1st to post feedback in 2 decades. Informed shop owner several times to maintain and also inspect car thoroughly before sending car to northern state for child but they can not perform simple, routine, and basic visual diagnosis to find leaky boot on drive shaft. They did not apologize and do not feel they need a new customer like me when I explained to owner calmly. Feel sorry for their loyal customers.

Great service! Brought my car here to fix my trunk that wouldn t open. Took it to two other shops who tried the fix it but whatever they did didnt last and cost $$$ for nothing. The guys at Joseph s auto services were able to fix the trunk issue with no problem and within a short time frame also. Great communication and customer service. Will be taking all my cars here!

Our car broke down. We were new to this part of town so I read reviews and took a chance. They did a great job, quickly, and at a reasonable price. We've had no complaints about the quality of the work either, they were very thorough.2 years later Joseph's is still the place we go. Always the best service, best price, and reliable outcome. They can get busy, so if you need your work done on the sooner side, plan to hang out at the shop.

Think twice before you go, especially if you think you can get a good price and on-time service. If you made an oral agreement with the owner, better have it written down in pen and paper because he WILL forget what you guys agreed on and rip you off in the process.Two parts of my car door needed fixing, and he confidently said that they will be able to fix it in 3 days with an affordable price. I agreed because I will be able to get my car right before I went out of town. The owner was well aware of my situation and reassured me that they will be able to fix it on time. A day later after I dropped off my car I called to confirm the pick-up time, but they seemed to have forgotten all about our agreement and argued that it is too much work and needed more days.Also, let's not mention the price that he offered at the end for fixing only ONE part of the door is just a complete RIP OFF. Maybe he thought he was ripping me off also, because he hastily and awkwardly scratched off the initial price and offered me a discount when I was in total shock of the price offering. VERY IGNORANT ATTITUDE BTW. Shouted over the phone and acted as if he did nothing wrong.For my fellow Mandarin native speakers,

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The only auto shop who doesn't make if feel being wripped off. My friend has been telling me to use Joseph Auto I regret why I didnt come ealier. My Sienna's AC is not blowing cold enough for this summer so brought the car to Joseph and Patrick. I was prepared for more than $500 charge because that's how much Express Oil charged me for another 2 cars. Joseph and Patrick fixed it next day and told me in details why it's not blowing cold (condenser fan jammed) and they made it work again. They put some freon and only charged for $160 ! that's like a fraction of others charge. They are HONEST! FAST! TRANSPARENT and FRIENDLY! It's worthy for me driving 45 min to leave my cars to them. Thank you Joseph and Patrick! Me and my family can survive thru this hot summer.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Joseph and his son Patrick run the type of family business that makes my whole family bring all our cars here for work. Countless times I've brought my car in and I've been told "no problem," and sent back out with zero charge. When there was a problem, they fixed it and my car worked great. I've been coming here for years and I keep coming back because of the great service.

I called for a general quote and decided to give them a shot. I have a 09 Scion xb that had a hole in a ac line that i took to 2 shops that were recommended to me. Both shops I told them I had a hole in a ac line and was given a low $(150&170) then come back and tried to charge me $350+ to replace the line. So I did it myself. I walked in Joseph's and said I needed my ac charged because I replaced the line. Perfect opportunity for them to come back and say you need comppresser or a different line. BUT TO MY SURPRISE they not only charged me what they quoted but made sure I didn't have any other issues at no additional charge. I hate mechanics but I have a new shop from now on. Plus when I asked about some art work. I was told of his famous fathers well known art work that I really enjoyed hearing the story and the pride on his face as he told me! so that was just a added bonus for me!!! This place is the clinic for my cars. My Lexus dealer asked me how come I don't do any auto service at his dealership and is there any thing that he can do to change that. I told him that my friend owns an auto shop, and he buys genuine Lexus parts and do it less expensive...

The Best! Have been to many dealerships and local shops before coming here, and this place has really great service and quality repairs. I started with small repairs but now do all my auto work here. I have been coming for 3 years now, since moving to Houston and recommend this place to my friends if they ever ask where I go.

We've been going to Joseph for at least 15 years now. We are very comfortable with whatever Joseph tells us needs to be done with our cars. We never doubt his honesty and integrity. He is very courteous and polite and charges reasonably.

The most genuine, honest people run and work at this shop. Even if you ask them if they need to do something or time to change something, they will tell you no if it isn't broken or due. This shop is family operated/owned. They will tell you and show you upfront what it will cost. When they show me prices on the computer with their computer program all I see is quality names/ they get their parts from the dealer. They charge very reasonable/fair/ the best rates in my area in Houston.This shop is great. When I had my 2001 Ford I used this shop and the work they did on it was great with no issues. I drive a Toyota now so I hardly see Joseph, but the last job was changing the alternator. Example: I was surprised that he got a Denso for a fair/reasonable price. Going to a dealer would of cost me about 60% more (includes labor). He's friendly and honest. They also work very fast and will give you a warranty on the part itself. Patrick and Joseph even educate their clients and they are not afraid to walk you inside the shop to show you. He never sold me anything that I didn't need. The only thing I know about cars is what I see on Scotty Kilmers channel and so far I'm happy with Joseph's shop.

Went in for a clunking noise, thought CV joint, but it was just a loose strut, advised not an issue, no cost. Joseph and his mechanics are good guys, trustworthy. Family business in operation for a very long time, all our family use him.

Honest family business. We bring pretty much all of our cars here for service and repair. When my mom had a car accident, we had the option to take it to the dealership for repair, but we brought it here. We even left the car there and waited for them to return from vacation.

They embody business values as a community should and they pride themselves with customers who have been with them through a generation.
