Fraud Owner and Fraud Place !!This is Fradulent service Centre. The owner Mr Khaled cheats by promising false hopes to the customers and tried to steal from the customers. All the employees over there don t even communicate well. When I asked Mr. Martin (employee) to provide me the contact number of the owner to talk to him over the phone, doesn t even provide one. They just keep on postponing to come to their service center in meeting the owner and solve the issue. After even coming to their Centre to meet the owner, the owner never turns up. The owner took from me $1400 stating they would put a whole new door for my car wherein they just removed the dent of my old door and just painted it a bit and never fixed a new door. The rear mirror which they fixed doesn t function well at all. On asking the owner to fix my car issue, he refuses it and neither gives your half money back. Anybody going to this place will be cheated always!!Will never recommend about this place to anyone.

Exceptional service! I recently visited KW Auto Center and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My mom had been raving about this place because she gets her cars serviced here. She brought me here to get a Toyota Camry and I absolutely love it. I bought the car as is but they still made sure everything was running even after the purchase. The owner and employees are great! 10 I out of 10, I definitely recommend.

Great customer service and affordable pricing! They diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it within a day. I live in the area and will definitely come back for car related problems. Highly recommended, as it's hard to find good mechanics nowadays.

Great reasonable people selling affordable durable cars. They don t just sell you a car they still look after you even after you buy one. If there s a problem they will do their very best to fix it. Will definitely come back if I need my car fixed or buy another one.

FRAUD & WORST SERVICE CENTRE IN ENTIRE HOUSTON. The owner and the employees and the mechanic cheats the customers in N number of aspects.They promise you on doing work on car one thing and they do it other and charge you a bomb. When you actual realize the faults and go back to the Centre to resolve the issue, they make an issue of it and threatens you by giving life threatening warnings. I was threatened by the owner too. I was allegedly charged by the owner $1400.Will NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to visit this location. If you wish to get cheated and mess up your car then you should go here.

Amazing service and even better people! They were all so friendly and worked on my vehicle very quickly. They also have more affordable rates than others! I wasn t able to go pick up my car for a couple of days and they offered to pick me up to go get it. I will only ever come here for future service. KW Auto Center is the best!!

Got my alternator fixed 6 months ago and it started acting up last night, he fixed it no problems. That's someone who stands by their work. Will be doing business with him again.

I took my vehicle too them with all kinds of problems and I didn t know where to start Mr.C said leave the keys and let me check it out and he did just that diagnosis it all the way to the tires gave me a good quote had me high way ready in 24 hours I will definitely be returning

Excellent customer service. The owner, the other mechanics, and especially Martin..... all sooo friendly and patient. Martin answered every single question I had and was kind enough to provide updates. The owner took time to show me the source and conditions of all the parts. Martin even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle.The entire experience was a surprise....in the best ways. I didn't feel belittled, ignorant, didn't feel manipulated or any of those feelings I usually leave auto body shops with and because of that......KW will always be my go to mechanics. I will drive clear cross Houston to literally get the level of service and quality KW provides. Worth every penny.Even had to bring my jeep back cuz of my tail light. I was expecting a whole lot of back and forth but there's literally 0.UPDATE(12.1.23): this is officially my car shop in the city. Everytime I come here, I get honest quality service that's affordable.

So what happened was I went to fix my damaged door showed me a picture of the door told me he would install the door and paint it but what he was fixed the same door put it in there and told me he put a new door he is a big fraud guys becarful

This is my second time using this business for a major repair on my vehicle. I returned the second time because of how great their service was before. This issue this time was I wasn't able to put gas in my truck. It would just keep coming back out like it was full. Starting off they gave me a great price much better than the quote from another business. So I said yes lets do it. There was sooooo much trial and error with getting this issue fixed and I just wanted to call it quits. The owner ensured me he would figure out what the problem was and he did!! After three weeks, one week with me and my son getting over Covid. My truck was fixed. So yes its his job to fix my truck I paid him correct, but he went above and beyond to do so. So THANK YOU!! This place has been fantastic with all my auto needs for the past three years. They have seen me in multiple cars and every time I've had to bring one in they have made sure whatever the problem, it was going to get taken care of! This is the only place I will ever bring my car to (as long as I live in or around the Houston area).

I had an amazing experience with this automotive shop. I had engine failure covered under warranty. They provided excellent service with helping me with the warranty company. They took the time to explain the repairs. Also educated me on how to maintain vehicle. They made my overall experience great.. My vehicle is running like a brand new vehicle. The best place in Houston to have your car fixed, hands down!! I had an excellent experience when I had my car fixed after an accident. The quality of work and customer service is top notch, and prices are very reasonable too. Owner Khaled is amazing, and honest, which is very difficult to find these days.......he would go to great lengths to make sure that you are completely satisfied with their work.I will never go elsewhere, since I have found this gem!!

Hands down the best experience I have had with any auto shop! From start to finish - the compassion and professionalism was nothing short of amazing. My daughter had an accident - it was freezing cold - they came to our rescue quickly and efficiently - navigated me through the entire process and stayed on top of updates and always kept me in the loop of where they were on the repairs and the cost and worked with insurance. I just can't say enough good things about Waleed and all the folks here - just simply the best and I've dealt with many over the years. I will use them above anyone going forward. Such a class act place! Having an accident is stressful - they take the stress out of the repair process and that is something to be praised. My car had several fluid leaks and brakes were hard to press and stop, but at KW Auto Repair it was taken care of in which the price was affordable or inexpensive for the service that was done to my vehicle for repairs.
