I get my motorcycles inspected here and they are fast and friendly. I haven't had a vehicle worked on here yet but I've watched them interact with other customers and like their honesty. I heard the manager once tell a customer that they could work on their vehicle but a different shop down the street had the proper diagnostic tools for their car and they suggested going there first.

Great service, I had them install a bumper on my 4x4. Fast service, family owned and operated. They did a fantastic job. I would definitely use there service again. Price was right also. Owner told me they do fleet service so if you need them I'm sure you will get a fair price and great service!

Great shop with honest pricing and solid mechanical competence. The way most shops used to be. I've been in the neighborhood for over 18 years and have tried others. This is my place now and probably should have been all these years.

Very Personable company. Honest, swift and fast service. They had my truck brakes, oil change, diff flush, spark plugs and wires, and tires rotated in a half a day, the day I brought it in. The price was very reasonable. This will be the only shop I use for my needed work.

Good service. I had a problem with the emissions test with my car. Phil refused to give up on it and we got it passed for inspection. Easy to get a hold of. Affordable prices! They get the job done quickly and get your car back to soon as soon as possible.

Kay s was amazing! In all, I think I was there for under 20 minutes getting an oil change. The gentleman that helped me didn t try to up sale at all. Which was a big deal for me. For an oil change on a 15 Honda Accord I paid $42. Fair price in my opinion. I m so happy with my experience and I will be back.

Family owned and super friendly! The owner used to work by where I live and gave me tons of food recommendations. I called ahead of time for an oil change and they were able to get the exact oil I wanted by the time I stopped in later that day. Friendlier, competitively priced, and way faster than going to Sears Auto.

I found this shop based on a recommendation of our manager of field services. They have been servicing our fleet trucks for years. I had my daughters car in for service and it was much more reasonably priced than another local shop recommended by her co-worker. I recently had major tuneup, brakes and other items done for my personal truck and it was very reasonable.

Found this place by chance because it was close to my new job. The quickly performed an oil change and replaced the air filter in my dad's 1997 Ford truck, all for under $60! Everyone was really nice. I was discussing my Chevy Trailblazer with them and the transmission issues I've been having. They took the time to take me outside and show me how to self-check the transmission fluid in my vehicle (since I didn't have it there for them to check). Really nice place, I'm hoping for no more car issues but will definitely return if needed!

I took my Rxpedition in to get my rear brakes replaced and Kay's did a wonderful job. They were done sooner than promised and they have very reasonable prices. They also resurfaced all of my rouders (spelling?) and let me know what I may want to get in the future to keep my vehicle running smoothly. There was no hassle or pressuring into purchasing other repairs like other shops try to do. The employees are extremely friendly and know what they are doing and do it good. I was 100% completely satisfied with their overall service. I would definately reccomend anyone to come here.

For simple tire rotation, they charge me $45. It is stupid of me by place trust on them because they repair company's car of where I work. When I find out it will cost me $45 I was in shock but what choice do I have? they got my car keys. It was my first time to use their service and it will be the last time. ASK THEM TO QUOTE THE SERVICE BEFORE REPAIR WORKS BEGIN.

Kay's Automotive Service have great people who actually care. They were have you in or not and no time and extremely trustworthy. I always go to Kay's Automotive for the last 10 years and never have I had a problem.

I discovered this shop a few months ago when my friend had to replace his alternator. They quoted us almost the same price as the part we bought at Auto Zone - which made me think "at least they dont gouge you on the parts".When my 4runner had 2 broken studs on the wheel they charged me for 1 hour of labor ($95) and a few dollars for the parts.These guys are GOOD.

I've been using Kay's Auto since they first opened and my wife started taking her car there too. I'm now on my second Explorer and the wife is on her third Toyota and we still use Kay's for everything auto.Highly recommend for all your auto needs.
