5 stars, owner helped me get a stuck lug off on my old Volvo 240 when other shops wouldn t even try. Will definitely come back again if I ever need anything else done

Yesterday I took my car in for it's routine maintenance and l left it overnight as I only dropped it off at 5 pm. Well since then I got sick overnight with vertigo and my doctor told me I was not allowed to drive. Would you believe me when I tell you the owner of this company Joe Fallon and associate came and dropped the car off at my house and even parked it in my garage. That's service folks. They have always gone far and beyond to help me out. I'm really grateful for the owner and his employees who work here.

Although an oil change was not completed, kudos to the owner and the staff. They said the drain plug was stripped and couldn t guarantee it would thread back on again. They topped off my oil at no charge.

I have visited Deerfield Automotive repair for my automotive needs going on 15 years. Recently I acquired a 2000 Mercedez Benz S500 that had numerous issues with the air suspension system. Difficult to diagnose and satisfy a cost effective solution. Joe suggested removing the computer controlled air suspension system with a traditional suspension system saving me thousands of dollars in replacement cost. The new suspension system performs very well. Another good repair job by Deerfield! Hats off to Joe and his staff of mechanics! I highly recommend Deerfield for your repair needs. He has worked on my 2000 Ford Ranger, my three Impalas (2004, 2008 and 2014), 2014 Toyota Tacoma and my Mercedes. Does not matter what make or model or year of your vehicle. Joe and his team at Deerfield will service your vehicle with expertise and skill and also provide the greatest of customer care and service. Right (near) on the corner of Clay road and Barker Cypress under the Kwik Kar banner is Deerfield. I recommend them for all your automotive mechanical needs.

I've brought our family vehicles here for the past several years after the owner of another shop I trusted for a long time finally decided to retire. The team here earned our business by diagnosing and fixing on the first attempt fuel pump issue other shops had misdiagnosed or insisted was caused by something other than the replacement pump one of them installed.They've consistently repaired known issues I've identified and brought a vehicle in for without trying to convince me the problem was something more expensive, and every time they've identified an area of concern on one of our vehicles, a third party (retired technician now teaching auto shop courses) without being told what he was looking for has confirmed their findings.Deerfield Auto isn't going to be the cheapest shop you'll find and doesn't run a ton of bait and switch promotions to bring you in the door, because they don't have to.For less than what your brand's dealership charges, you'll get as good or better service with a MUCH faster turnaround time. Do recommend.

I would give them ten stars if I could. Been going here for years having trucks, SUV's, and cars serviced and or inspected. Very friendly service and competitive pricing. I would advise you give Joe Fallon a call. .....UPDATE 2020, here I am after many years of entrusting all of my vehicles to Joe Fallon and his staff and I can say you will get great competitive service

Such a great experience at Deerfield Auto Repair Kwik Kar. This was my first visit here to complete a safety inspection to renew the registration for my car. I was assisted by Joseph and Jackie who where wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I went on a Friday afternoon around 1 PM and was in and out in less than 30 mins! I think I have found my new car repair place!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

My truck had a major problem with the sway bar, ball joints and other issues. I was recommended to talk with the Joe (owner). Joe was very professional and easy to talk to. His adviser called be after the tech had diagnosed the problem and explained in detail the solutions. After a few hours, my truck was ready and good to go! I m a very happy and satisfied customer.Joe was honest and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend Deerfield auto repair for any issues with your vehicle. Superb job!!!!!

Recently we took our 2001 Impala to Joe and crew for some steering and suspension issues.All work to be done was explained and performed to our complete satisfaction! Joe gave us options to keep repairs less expensive and never tried to sell us anything beyond what was needed! It s a good feeling to trust your mechanic in their knowledge and fairness, that s how we feel about Joe and his crew. I visited here to get a transmission flush,tire roatation and to add coolant to my AC on a 2012 Honda civic. They did an excellent job.They gave me great customer service and was able to get me in and out quickly. The waiting room and bathroom was very clean. I recommend this place to everyone. I will visit again.

I was recently introduced to this Auto Repair shop by a friend whose recommendation I trusted. It's never easy to figure out where to take a vehicle for repairs and the shop I used to go to went out of business. Today is the 3rd time I've taken a car there in the last few months and they are excellent! Mike is so great to work with, I just call and he is very helpful and service minded. I feel very confident that the work is competent and that the prices are fair. This is the only place my friend who made the recommendation takes his cars and I am now a loyal customer as well. I am also recommending Deerfield Auto Repair and Kwik Kar to all of my friends!

The staff is very personable and gives honest information about what is going on with your vehicle. Joe is great at greeting you when you come in, and very courteous over the phone. Mike went above and beyond while working on my A/C to make sure I didn't have any problems that would cost me money down the road. I have never felt like I wasn't getting top of the line service when I came in. I liked it here so much that I brought my second car in!

