I've been going to this location for the past few years and every time this location, and all the great employees, go above and beyond expectations and customer service. I recently went up to have my oil changed and I noticed an issue that a dealership, to remain anonymous, did not finish a recall service on my vehicle and Tyler, Joe, and Keith with the rest of the crew were there to help me with this issue. I cannot thank you enough for your customer service and professionalism. It's hard these days to find a good quality service station like this one! Many thanks!!!

Tried to show up to get my inspection sticker. I was screamed at to get out of the way when entering, and then was rudely told that I was in the wrong location and needed to park in the side lot. Left immediately. Overall horrible experience and I was only there for maybe 3 minutes. The rudest people and if I stayed they probably would've scammed me. I went to another inspection location and was greeted and welcomed and guided through the experience. Just don't go here.

Have been coming here for years and never had an issue. The technicians are knowledgeable and work pretty quickly. On top of that, they are incredibly nice and personable. I highly recommend.

Roman and Tyler took care of everything I needed done on my car!!!! They were very professional and quick with the service and they took great care of me!!! I just moved to this side of town and I will definitely will be going back!!!

*** Do not fall for their scams** I went in for an inspection and was told I would fail for my windshield wipers and brake pads. When I told them I had someone to take it to for brake pads but maybe I ll get wipers there they said well since you re getting wipers I ll see what I can do about passing you for the brake pads I found the whole thing to be sketch so I took my business elsewhere and was passed with no mention of wipers or brake pads

These guys refused to do my inspection trying to sell me windshield wiper blades before they would complete the inspection. The blades were just replaced and work fine. Scammers.

I came in for a state inspection and they tried to upsell me by telling me my gas cap failed when it was still brand new. I've come here multiple times and they always seem to find a reason to fail my car and then just happen to have the part I need to pass, but at a 5X to 10X markup. Just scammy business practices all around. I went to another inspection place and passed with flying colors. I won't be back.

First off they put the wrong oil in my truck and was suppose to get a 66 dollar refund on my card but the charged it instead. The young man tells me he can t spells but knows how to use the computer system to credit the charge and didn t, now I m going back to now get 132 dollars put back on my card.

ZERO STARS! PLEASE READ.I came for an oil change back in January and left feeling like I had just been scammed. They told me I needed to do a flush since my oil was dirty. This all cost me almost $200. INSANE! I did reject that price and they agreed to reduce to $160. Now reading the other reviews I know this was a lie and they just take advantage of women.Fast forward to July, I wasn't going to go back to these scammers, so my husband was going to take care of the oil change. He could not remove the plug because they over torqued and wore off the sides. He spent 2 hours trying to take this thing off and was not able to do so. I went back the next day to have them remove it and 1.5 hours later they tell me that they're not able to do so and I should take it to Toyota because they didn't want to damage it. I spend another hour at Toyota but did not have time to wait another 2+ hours for them to take it off. So I head to a small mechanic shop and they are able to remove the cap and replace the damaged one.Deshannon also shared that they let the employee go who handled my oil change because other customers were reporting the same issue.I head back to Kwik Kar seeking reimbursement for my expenses to fix the damage they made in January and the owner was unwilling to speak to me and Deshannon said he was just the messenger and kept pushing other services. Of course I wasn't going to have them touch my car so I rejected the offer! A total of 6 hours and $225 was spent in fixing their mistake! I am 8 months pregnant with a 1 year old and work full time. I don't have time for this. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST REGARDLESS OF HOW CONVENIENT THE LOCATION. They overcharge and take zero responsibility for their mistakes.

Multiple services. Oil changes, wiper blades, fluid replacement, brake change, state inspection. Very intelligent technicians and very fast service. Drop your oil off here home owners!

