I want to give five stars to the Service department. The mechanic did an excellent job on my car. They were able to fix all the problems that my car had, and also they fix other issues that I wasn t aware of. Moreover, I want to thank Roland Flores for the excellent service he provided me. His knowledge of explaining the services detail by detail is admirable and very professional. Thank you very much Mr. Roland for answering all my questions and for your service. Without a doubt I recommend with all confidence this place to get your car fixed.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Land Rover Central. This was my first routine maintenance since buying my car last summer. The service team as well as the GM Austin, were all incredibly professional, efficient, and so friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of promptly and effectively. From scheduling to completion, everything was easy! Highly recommend their service department to anyone in need of top-notch care for their car!

I ll be honest, I ve had less than satisfactory experiences in the past with Land Rover Central, I m on my 3rd Range Rover now but ever since Mike Quinones became my service manager I ve had nothing but the best service possible. He has completely changed my outlook on LR service and I m extremely appreciative. Him and my sales rep Anastasia are incredible and will be the reasons I continued buying from Land Rover central. Huge thank you to both of them!

From the time I was received by your staff when I drove my vehicle in, to my service advisor Roland, the cashier, and even my salesperson Mo who still remembers me. Top notch customer service! You feel heard and understood and they take care of any worries you have and give you peace of mind! I will continue to do business with them. Other owners of dealerships should definitely follow their lead if they want to give their customers the best experience!

I came in February to service my car because I was filling up the antifreeze ever other day and the car was telling me low coolant. Julio was my service coordinator . Which I am told he no longer works with the company . He told me he could not find anything wrong with my car and I said there has to be a leak somewhere . So he checked again and said he had replaced a hose and had to special order a part . When I came to pick up car i asked again what exactly was done and service desk said they could not find anything wrong with my car there was nothing on the ticket that showed anything was done . I said no you need to ask Julio he told me he replaced a hose and ordered part . So he verified again that a part was on special order . I than left with car and I no longer had leaks of the coolant. I called back to verify when part was coming in and he said March 20 .. I think I was waiting for a call so decided to call back in beginning of April to see if it had arrived . He no longer worked for the company and no one knew anything about my car or any special part . Another service associate was very helpful and called parts and asked service tech if he remembered . So I tried to call Victor Sanchez the manager and he did call me back and leave a message . I have called him two more times once leaving a message and no callback . This is very upsetting not knowing if my car needs a part or not . I picked this car because I thought I would have exceptional service and now left confused as to why this problem is not fixed. .

I purchased my 21' Range Rover Sport from LR Central and I've had nothing but good experiences. The staff is always courteous, communicative, and maintenance pricing is very reasonable. I will continue to bring my car here and recommend to friends and family.

I had such a good experience here! I've never had car troubles but of course when I move my car decides to crap out.. I didn't know what to do and finally decided to bring my car into the shop.. after not having a car for 3 weeks I brought it in and my car was fixed, cleaned, parts replaced in a week. Very expensive, as expected unfortunately, but such great customer service and turn around time. Mr. Edward Diaz was really patient as I had to discuss the repairs with my parents, and had many questions that he answered. Everyone I spoke to in the actual office were really cool too. Def would recommend!

Terrible! Had an 8am appointment and was not helped by my advisor until 8:40am. I had to approach his desk (I was told that someone would come get me)when he was finished with another customer. He was about to walk away from his desk and when I told him that I had an appointment with him-he was completely unaware.To top off the great service, I was told that it would cost $5,888 to replace my headlamp. That is absurd!!

Unfortunately the service once again at Land Rover Central in Houston Texas was just horrible. It seems to start off great when you drop it off, but it just goes bad from there.They tell you that they will call you with an update, but they do not. When you call for an update because they have not, you come across as a complete annoyance to the person answering the phone.Turn around (even if you have a scheduled appointment) is always very slow. Even at that point you have to call them to find out if your vehicles is ready because they surely will not.I ve had to bring my vehicle in several times due to issues, and this is the same situation every time.All of this to say, if you have to have your Land Rover product serviced, I definitely would not take it here. Possibly other locations perform better.

