Completely unprofessional. The attendant with the gun in waistband, (which is not a deal breaker) was not friendly nor provide any information or ask any questions. Just said: "go park and talk to the receptionist". I went in and she had no idea what oil I needed. She suggested I check my vehicle so I got in my car, and head straight to their competition. I will not go back nor recommend anyone to them.

I 100% recommend this location. Scott truly takes care of his customers. My high-mileage vehicle had a small issue after a recent visit, and Scott & Sam went above and beyond to resolve it. This Kwik Kar location is staffed with honest, transparent mechanics. All of my other experiences here have also been pleasant (and speedy!). I will not take my vehicle elsewhere.

The best car service I've had in over 5 years. From the time I pulled up to the time they had the oil change done and keys back in my hands was under 10 minutes.Super friendly staff, and reasonably priced.

I always come here and they are friendly and do the job quickly with zero frills. Good cost and will never do work that s not required for the car to run

Absolutely amazing experience. I was immediately helped when I pulled in. The lady at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly and had a nice chat with me about Deftones while my car was being inspected. Nicest employees I have seen. The inspection was quick and had no issues. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This is my go to place for inspections and oil changes. They do such a great job and are super up front. I show up right as they open and an oil change will be done in 10 minutes or so. I've never had any issues with any of the work they've done. Scott and his crew are great, and many of them have been there for years!!

So fast. Just so fast. Putting the Kwik in my day. Did I mention they are fast... And helpful... And polite... And fast? I'd write more but they are already done with my inspection... And oil... And fluids... I haven't gotten out my laptop... or called my Grandma... poor Grandma... when I use to go to "the Lube" that I thought was fast, where I enjoyed the comfortable waiting room. And got to chat with Grandma. And got out my laptop to answer emails. And downloaded games to my phone. I could get comfortable since I had time to settle in and really "set up" in the waiting room. Does Kwik Kar have a waiting room? I don't know cause they are that fast. Sorry Grandma...

Convenient affordable efficient effective legitThe staff was friendly and courteous came out to meet me immediately to see what my needs were got me in within 5 to 7 minutes inspection was complete within 10 minutes and I was on my way with a smile. The general manager does it by the book, the way it supposed to be. He serious about his duty to keep Texas vehicles up to or above standard if they re gonna be on the road.so don t stop by here not in possession of any of the required documentation being current or your vehicle requirements below the acceptable minimums intending to slip your vehicle inspector a nice tip and have him look the other way; as it ain t going to happen here folks.This is my 3rd visit at this location for a vehicle inspection within the last 5 years and each visit has been consistent. Meeting if not exceeding my general expectations.Plus as you see in one of the photos there s a sonic right next-door.so if you re there for a service that requires a little bit more time.you can always stroll right next-door and have a little lunch and get you a cold mango slush on one a dem hot H-town dayz...Thanks Guys,Appreciate thefirst in quality first in servicetreatmentDC

I dropped by here to get air in my tires and coolant. Very friendly and great service! Although I didn t pay for anything, I truly appreciate receiving the same level of care and service as a paying customer. I ve been here once before for an inspection; I will be back!

Great service for my oil changes. They always confirm the proper oil weight for each of my cars ( even though I have it written in a book in my glove box, I leg them do their thing ). they do it right and do a good job. Car wash here is also excellent.

This shop is very honest and talked me through all of my repairs. As someone who works on their own car I agreed with each of the recommendations they made and really liked working with Sam. I appreciated that we talked through multiple repairs that might help my issue prior to going ahead with a major repair, and it worked! I will be back for all my repairs from now on.

Solid place, solid guys. Did a better job on my Kia k5 than the dealership. I think Pauline? Or another female had a special filter for me overnight, and it was ready on time. The guys did a thorough job vacuuming and changing oil. The owner Scott knows everything there is to know about oil and will give you the time of day. Plan to be a repeat customer as long as I am in the area.

This place is solid. I know the owner personally. He a a solid dude and operates his shop with integrity. The guys here always get my inspections and oil changes done FAST. I m normally in and out in 15-20 minutes. It s hardly ever packed so I ve never had to wait long. You can check out the owner s YouTube channel called Scott s Garage.

I went 4 a/c tune up Freon. 4 days later had to go back said I had a leaky hose.500 bucks total . the day I was leaving the guy says my fan wasn't working , it was working the day before I saw it they messed with my wiring I fixed it. They were trying to make more money off me they thought because I'm old and crippled they would keep scamming me!

The moment I pulled up, someone came out to help me. He told me to head inside ad they would get me started.I stopped by to get my inspection done. The lady behind the counter was friendly and so helpful. She answered my questions and helped me so quickly. I was in and out of there so quickly.I could not be more happy with my service. The guy working on my car pulled my vehicle right up to me. He made me laugh.If you need to complete your inspection, this is your place. I would stop here again.

I stopped in for a state inspection. I had been to a few other places who just seemed too busy and bothered. Came in and was approached immediately by a service tech who told me it would be 10 minutes. Within 15 I was on my way home. Great service from the lady in the office as well.

Very fast in and out service. I received an inspection and an oil change. I gave it a 3 because when I pulled up a man approached my vehicle seemingly upset asking what do I need? I replied and he said well you see you have all of these cars ahead of you. I say ok and I pull over to park. But I have never been here before and we can't assume everyone has right? I didn't know the procedure. I have been to other places and you pull up and wait. Then someone nicely approaches to see what they can help you with. The person after was ok, fast service just don't know if i"ll be back.

I hate car maintenance with a passion, being lied to, upsold, talked down to. If you are anything like me, this Kwik Kar lube & Tune is the solution.I took my lexus to this shop, the mechanic was super friendly. He answered my, ignorant, questions graciously and didn't try to sell me everything under the sun.Quick, great price, and very friendly. It is very unlikely I go anywhere else.

What can l say. It's a garage. I had my car inspected here and the oil changed. Not a place that is appealing for a long period of time. However, very accommodating and honest employees. Just watch where you sit down.

Had a garbage bag get all tangled up on my driveshaft and wasn t able to reach it to get it off on my own. Stopped by to see if they could help out and Jose did it free of charge. He was fast and friendly about it and I appreciate him helping out when he wasn t required to.

Great experience at Kwik Kar for a regularly scheduled service B and oil change. Scott and his team were fast and friendly. They also were able to complete my car inspection before I left. I highly recommend this place for timely and reliable service!

I have about 7 years with my same vehicle and I have always gone to this place to change the oil and it was a great help to use the coupon that arrives in my mail, but since not everything is forever, since they changed the staff This new administration does not accept my coupon because it is not for the oil they use in my car, but why before yes and now no??? Did I change cars and I didn't notice? obviously nooo!!! What I've realized is that they think that since I don't speak perfect English I'm ignorant, but no! I already checked my previous receipts and the current one and it is the same oil that the coupon says!!! so administration, I hope you do something about it and accept the coupons and if the promotion doesn't suit you, don't send them anymore Service: Oil change

I ve been using this Kwik Kar location for my vehicle s state inspection for the past 6 years and they have always taken great care of me.The staff is straight to the point and do their job with a smile. If you re needing a state inspection done, I highly recommend these folks.
