There was no coffee in the waiting room. That would of been great. However they had a space heater. Oil change was 100 dollars. The guy gave us free pens. Thanks we still waited for 30 minutes

Very honest quotes and sensible knowledge of what may be wrong with your vehicle if your having issues. Quick turn around times and quality work. More then just an oil change place in my opinion!

They always have taken care of my truck since 1997! I highly recommend them over any other place!!! Aj has been my main mechanic for many years! I trust the work they do!!!

I always go here to get an inspection, oil change and sometimes for air in my tires. You do need insurance for inspection here. Every time I come the guys are so nice and have great customer service.The last visit one worker even vacuumed my car because I wasted dog food in my car. That is going above and beyond to me. I appreciate their customer service, hard work and making sure that everything is taken care of by the time I leave. Thanks.

The staff was great but the management lacks professionalism.I went to get my car inspection done at Kwik Kar Auto Repair and was greeted by a very unpleasant staff member. They claimed to be the manager, which makes this even more disappointing.My vehicle was the only one on the premise as it was slow during the time I went. I was greeted by a male employee who claimed to be the manager and before any interaction whatsoever, I was told that my car would not be worked on.When I asked why, the man simply stated "Because you're middle eastern" and asked me to "go find another car inspection because there are so many". He refused to answer when I asked him if that was the only reason so I'm not sure why he treated me this way.I wasn't able to catch this man's name. Don't get me wrong, the staff is normally great, but this incident makes me question supporting the business in the future. Hope this helps others realize who they are choosing to spend their money with.

Went for the annual vehicle inspection service. As always, friendly efficient service reasonably charged. Even though my wiper blades were not technically in need of replacement, they were a year old, so I had them replaced. The Service Advisor said they were not showing obvious signs of wear necessitating replacement, but annual replacement was not a bad idea. For $26.00 per, I think it's worth the investment in safety.

I went to go get my brake pads replaced and there s a worker there by the name Joseph bonds he s the best help me out a lot. Took very good care of my car. I really appreciate his professionalism and while he was working on on my car and waiting for parts he was answering the work phones, taking care of other customers now that s a good hard worker. Making sure business runs smooth. I recommend this place and ask for Joseph he ll take care of you.

I got an oil change here and noticed a week or two later I had a oil leak. Took my vehicle to another place and they noticed kwik kar had put a old and stripped oil plug back on my truck. My new truck. They stole my oil plug and put a old one on.

Super honest, very friendly team. Had brakes and pads replaced and they made sure all was well with all parts - even reviewed my warranty and said, yep- that was checked and all is well. Other places would have made an excuse to fix something that did not need to be fixed since warranty was involved. Hope I can use them for any other thing that needs to be fixed on my vehicle. Or that I never need anything fixed that they don t do it is hard to find honest mechanics!

I wanted to highly recommend Kwik kar! Louie Bunch helped us out! Louie is very professional, efficient, and friendly! The waiting area was very comfortable! Coffee and plenty of magazines are provided. It is very clean. The restroom is very clean too. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Their services are very sketchy. I went to get an inspection and was told my car would fail if I didn t purchase windshield wipers. Nothing was wrong with the ones I had because I stay up to date with the maintenance of my car and Honda had already replaced them less than a year. They replaced the blades with bad ones. It s a good thing I checked the blades before I pulled off.

Every time I'm here the fellows are polite (even funny) and very quick and professional. They will point out different options instead of going with a "standard" service. They've even made recommendations to help save money going forward.Will keep bringing my family's automobiles here as long as this gem operates.

Bryon was so sweet and helpful! All of the men were great. I got my oil changed and inspection done. He took the time to explain everything and was just all around professional and respectful. This is a great general maintenance and service shop. They worked with me on the cost of a bandaid repair to get me down the road for a bit while we schedule a major repair. They'll be fixing my rear differential in the next week or so, either replacing pinion and carrier bearings or possibly rebuilding the unit. An honest shop is hard to find, and I'll be going back to Kwik Kar for more work as needs arise.

