Kyrish is slum! They over price you on every part of the repair from labor, parts, and still not fix the truck. If you want to be over priced and your truck not be fixed all while being lied to stating your truck components are completely fixed. Run do not take your truck here unless you have time to pay for parts and labor 3X and still not have your truck fixed.

Absolutely do not buy an international truck. The beep constantly even after being fixed. Most annoying truck ever

Came here to fix my truck for warranty, at service I was attended by Kevin and Tori, I was told I had to wait 3-4 Days before they could check on my truck, this went on for 9 Bussiness days but finally I was done. Excellent service

Got there waited almost 5 minutes before I had to find someone to help me.. Order was together had to wait while getting it together. Asked to recheck to make sure I had everything. Good thing I did the most important part was there.. I was coming in from Plantersville..

I like the people at Kyrish truck repair.You get a written estimate and you can ask questions about it and they are willing to explainEven though I didn't get my box fixed there as we are selling it they were more than happy to let me leave it there till my tow truck is coming to take itWe have bought truck parts there before with no problem

Parts department is kind of slow but generally helpful. Some parts are priced okay while others are pretty steep. But the repair shop is ridiculous! Said they d have an evaluation in a day and it took a week. Then another week to repair. Time is money in big trucks! Thanks for wasting both! $3000 for a reman HPFP. $2200 online and $2800 for a factory new one online. Then $140/hr for labor? Do they have lawyers working on the truck? Not overly impressed.

We will never go back, had vehicle for over a month, kept calling that they had found different things wrong when they couldn't fix it. And even replaced new parts that they had already installed stating they were bad.

I was here 2 weeks ago for truck work.Needed rear light replacement,driver's window was getting stuck and starter needed checking,at times hard to start up truck.Got in Mon was told be ready tomorrow,so I went to hotel.Called next day,was told truck still NOT ready,so I had to check back in hotel.Wed afternoon trk done.Had to get taxi to hotel on Mon and back on Wed due to NO one available after being lied to by Victor.Three days later trk brokedown outside Meridan,MS.TA Road Squad mechanic discovered starter needed replacing and said whoever looked at it,did a terrible job!..Lucky nearby dealer in Meridan was open or I would've had to sit until Monday.Informed my company on bill from Houston International charged for "starter work and started fine" and that TA had to replace out of warranty.I will NOT return or recommend this dealer.

If you need diesel parts check these guys out but, make sure you have time. Some days there is a wait. Tanya is very helpful and a real people person

Beware, service department is dishonest and will replace parts just to run up the bill.I did speak Ray (mgr), double talk, complete waste of timeI do not recommend this shop

They need 7-10 days to check whats going on with ur truck, soon when they check, they will give u price, after u will try to find another dealership)))

These people will tell you that they will do your job very very soon, but once they get You in their shop, you will be out of service for at least two weeks.

The service personnel was not professional therefore I do not recommend your business to any one, what I told him about the truck was not what he wrote down. I only hope the mechanic corrected the problem.
