vehicle inspection in ten minutes flat. Friendly and professional service, clean waiting area. Would definitely return for bigger needs.

Went inn for a alignment and as soon as the alignment was done the guy told me I was going to need a arm control ,why do the alignment knowing the car will get dis aligned once I would change the arm controlso I I decided to just change it my self then I went back 2 days after my alignment to get it redone he told told me he was going to have to charge me another $60 & I told him then why would he do it knowing it was going to be a waste of money & that he just basically took my money & his response after was idk as he looked at me clueless.I been going there for a few years & never had a issue have been taking most of my cars but after that I will no longer go there because that s wrong especially to a constant client , I only wanted for what I paid for that s all none to complicated .

I went here, immediately after having a tire replaced and all 4 tires balanced, in order for Land Star to do an alignment. They only charged $40, which I found shockingly low. I asked the VERY snarky, snotty man behind the counter if they did a laser alignment for that price. He indicated yes. When I went to check out, he did not provide the alignment read out and I had to specifically ask for it. Although all measurements before and after were technically in the green, the ONLY thing they adjusted was the Toe (which I advised them was the main problem). I'd have expected to see them at least try to get all the other measurements closer to perfect since I was paying for an alignment; not just do the bare minimum. But that isn't why I'm giving them 1 star. I would have still given them 2 or 3 stars, if not for the snotty attitude of the gentleman at the front desk, and MORE IMPORTANTLY my wheels are no longer balanced. I got this work done on a Saturday and haven't been on the highway since then, until this morning. As soon as I got the car up to speed I could tell from the moderately aggressive shimmy in the steering wheel that my tires are no longer balanced. DO NOT give these people business. Poor attitude, and VERY bad quality of service. Now I've got to waste more of my time and money to get my tires balanced AGAIN, for the 2nd time in less than a week and having only driven about 20 miles since the last balance.Service: Wheel alignment

I am very impressed with Land Star. Mr. Kim was very helpful and professional. The prices were so much better than the other places I obtained a quote.It was one of those experiences that when I left, I did not second guess the charges or feel I was taken advantage of.Mr. Kim provided me online quotes and was very prompt in providing them and honored them, no bait and switch!!I highly recommend Land Star. I really wish Mr Kim would have been here because the person he has working don't know what the heck they doing. I think they are scheming while he is on vacationJust wasting money 220.00 for nothing they should stick to oil changes only replacing radiator and fan

I love this place. Being a women most people try to over charge you thinking you don't know anything. Well most of the time I have already checked other places on pricing. I have been using this place for about 8yrs now and they always do a great job.They have always been fair with pricing. This company doesn't over charge. You're easily saving over 30 to 60% compare going to a dealership. Trust me.. Even if you have extended warranty yes go to your dealership but anything they do not cover come to this place you'll be 100% satisfied

I don't know what's going on in this place but I will never recommend it to anyone ! These people rip you off, do a bad job, don't even finish what they started and still make you pay for a car that you can not drive off with because they didn't do anything to it. They didn't even put my car back together . I have lost my trust for mechanics thank to this place. The customer service is horrible. They laugh in your face because they no they get away with it the owner just lets his employees Rob Harding working people from there money and steal there parts. No trust given to his paying customers or respect. If I could give this post negative zero I would!!!!!

Was around the area in need of someone to take on a specific job. Called few other places, they all turned me away. Called this place and they said sure come on in let's see what we can do. They did the job at a reasonable price and quickly. Doesn't get better than that. This type of service is rare to find.

I Ben here a couple of times the owner is a good guy has helped me out in the past. His mechanic in the other hand . He lost two bolts and 6 springs to my clutch. New mechanic had to go to Austin to get the pieces I needed. He caused me a lot of money . Also the owner is not really aware of what his mechanics do. wouldn t let them mess with any transition or engine work. U never know some of you re bolts and other accessories might go missing

05/12/2011 \r My car was acting up, so I did some research online for repair shops in the area and this one got glowing reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I intended to take it the next morning, but it was acting fine after a short errand, so I didn't go after all. That afternoon my car made strange sounds and was billowing a cloud of white smoke out of the exhaust so I pulled over and had it towed to this facility. \r \r The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I dropped it off and walked the short distance to my home. Shortly after, I received a call saying that I needed a new radiator, water pump, thermostat, and flush which would cost $975. I thought it was a lot and had a friend call his mechanic and get a quote for the same work. He said $600 (without knowing the quote I had recieved), so I had it towed to the other place. \r \r The 2nd mechanic ended up doing the repair and charged me only $490 because it didn't need a new water pump after careful testing. I asked him and he said that it could have been an honest mistake on the part of the other mechanic, or that sometimes mechanics just assume that a water pump should be done with a change of radiator. He insisted that I didn't need it though, and I appreciated that.\r \r Anyway, just thought I'd share that. SST&A may be good, but definitely not cheap, and I was very satisfied with the service I got at the other place, They even washed my car and changed the cabin air filter without charging me for the labor. The owner also patiently explained what he had done and why and also advised me that he thought the transmission would go out in the next 6 months from the sound of it. I asked him if I should trade the car in and he said yes. I felt he was a sincere and honest guy, and that's rare when dealing with mechanics. So I definitely recommend Naser Aly at Land Star Complete Auto Repair.\r

That Chinese man is a cheat, I line up my truck and it doesn't look good. I went back and asked for the alignment to be corrected and asked that I have to pay again for the $ 60 service. Please don't use that place. They are bandits.

Always willing to explain the issue. Since I started coming to this shop as walk in for my state inspection about a year ago, they fixed my truck with new break pad and alighnment for my wife. Good price and fast.

I was in this location to do my inspection them they did the inspection later they said your car its wasn't working they drop my car outside the parking lot they let me with my child of 2 year in the heat and they said if you don't get off from my property I will call the police. I came in knowing what I wanted they didn't try to up sell anything, he told me this is what we have and these are the prices. I choose what I want it , the price was what he said and it was quick! Great place.
