Honest people great mechanicI took my wife s truck in for serpentine belt replacement and oil leak. Gave me a great price and had her car done sooner than expected. I ve already have a couple people going to their shop because of how they took care of me. This will be the only shop I will use hands down thank you Sam!

I've known Sam for a couple of years now. Does he do good work ? Yes! But i dropped my car of to him to only replace a serpintine belt > i had to leave it over night > Repairs were done but upon getting my car back , found that rodent in his shop had eaten a section of my back seat out and left rat droppings either he left my window down inside his shop over night or left my door wide opened. I asked him to rewind the camera in his shop. He stated that he had no camera inside his shop> i paid him cash for the repairs and asked for a receipt and stated because I paid cash he doesn't give receipts. My wife was upset because he didn't want to take responsibility for the incident.So I had to call the Harris Co. Sherrif Dept on him and make a report.

I've been going to this shop for years. My cars have been through hell but have made it out Thanks to Sam and his shop. Great and knowledgeable mechanics. Sam is super honest and always gives me a fair price. I had been going to another shop but they were so expensive and they were charging me for things I didn't need which Sam was kind and honest to let me know what was actually needed. Never lets me leave with my car unless it's in tip-top shape.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Brakes, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Air conditioning, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Katy Auto Experts is a great place to get your car serviced. Every time I go, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They always explain what needs to be done and why, and take the time to answer my questions. The prices are great and the quality of service is outstanding. Very good shop with honest customer service. I brought my car in for a transmission fix 6 months ago after going to 3 other shops that gave me crazy prices. They were able to do it cheaper and faster. Definitely going to them again.

Sam was such a sweet man. He helped me out with fixing my radio, and he s my go to auto shop for oil changes and inspection.