Wonderful experience after coming here for the second time from recently moving into the area. The other reviews are a little older, and it's rare you find good people - so I decided to place my review. They're honest, hard working and fair.I came in for maintenance (oil change/checkup/etc) and the man who took my car had a great personality (flawless on customer service). They did an excellent and swift job, and could physically tell the difference when I drove out. I'd highly recommend to place your business here if you're in the area.

I've gone here to get a few different things done to my car and Bryon is always polite, professional, they're quick just in and out, and what I like most is they always inform me of any services that I may be needing soon but they are NEVER pushy. I hate when some places try to force you or try to trick you into get things done. So I highly recommend this place. 10/10

These guys are awesome! I m a guy who knows a decent amount about cars and how to fix them, but this job I couldn t fix myself. These guys were amazing, fast, and professional. They gave me a free diagnostic, where Pepboys charged me $100 for the same thing and tried to sell me on things I didn t need to get my car running. The guys at Kwik Kar were trust worthy and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need! 10/10 would recommend!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I came in for an oil change and after a quick diagnosis, Paul, the manager, took the time to educate me on the different fluids in the car and what my needs were to avoid future mechanical problems. These fluids needed to be flushed and they provided the service very quickly and at a great price! I appreciate his knowledge and great customer service. I will be back for future service for sure! Everyone in this area should go see Paul!

If you feel like you have been taken here, you are not alone - look at the huge proportion of 1 star ratings:Failed our car for light out and said brakes were bad. He said that the brakes were worn down and he knew this because could hear the sound of metal pads rubbing on rotors when he applied brakes at 20 mph. He offered to replace the pads. I drove car to this shop and did not hear any rubbing. I know that sound and it is not something you would miss. I objected, but the manager said he had no control over a state licensed employee - said that the inspector did not work for him. Replaced light. Then went to another shop and passed within 5 minutes. Do not go to these con artists.

Kudos to Joseph and Jeremy for taking care of me yesterday at the last minute. I desperately needed an inspection and didn't realize what time they closed. They took me in in about 30 secs and took all of maybe 2 minutes. They saved me as I was on a time crunch. Great service, great work, 5 stars!!!!!! Thank you guys. Your help is very much appreciated

They did fine with oil change/inspections, but they also replaced a belt on my vehicle. Less than 4 months later, it began to come apart. I took it back and they said the 90 day warranty had expired. That is fine. I told them I was not going to pay them every 4 months to put on inferior quality belts. Worker told me "maybe something chewed it...belts break." True enough, but this place will never get another dollar from me.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

We have been going to Kwik Kar in Copperfield for years. They have always been very helpful. They are also very fair on their prices. The employees are very knowledgeable. Paul is always very friendly and helpful. All the staff goes above and beyond to help us out. It is never fun dealing with car repairs, but they make it easier.

Went in for a simple refill on my a/c. It was blowing some cool air but not enough. The main guy I delt with smelled like a bar, chain smoking and rambling. He drained my system and then vanished. 2 and half hours later my car blows nothing but hot air and they told me to come back. They broke my car and left me with nothing but a heater in the summer. I was charged for services that were never done to my car (hood latch and battery terminals) and the old lock and terminals are still on my car James the manager began speaking to me disrespectfully and told me just to open my hood so I can show him where he didn t replace anything would be 65$ labor. He is committing fraud and I wouldn t recommend anyone to go to Kwik Kar in copper field I have already filed a complaint with the Better business Bureau And I am prepared to take him to small claims court my receipt says $71 for a repaired hood latch and battery terminals which are both still the original that was on my car he just charged me and took my money and told me I would have to pay over $200 to repair the latch on my car that s $19 at auto zone and I never asked him to do anything to my terminals he just added that to the Receive to make it look like he did somethingService: General repairs & maintenance
