The only reason you got 1 star, is to get to this page. I brought my car in an orange dodge challenger in because I seen steam coming from under the wheel well. No indicator lights came on. For that I need a radiator and a thermostat. That was changed. Then he said i need a $7,000 engine because it was leaking. I got my car from them. I felt he was guessing and getting money out of me. Come to find out the car wasn t leaking and didn t need an engine. Needless to say I will never deal with this company again. What else did he lie about

I went In today early with no appointment. Upon arrival I was immediately told to pull into a spot and offered a cold water! It was two guys who helped me. They were very informative and patient with the questions I had. They explained each oil change option and which applied to me the most. Overall I highly recommend this place for service.

Just got an oil change but they were incredibly nice, kind and professional. They even made sure to reset the cars oil change reminder. Most places forget. I ll definitely be coming back even though it s not near me.

They re decent at most. Rudy or Rudie (however you spell his name) is a terrible worker and watched me walk in obviously needing service and continued to stand there on his phone. Didn t even bother to ask if I needed anything. Thankfully Fred was actually there to work and helped me out. Got me in and out in about 20, 25 minutes. Won t take 10 minutes like the sign advertises, but 15 minutes extra wasn t too bad.

Loved it first time here came for state inspection these guys are quick and efficient. Gave me a discount for bringing two cars. Will definitely come back for other car maintenance needs.

I was always get my car services here as changing oils and services which needed . Last time(about 5weeks ago) I was here for my oils change, and I was told I need change my brakes and it will be $200something, the luckily I didn t have time at that moment.And till today I had someone look at my brakes and told me my brakes are way good until I needed to replace them .Which means Kwik Kar lube&Tune lied to me about my brakes. How awful!Be careful,find another service location!Not recommended!

These guys are amazing. I want to specifically thank Rudy & Fred. Rudy was extremely caring and honest. He was genuinely concerned about my car & my safety. He walked me through everything I needed to fix and why! He has many years of experience and I trust his judgment. His character speaks for itself, he is just an angel. A lot of mechanics will tell you anything just to get your money but these guys are the real deal. I will definitely remain a customer here. Fred is the BOMB He fixed the front bumper of my car and charged me a little of nothing. The other place I got an estimate from was saying $1400 but when I took it to Kwik Kar Fred only charged me $129 and it looks like it was never damaged. Back to looking brand new!! ***get your quotes from Fred, Rudy will try to upcharge you***Great if you know exactly what you want to get done. Work was done quickly, and no hard sell on getting other services (and my car does need some other things, but I didn't want to do them yet).Regarding Rudy: I called for a quote before coming in. When I came in Rudy tried to charge me more than $100 over what I was quoted. Clearly Rudy is one of those trash mechanics that thinks he can scam women.But Fred was polite, professional, and charged what he quoted on the phone. So I'm not going to tank the rating because of one bad employee.

I was in there for roughly 35 minutes, and in that time I seen 3 people check out. Everyone here is very respectable, kind and knowledgeable. I took my truck here for an inspection but I think I found my new auto shop for all needs. Prices seem very reasonable as well and I didn't know this until after I paid but they are veteran and senior friendly (they give discounts). It not often that you can find a place with service like this, I will continue to give them my business and hopefully I can recommend them to others as well.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have 3 cars, 1 audi, a Porsche and a gmc. These guys provide very good customer service and work on all models even with Europeans they do very good job. Recommended for maintenance or repairs.

This workshop is about stealing money. I went to them. I had a breakdown in my car in a disc brake. One of them told me to wait. I will check your car to see what it is. I waited more than 35 minutes, then I went to him and asked him. Then 10 minutes later, someone went to my car to drive it and saw the malfunction without doing anything. For the car just look at it. After that, he asked me the price that he would fix it, but it was very expensive. Surprisingly, they are taking 60 dollars only to see what is wrong with the car, and this is theft. I consider it... because he did not do anything to it.

These guys found and fixed issues that were missed by Firestone AND the Infiniti dealership. Everyome I have dealt with here was professional and knowledgeable without being arrogant and my car has never run better. Will recommend over and over to anyone looking for quality auto service and repair

Fred and his team are awesome and really care about there customers. It s always a pleasure and they go above and beyond! Coming from NY I didn t know who to trust as I have been duped in the past with other shops in the Houston area. Not only did the fix my vehicle but they were courteous and kind as well! I received a synthetic oil change in record time! They also topped off my fluids and vacuumed my car. I definitely need it. The technicians were very nice and professional. The lobby area is the cleanest that I seen by far with up to date magazines.I look forward to having them service my car in the future!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Never EVER go to this place. They are thieves!!! They said they changed my oil and engine flush gasoline( which they used 3 bottles when I only needed 1) I have proof. I stopped at this location because it was convenient. I took it to the usual place I get my service and they said my oil was not dirty but FILTHY!!!! 3 weeks after the service.I paid $200. Very unprofessional. Never go there, if you do make sure this doesn t happen to you.Service: Oil change