I have been going to Deerfield Auto Repair since 2019 when I moved into the area. They're located on Barker Cypress and Clay Road, across from McDonalds.I had my AC fixed last year. A few months ago I realized that my AC wasn't working. I called up Joe and he asked me to bring my car in. It turns out I had to have the coil replaced which entailed taking out my dashboard and would cost me about $1000 to repair as a lot of labor was involved. I had already spent a lot of money on the car already and Joe only charged me for the parts. There's not many people who would do that. I was touched by his thoughtfulness and kindness.My experiences have always been great. I would recommend them anytime. They have done a great job repairing my car. I could tell on the way home that something was different with my AC. It was running quietly (the grinding noise was gone) and it was also very very cold.Also if you ever need to get your car inspected - this is where you should go. You'll be done in a jiffy. They're very considerate of your time. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. It was awesome. I've been to other car repair places and I've sat there waiting for at least 2 hours before I got my car inspected. So I'm impressed with the service. And everyone is super helpful and friendly.Great job everyone and thank you again for fixing my car.

My AC unit had to be repaired. This was taken care of quickly. The owner and his staff are awesome. They'll review how much the repairs will be for free and let you decide if you want to get it fixed. It was expensive as I had to have other things related repaired as well but totally worth it. Especially with the heat in Houston, I had to have AC. I also decided to have another car repaired and it was done well. If you want work done well and for a good price I recommend coming here. I didn't have to rent a car for a week while waiting on my car. So I saved. I'd recommend them any day.

Today, I went to have my vehicle serviced with an oil change. I have enjoyed my experience with these folks since they 1st opened 16 years ago. I have had my service done on 8 different vehicles during this time. So, why do I keep going back. Well they are honest, friendly and very good at what they do. I have never had an issue. Unlike other oil change companies, they never apply pressure when they recommend a service is due. They make you aware and will be happy to provide that service. Today, it is consumer beware. With Deerfield Auto Repair and Kwik Kar, the only thing to know is that you will be taken care of with no worries. I highly suggest that the next time you need service, go to them. You will be happy that you did.

Deerfield auto repair Kwik kar services is top notch. Right from when we drove in someone approached us and ask how they can help us. We did state inspection but they also provide air and Cabin filter for us after the inspection at reasonable price. Their employees are very professional and the owner is very nice too. It was my first time there and i love the services provided. I will definitely return back for any of my car services needed.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

My husband and I have done business with Deerfield Auto Repair since they opened their doors. We have always had excellent results on all of the auto repairs they have done for us and have found their pricing for all work done to very fair. They have an excellent staff who are helpful and courteous. They always give us an estimate for repair work and try hard to stick to that cost. If you are looking for an honest, quality repair company look no further.

My brakes started grinding really bad on my way to work in the early morning hours. When I was coming home I saw this place an had remmeber that I saw it on google reviews an was very impressed. I met the owner Joe very nice gentleman he got my truck in right away an explained everything to me an what would be the best route to take!! I have been going to Deerfield Auto Repair for many years, more than 12. I have ALWAYS been impressed with the owner's sincerity and focus on customer service. Yes, sometime auto repairs cost a lot of money, but Joe Fallon and his staff always explain exactly why the repair is needed. I have never suspected them of doing anything other than what was needed. I will continue to go to them.

Mr.Joe Fallin the owner exceeded my expectations very hands on with helping customers. The complete Auto service care and team was exceptional and reassuring. I also had my breaks done at this location on my Lexus hardly no wait Time! Very professional environment and fast service. Kudos to this location need more like it!

I m beyond blessed for Deerfield Auto Repair. My family and I have been going for regular maintenance and oil changes for years, but today my check engine light came on and the indicator said there was an emissions problem. The great mechanics hooked my car up, ran some diagnostics and what could have turned into several thousands of dollars worth of work ended up only being a system update that was needed. Joe quickly updated the computers in my car and I was back on the road. I am confident in the work that was done and couldn t be more pleased with the professionalism, honesty and courteous staff at Deerfield Auto Repair.

Incredibly fast and efficient! I didn't even make it to the front door before they were coming to see what I needed ant taking my keys to get started! Friendly staff and clean waiting room, though you won't be waiting long. Is a real shame. Pandemic effect on staffing has reduced the amount of services available. Been coming here since it opened. Have had all sorts of work done in past that apparently I found out today they no longer do. Owner Joe is a good guy though so hopefully things will turn around in future.

This was our second time taking my daughter's car there for service & they were very polite & got us in & out in an amazing amount of time. I've taken two cars here now. They're super courteous, fast, and don't try to sell me a new engine. The owner is respectful, and the entire staff seems quite knowledgeable. The prices are waay better than I expected. And most importantly, they do repairs!! I paid $110 to change one brake light at a different shop. Here, they threw it in free with flushing my coolant. It would have been $15 otherwise. These guys are great!!

I ve been using Deerfield Auto Repair for my vehicle needs for years and they ve always worked with me to get me back on the road safe and sound. They take the time to explain what issues are and will even physically show you. They ll also help with a ride if you live close so you don t have to sit in the shop for long while they re working on your vehicle. They ve been very good to me and I trust them wholeheartedly.