Julio is my Land Rover service advisor and is great to work with. He's very calm, professional, caring, hardworking, and conscientious. Julio continuously updates me on the status of any repairs needed to my Land Rover. He works diligently with my warranty company to make sure my repairs are covered. Julio always goes above and beyond. He has a great attitude.

Been coming to this Land Rover dealership since I bought my Velar and I absolutely love their service. Everyone's really helpful answering questions and responding promptly. Highly recommend Mike for any service issues, he's quick, efficient, responsive and thorough with diagnosis.

I dropped my vehicle off on January 19th. I finally was able to pick it up on February 15th.Throughout the delays, especially in the first two weeks I had to continuously reach out for updates on when I could get my vehicle. First there were delays in getting parts (the first weeks). Then the technicians couldn't diagnose and properly fix the problem, which led to more delays waiting for a part.I was also told parts of the repair were to be covered. I specifically asked and have written proof that I was only to be charged for the tail light repair. This was inaccurate.When it was finally ready, there was no offer up front of any kind of discount as a "courtesy" for all the delays. Instead I had to plead my case. When I went in to pick up the car the service person Eduardo I was dealing with was not there to even acknowledge me (even though I had said I'd be there in 30 minutes).I do appreciate the effort Eduardo made to get most of my repairs covered. However, I think he should've been more communicative throughout the process. Also, I cannot understand how Land Rover technicians couldn't have diagnosed the issues earlier, which would've led to a reduction in wait times.When you go to Land Rover, you pay a premium for premium service. This was not what I encountered. If there was a 0 star rating it would be that.

Michael at Land Rover, and the entire team honestly, is fantastic. Every time I go I get an upfront cost and they seem to care about my time! The service is friendly and respectful, and that really makes my life easier. Great job really turning around a service department that wasn't always fantastic in the past!

I have personally bought 5-6 range rover's from LR Central over 2 decades - the previous legacy staff was AWFUL- and I pledged never to shop there again. Trevor in Sales, and new management, are All Stars - highly recommend - had me in and out one late evening after found me perfect fit. This is only my 2nd google review - trust! :)

Reinaldo (Rey) got me taken care of and made me well informed of my vehicle and things to watch for that might be coming up for maintenance/repairs. He worked with me on my ext warranty and helped me understand the process. I felt I was being taken care of with the best intentions given my situation filing a claim with my extended warranty. Definitely recommend. They do care about you and work for your best interest. One day will swap my Range Rover for the new gen!

My experience was great. I called the day before I went in & they had the right time spot I needed I only had to wait about 2 hrs My salesmen s Micheal O kept me up to date on everything I had several bags he help me carried them to & from my car Inform me on the coffee machine I was very comfortable He called later & ask me how my car drove.

Fixed really quick but the cost was too much but worth it and the staff were very nice. Received my car back clean like new. This is my favorite location. All communication was great via text and phone. Responded back in a timely manner. Very professional.

I had an issue with my Defender, and let me tell you, when I called the service department, Reynaldo came to my rescue in no time! He was super helpful and really knew this stuff. He kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car, always making sure I was informed. Honestly, I can't recommend Reynaldo enough!

This is the second flat tire we have had in the last month and needed a new tire. Mike in service helped us both times. He is awesome and went out of his way to help us and get us in and out quickly both times. We are in Houston for cancer treatment for my wife so we are not from the area. Mike made me feel like we had been a customer there for years. So impressed with your dealership and if we lived here in Houston we would be customers for sure, because of Mike.Well done!Service: Auto tire replacement

First experience with Land Rover Central service department. Surprised them when I showed up with my car on a flatbed because of a massive nail in the tire. Edward helped me, what a nice and polite guy. He took my car in right away because he saw it was an emergency, informed me they didn't have the tire in stock but that it would be in first thing next morning. Car was ready ahead of schedule the next day, all shined up, vacuumed, ready to go! Edward was texting me through their program letting me know details. Great experience.

Edward takes service and professionalism to another level. His communication around the technical issues of the car were unparalleled. His responses to any and all concerns or questions that arose were prompt and thoughtfully delivered. The lead service mechanics were equally amazing: they carefully diagnosed and researched the problem, even reaching out to the UK. I recommend Edward and his team without reservation.