Went here for an oil change and inspection on July 31st. Despite them being busy, they were able to work quickly and were very friendly. Honestly, the cost of the oil change was nearly double the cost I typically pay, but they were efficient and quick.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went there this morning for an oil change. Specifically said oil change ONLY. The still removed the filters of the air conditioning to try to sell me new ones. I declined. The AC had been working too well before. Now the AC doesn't work. I understand that it's their shtick to sell extra parts and services and the employees are obligated to do this. But there's also a need to respect the customer's wishes and requests. My request was only for a quick oil change.

Awful experience - definitely read the reviews. They scam you telling them the engine needs to be flushed. I tried telling them no it was not needed they said it was already done. Up charge you obscenely and try telling you all sorts of things are wrong with your car. Don t go here. Do not trust them.

NEVER bring your vehicle here. Brought my truck in for an inspection and my whiper blades are a little worn but not broken. I'm shown that my whiper blades are torn, which you can see was just ripped and told I would be failed if I didn't buy new blades at $13 a blade.EXTORTION!!!

Just left this kwik car. Have been coming here for years. The employees are absolutely so kind, generous and helpful and I know each of them as I always love to strike up friendly conversation with them. However I witnessed the manager upon arrival mistreat and disrespect an employee with force and arrogance. When I brought it up to the manager and the owner who happened to be inside, they proceeded to walk out in the middle of me talking. The owner also proceeded to stone wall me, interrupt me and ignore me when I inquired about the bullying and extremely unprofessional behavior. It makes me extremely uncomfortable to witness employees who are so kind and docile be treated with such disrespect and callousness. Everyone knows that happy employees generate good and optimal services to customers when treated with respect and decency. I m really disappointed and saddened to see people being mistreated simply because of hierarchy. Poor training and lack of support to employees from employers means poor and incorrect services- which makes sense as I read everyone else s reviews. It all starts from the top and everyone knows this. It is the owner and managers responsibility to set and maintain the ethical tone. I hope this establishment can reconsider their methods of professionalism and decent respect.

Had an oil change here along with a few other services a few months ago that I was told were needed. My check oil light came on last week and after checking some reviews, decided to try a different mechanic. The oil was completely gone, and filters had not been changed as promised. Will not come back, just a shame since I live close, these guys must care about making quick money more than repeat customers in their neighborhood.Service: Oil change

I went in yesterday for an oil change. There were a lot of people ahead of me. But since I was only getting an oil change I was in and out in no time. However, I noticed that they didn't change my sticker. I became concerned. I called them this morning and asked how do I know I really got my oil change and Mr. Xavier said to come in and see him. He took the time to look over everything and reassured me that all of the the work was actually done and noted that since it was so busy the sticker was missed and apologized. He also said he has a few new guys still learning the ropes. I completely understand, errors happen. Mr. Xavier always takes good care of me. That is why I keep coming back.Service: Oil change

This is my to go to spot for Oil Changes & Inspection for quite a few years now & they never seem to fail me! This weekend I had my Fuel Injectors changed by Antonio and had a small the next day, called Kwik Kar and he immediately explained what was going on, I was very scared thinking something big was going on with my car but Antonio's customer service was beyond exceptional, he managed to calm me down. Took car in and both Antonio & Keith fixed the issue in a matter of minutes and just as Antonio explained, it was a small issue and everything was fine. Heading back this week for my State Inspection. I highly recommend Kwik Kar. Ask for Antonio or Keith

I have taken my car here in the past for an oil change. They were quick and professional.Went back today for brakes and I didn t even need them!! They could have easily did a sale and cost me money out of pocket they were super honest and I really appreciated it as a female there on my own!I will definitely return when I do need something!

Oil change service was done in less than 10 minutes, and I quickly found out why.My oil was drained, the oil filter was not replaced and new oil was not added.This almost burned up my engine, do not bring your vehicle here.Service: Oil change

The tech here was very informative of my car needs and gave me pricing on all the optional services if I chose to have it done. The Technician was not pushy on selling the services but made his recommendations which I find a plus . I would definitely come back for another oil change and fluid change the pricing is fair and done right.
