This place is awesome. First time there today and FERNANDO is the MAN!!! Everyone seemed so nice and very knowledgeable. I'm so glad I dropped by there and they definitely made a customer for life!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Mo and the Staff are great. Dropped my truck off while I was on vacation mainly to get a lift, and other mods. The shop did like 5 jobs on it. Great pricing and quality work. My shop for now on!

I went to this place today because it was recommended by someone and there were great reviews. I wish I never step foot into this place. I went and paid good money to have my tires mounted and balanced. I know every step that goes into this service. When I got my truck back, I noticed one of the valve stem was replaced with a rubber valve stem because they broke the original metal valve stem. This is a huge safety issue because the tire sensors are located within this part, and if the sensor goes out because of this rubber part, the tire can go bad and blow out without me seeing it coming. I confronted the service guy who did it, but he didn't want to own up to it or correctly replace it, and the manager was no where in sight. Now, I have to put out more than twice the amount of money to replace what they broke. DON'T. GO. HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ADDING: I went to Nissan to get the part fixed/replaced and we found that they used ZIP-TIES to hold everything together!! And they indeed stripped the screw!!- Casey Torok

Friendly place with great employees. Had a wonderful experience when I visited and got my wheels. Thank You Carlos for attending me and had me out of there in no time. I didn't spend the whole day there like I have done in the past at other stores (discount tire) as I was only getting new tires that time. Anyways had a Great time here definitely recommend it to my friends and Familia (Family)

KTW is an amazing place to get your tires, wheels and accessories. Moe helped us find the tires we needed quickly and with no hassle! We were extremely satisfied with his service. Be sure to ask for him when you stop in.

It s hard to find genuine decent tire shops around town. I live on the southwest side of town but I will definitely only be giving my money to these people whenever I need ANYTHING! Amazing customer service

This is the worst place I got swangers installed here and they put a broken screw in and force all the screws in there bent cracked and I purchased hub rings and they but a totally different ones that I purchased they took my screws and put there own that I purchased my car would shake horrible that s is dangerous for my car to be shaking to where u can t even hold the steering wheel once u hit 40 mph n I have a child on the car so if my tires would have broken while I was driving that would have not been great and then for them to tell me they didn t put them on so they don t know what there own mechanic does which is pretty ridiculous

Took my rim to get fix was not ready when they said it was going to be. Ask if he was going to balance the rim because they to the weights off he said NO, They never mention that I had to pay extra for the balance. Ask why he didn t tell me upfront he said he didn t feel he had to mention it.
