I recently brought my car to Joe Myer collision center for repairs. I must say that my overall experience was excellent. The quality of work performed on my truck was excellent, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. I would like to extend my gratitude to Israel for his commendable assistance throughout the process. He assured that my truck will be completely taken care and he kept his word and ensured vehicle was repaired on time and delivered with excellent service. He played a crucial role in getting approved with insurance company with his timely responses. Additionally, I would like to thank everyone for their outstanding professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would have given them five stars if I had received regular updates. I had minor damage. State Farm gave me 24 days for a rental car and JMC called me just in time before the due date. But they do amazing body work. Car looks brand new.

I just got a new 2023 F150 and love the truck. I had to few things that I wanted done on it that were covered under warranty. The ease of dropping off my vehicle, the communication, service and in the end the work have been awesome. In a day when you really do not know what kind of service you are going to get, you do not have to worry about that with Joe Myers Collision/Body Shop because they do what they say they will do. Thanks again!

Terrible service. They letthe car sit for a week. Called several times and no one knew where are car. Ask to speak to GM... he ran I got some else to talk to me. I had to rent a car for week and now I have to wait for another week for repairs. The worst part is we have a fleet of vehicles and there was since of urgency to take care of our fleet. We moving our fleet to another company after this service is resolved.

The customer service is very poor at this collision center. My truck has been there for nearly three months and I received about three calls for updates. Two of those calls came as result of me complaining to the service manager.

Zero if possible. Miscellaneous issues after repair: Glass scratched twice, missing screws, broken window buttons, chipped paint, & broken arm rest all while under Joe Myers care. Attempts to skirt fault on all even after showing video evidence following the crash that led me there. Do not bring your vehicle to this shop. They do not return your vehicle in good condition and attempt to hide anything you may not know about.After all of that, they still refused to replace the door panel where they broke the arm rest. $700 door panel out of my pocket because they broke it. I d take them to small claims court if I had an attorney on hand.Edit: oh and to top it off, yesterday I noticed a lug nut out... only thing holding the lug nut in was the hub cap. That s what I get for letting them do a tire rotation and an oil change during their service ... ARGHHH!!!!!!

In this workshop they have new mechanics and they don't help them so they can do their job well. I have had to take my car three times so they can finish repairing it. After having had it for 4 weeks, they have no professional responsibility. Now I have to look for another workshop to be able to finish repairing my car, but they have already taken all the insurance money, that is the only thing that interests them. Giving good customer service seems not to be important.

I went to get an estimate for a car repair from Joe Myers Collision Center (Joe Myers Toyota). When I arrived I was met by an Estimator named Ramon Rosales. This man was incredibly rude. He spoke to me in a very condescending tone when answering my question as he informed me that I needed to replace the entire window and frame in order to fix the scratch in the black tape on the door frame. I asked a second question "Is it possible to fix the tape by itself?" He turned and walked away. So RUDE! He is a down right JERK of a man and shouldn't have a job where he talks to other humans. When I calmly asked for his business card, he asked if I needed his boss's name, as if he was untouchable. This man should be fired!!! He is what gives estimators a bad name! Joe Myers is going downhill!!!!

I recently had to bring my car in for collision repairs and have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly and Knowledgeable. Steve Fuller kept me updated throughout the entire process and would recommend this shop for anyone that looking for a fair price and top notch service

Had a wonderful experience! They have a wonderful staff. Stacy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful upon my first phone call. When I arrived she greeted me with the biggest smile. You can tell that she enjoys her work. Mike Gonzales was the advisor who helped me. His work was fast and accurate and he also made me feel super welcome and like he enjoys his work. I never want to have to take my car to the shop again but if I ever need to I know that this place is one where they won t add on to my stress but will take it away instead. Thank you JMCC, keep up the excellent work!

Joe Meyers collision center was great to deal with. They handled everything with the insurance company, had my car back good as new. The entire process took about 6.5 weeks, but parts are difficult to get at the moment, no fault of theirs. They kept me up to date with delays. Micheal was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The onsite Enterprise made life a lot easier!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Physically you can't tell the car was in a wreck so they did a great job repairing the damage. However there was a small wiring issue that took several months for them to fix and they even had to pass it off to the dealership who was very careless and let it sit for several weeks not even knowing why it was there. It took 4 and 1/2 months to get the car finished which considering there is a pandemic isn't that big of a deal but definitely frustrating. With that said, I've since opened the trunk and realized the tire repair kit has been stolen and this is a car that was less than a year old so it was definitely there before taking it to this collision center.So if you use this place, check everything to make sure they didn't steal anything

I contacted them to begin the process of getting a vehicle repaired. So much for that. Today is 12/22 and when I asked how to begin the process if I am paying for the repair and I was asked if the car was driveable. When told no it was not because of headlight and front end damage, I was told that I would need to get it towed there. I have no problem with that but when I asked if they are too busy to begin repairs, I was told that they are booked out until mid January. What the what? You mean to tell me that you can t repair a car for over 3 weeks when I m paying for the repairs. How sad but glad I asked.

