They all are so very knowledgeable, kind and make you feel like you're their only customer. Such excellent service. The lady speaks to you as though she's know you and your car for years. I'll always recommend them and keep taking my family's car there. Great job guys

Best shop to go to if you ever have any type of car problems! I ve only been here a few times but the customer service is exquisite! And everyone is so respectful and helpful I definitely recommend going here they ve helped me out a lot!

Last Saturday, stopped by to get my oil changed. No wait and process completed in under 30 minutes. They let me know I need my serpentine belt changed, very important information that can be life saving! Thank you Kwik Kar, I will be back!

This place is absolutely amazing! Honest people, high quality work, and always reliable. Any time I have a problem or it's time for maintenance, I come here. Even though it's a little out of the way, it is more than worth it! The owners really care about the service you get, and are very present and knowledgeable. They are very understanding and helpful too, I never came away not understanding what's going on, and they have always been fair in their charging too. Love them, and will always be a customer of theirs. 11/10 will recommend!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

I would like to thank the very nice lady in the office for allowing me to come last minute for an oil change, and the great mechanics who did a full inspection in my truck, and didn t try to make me pay extras .Wonderful service! Very trustworthy

Omg . Another place said they opened at 8. At 8:40 I started calling around. (. Louis ) answered promptly. Told me to come right away they could get me in immediately. They were fast competent and knowledgeable. They even gave me heads up on a new car I bought. I d definitely recommend . very friendly laid back .

So this my second time here. I was suppose to review the first time, but didn't get around to it. Anywho, this place is quick, efficient, clean, and extremely friendly. The amount of time it took for me to type this review and post it (15min) is the same time they took to get my oil change done. I drove from Katy down here even though I have a Kwik Kar 2min from me, just because of my first experience. Second visit was no exception. Thanks Ashton for your help today!

Fast, friendly service. I went in for a state inspection and decided to get a brake inspection done at the same time. Good thing I did, because while I passed the state inspection my brakes weren't so good. Kwik Kar explained the issue and recommended I get them replaced but didn't try to pressure me into it, giving me time to think about how much work I wanted done and set up an appointment at my own pace.I do plan to have them replace my brakes and am expecting excellent service given what I've seen so far.Service: Brakes

The staff is super friendly and are able to help almost immediately when I come by after 5. They re always quick when I need an oil change and I definitely don t mind waiting in their clean and modern waiting room. It s seriously the best. This is the best place to go to for all your vehicle needs!! Whether it's diagnostic or just a simple oil change, they will take care of you and always charge fairly. I've been a customer for about 3 years or so, and they have helped us help every problem on our used vehicle from the horn not working, to the AC, check engine lights, oil changes, everything! We drive our vehicle a very high amount of miles, and when we need maintenance done we need it done professionally and this is the place with the best consistency, and the most considerate people working here!!! They have always been so kind, and as someone who doesn't know about cars, they have always been happy to explain everything in layman's terms for me so we're on the same page! I will always recommend everyone I know to bring their business here, cause they are so reliable! 11/10 would recommend. We've been bringing our car here for a few years now and the service is always excellent every time we come in. They do great work and make recommendations without being pushy. Assem is great and it's always so nice talking with her when we come in. She really cares and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I came here to get an oil change and they stripped my drain plug. I was not able to get an oil change anywhere. Everywhere I went stated the place to do it stripped the plug. I explained this to them and the front desk lady proceeds to screaming at me that not only do I need pay for a new oil change but I also need to pay to replace the drain plug. I'm livid! As a young woman I already hate being taken advantage of in the car industry but this lady literally tried to make a mockery out of me. I WILL NEVER PATRONAGE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS WHO I'VE SUPPORTED FOR YEARS THAT WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT.

Dude, these people are the BEST!!! Best service, always friendly and super knowledgeable, very patient and happy to actually explain and show you what's wrong, and then give their honest recommendation for what you actually need. So grateful for these guys, they have helped us 3+ times with our 2016 Ford escape. They gave us back our AC in time for the summer, so I will also be eternally grateful for that! They are also speedy on top of being so thorough. I will only ever come here for whatever my current and future vehicles need. 20/10 recommend and WILL be back!!! To the owners and workers here: Thank you, again, for all that you do! Also--- pricing is more than fair and amicable for the work, and they will always work with you if you need to split up getting your services done over a period of time. Ive been coming here for over 10 years. Over the years the wife and I have had Acuras, Audis, Nissans and Ford all changed here and I trust their recommendations and their quality of service. I drive from Katy or go after work. I ve had 2 different oil change places in Katy screwup my wife s Audi and just luckily didn t completely destroy the engine before we realized they screwed up. Trusting a place to do it right means a lot.

Took my vehicle there for state inspection and they failed it due to window tint. First time that's happened in 3 years. Took it to another place and it passed with no issues. I wouldn't take my car here for window wiper fluid. The techs don't know how to maintain their inspection equipment.

The best!! Tisam & Co are my heroes. My car started overheating from a cracked radiator and many other issues last night, I took it to them this morning, they diagnosed and pushed hard to fix the problem by the end of the day so I could leave town with it tonight. 10/10 would recommend.

The place is almost unnaturally clean and tidy. Every time I come in I get immediate service from friendly and professional staff. They are thorough, efficient and very quick. Prices are reasonable and they do honor several discounts for local businesses, veteran and active duty military, etc. And always quick to offer water, coffee and conversation to pass the time.
