Personally I haven t had problems either time I ve gone for tires. I got two front tires one day then got another two for the back 2/3 weeks later months and months ago. I got a screw this week and a flat cause of it and have a donut on so I m about to go up there tomorrow to see if they have another two and a used rim.all tires were good used ones too.

they installed some 35 s for me at good deal and installed me a 3 inch lift in 4 hours for a good price in total and they attended very fast and they were very kind

!!!BEAWARE!!!Dishonest guy tried to upsell me a new tire. I came in with a simple nail job, he said he doesn t fix tires, offers me a new tire. I asked him if he had a used one and he said he didn t have my size. HOWEVER, when I was leaving he tried to sell me a used tire for $65. I don t recommend this shop. No wonder why he s so slow. DO NOT GO THERE!P.S. I wish I looked at the reviews sooner. I would ve saved $15 for a diagnostic!!!

Just went there to get a simple plug in my tire. Sat there for 20 mins cause the receptionist said the guy was getting food at 9:30 am! No biggie! But he gets there & then immediately says you need a whole new tire & I only have new, no used (wanted to charge full price.) I said I just need a plug for now. He proceeds to charge me $40 for a plug?!! No way! I said no thanks & left. Went less than 5 mins away to Mexico Tires & they charged me $10! Justin s Tire Shop Tries To Rip People Off! BEWARE!

Please beware of this company, they'll take advantage of you - This tire shop scammed my co-worker (driving a company car). They refused to plug a slow leak tire. They demanded, and without request replaced the tire with a new tire, then requested a $90.00 payment (whether she wanted to keep the new tire on the car, or not). Shame on YOU Justin Tire Shop! #justhoodtypeactivity!

I went there to get a quote for a Michelin set. I got a cheaper offer from Tire Discount earlier so I said thank you. The owner started saying Michelin needs money with a smug face. Dude just because I said thank you doesn't mean I don't have the money to buy them!

Refused to help us when we had a flat tire. It was 15min before closing. How hard is it to just sell us a tire? We would have installed it ourselves since they didn t have the man power to do it themselves.

Quick Service and great tires UPDATE: I went to get a tire and after my tire was put on they told me the credit card machine wasn't available and i had to pay cash. I don't carry cash? I felt like they were holding my car hostage in order to get cash out of me. Normally there is a woman working the register and all is fine, but this time it was 2 guys that were installing tires who dealt with me. In the end they put my old tires back on and I went to another tire shop. If you go there, although the sign on the door says they take credit cards, make sure they aren't running a "CASH ONLY" day.

Service has always been good till the last time I was there for tire rotation on my work van. Then they destroyed their good reputation. The worker placed the jacks on the bottom section on body panels on both sides and bended the portions were the metals are welded. WORST OF ALL the manager was try to blame it on my friends because she was inside the vehicle saying that she placed the jacks there because the van could roll over cause of my friends weight...! So she was trying to turn the blame back to me for the damage they have just done to my work van. RIDICULOUS! I will update with pictures.

Extremely unprofessional. The lady who answers the phones is so ghetto. Do NOT spend your money here. She lied and took my card information and then stopped answering the phones and hitting ignore when I called. STAY AWAY from this dump of a business. GO TO ROLLO S. The lady at the Hillcroft location is extremely bad for business. Uneducated and has no decency. She insisted on taking my card info over the phone and I was skeptical. And just as I felt.....I was scammed. She then began rejecting the phone calls as I waited over 45 min for a business that was 2miles from where I was. Then she had the audacity to answer the phone and say she s busy helping customers. I check my mobile banking and she QUICKLY charged the card. But I will absolutely dispute it. She has lowered the integrity of this business and shouldn t be front facing customers. Her attitude and demeanor over the phone was extremely ghetto. Don t shop here.I called Rollo s and they sent someone out in 10 min and he was done in 3minutes! I hope people get to read these reviews before calling this place. Stay AWAY.

Bought 4 new tires from here and was promised free tire patches. While I was looking for receipt, they did the repair without me "okay'ng" it. Was forced to pay $15. They dont accept cards. Forced to go to Valero near by and pay withdrawal fee to withdrawal cash. Unorganized. Had receipts from last year and this year but somehow didn't have mine. (Maybe they just pocketed my cash from purchase and didn't file it)

The warning light for my TPMS came on so I drove to Justin tires on the third day to complain. The manager, a big Hispanic lady came out and told me she has to check the tire sensors which I suspected. She checked each tire and told me that 4 of my sensors are bad and that each cost $100. I told her it was not possible for all my 4 sensors to get bad at the same time, she told me it was possible. At that moment I doubted her integrity and decided I was gonna leave. She then said I must pay her $35 for diagnosis service. I told her that we didn t discuss that at the start. If I was gonna pay u $35 for touching my car , u are suppose to tell me from the start. She said that she thought I knew and that was why she didn t bother to tell me. How on earth would I know when it was my first time going there. We argued on that and she insisted I must pay her the $35 or change my sensors. So I decided to change one sensor, the drivers side tire and she took $100 from me. So I took the sensor she changed and went to Another tire shop called HAASTIRE on 10090 s Gessner rd. The guy checked my tires and saw that it was only one tire sensor that was bad.and he said his tire sensor cost $78. I told him to test the tire sensor that the Justin tire lady removed.He tested it and told me it was still good. So he just but it back on the tire with the bad sensor and charged me $15 for workmanship. It pained me so much that the Justin tire lady wanted to dupe me $400 plus tax just like that. This event happened on the 22nd of December 2018. I hope anyone going to Justin tires read this. They are a bunch of frauds.

JOCELYN IS SOOOOO RUDE AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She is not nice nor does she have real customer service skills!They charged my card twice and acted as if I m lying or as if the transaction was/is pending when in reality it shows on my bank transaction that it was indeed charged twice! The fondren location is a bit better but all in all they are unprofessional and I WOULD NEVER PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD! I read other reviews similar to mine and it all makes sense, they are untrustworthy as far as cards are concerned. Took out so much of my time trying to get my money back b/c they couldn t help, wow!

If I could give this place no stars I would.Horrible customer service. They sold me a bad tire and when I asked them to accommodate or fix the problem they tried to charge me to buy another tire!The lady at the front was very rude and did not seemed concerned at all. Probably the worst place I ever been too. Don t waste your money here!

I got 4 tires on March and They said one year warranty. Whenever I need to get to fix one of the tire they give me million excuses. Their google ratings are already too low but it seems they don t care.

Awesome service. Pulled in to have a flat fixed. Literally 10 minutes I was on my way for 50 bucks. Can't beat that.