Dropped my car off here due to an accident, and Amanda was great! The whole collision team was great. Very helpful, super knowledgeable! Amanda was not just business the whole time either, but took the time to get to know me a bit throughout the process and our chat when picking up my car was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this collision center to anyone, and Amanda should be the one you request to be your advisor! Joe Myers hasn't failed me in the past 10 years - dealership or collision! 10/10 would always recommend.

I can only attest to their handling of my catalytic converter repair. But I could hardly ever get ahold of the person I needed to and when I did see could usually never answer my questions so I had to speak to the manager anyway. They gave me an initial estimate of 2 months, but the postponed it another 2 months. Fine, but didn't act like it mattered, didn't try to help me in any way. So when that deadline came, they told be they still didn't get a single converter from the manufacturer, I was 12th in line and it would be 2 more months. I had it towed to a new shop that day. Then they tried to ask me if I was going to pay the bill for them towing it to their shop. I asked what bill and they told me it was on the estimate. But I informed them it was not. So he said oh well I will add it in. I said sounds good, but take that up with my insurance company. Maybe if they were easier to reach, less apathetic about it continually taking more time, or tried to help me out with a loaner or something I would have been more willing to wait for the oem cat.

Thank you Ramon Ramos for making the experience simple. They fixes the damage quickly and enjoyed the outcome. They did good work. And they always kept me informed as to the progress of the repair.

Hi Im a influencer around Houston and I had a Mercedes that they had for almost 2 months then finally said it was a total loss this is the worst the absolute worst company in Houston I recommend nobody to take their car there the communication was horrible I would give them no stars if I could if you want your car repaired please take it else where I do not recommend please listen to reviews they don t lie !

Spent $15K+ for two vehicles repairs:Daughter s car: 2014 Ford FiestaShe hit a construction sign, damage exceeded $3K.My spouse was called a thief by the front desk associate who could not locate the check sent by the insurance company. Her exact words to my wife, You must have spent it. My wife located the check inside of the work folder assigned to the vehicle. No apology was ever offered to my spouse.To repair the damage to the washer fluid reservoir a foam epoxy was used, which leaked when trying to fill.2013 F150 Fx4 $12K+ in repairs:Went to inspect work before it was completed and found a puddle of water on the driver floor board, brought it to the attention of the body shop employee that there was no leak prior to the accident.Returned 3 days later when Joe Myers told me the truck was ready, began my inspection,A. Damaged passenger side break light was not replaced.B. Passenger rear Fx4 stencil crooked.C. Passenger side tire gauge not replaced.D. A puddle of water on the driver floorboard.I again brought it to the body shops attention that the sunroof is leaking, it was not leaking prior to the accident.I then got into a shouting match with the leader of this incompetent band of workers.Took my complaint to the area manager, Steve Blanchard, introduced myself and immediately I could tell he was not going to be helpful. I was correct.Summary: Terrible, bordering on racist customer service. Office staff incapable of customer service. Took both vehicles to another repair shop, paid out of pocket.Will never do business with Joe Myers Ford again.

I do not have enough good things to say about Ramon Rosales and the fantastic job they did on my car's exterior bodywork. From day 1 to the day of pickup, he was professional, courteous, honest, understanding and dependable. It is people like Ramon that would keep me returning to Joe Myers (Toyota) Collision. He provided timely updates, got my vehicle in promptly, and attentive to my personal concerns and vehicle's needs- and beautiful interior detailing upon pickup was the cherry on top!! If there were 20 stars, I would rate Ramon and Joe Myers Collision 20 stars. Thank you Ramon and thank you Joe Myers Collision!! Most certainly recommended!!Service: Body & Trim

I came in at 8:30 am and it took 45 min. for an appraiser to acknowledge me and come out to see me. No other clients were there so it was not busy at all. It was until i told the front desk that I was leaving that she went to the back to get someone.After the appraiser looked at my vehicle she said give me a few and I will type it up for you. I waited and waited and she never came out with it. I asked the front desk to give her my email to send it to me and 72 hours later i still have not received it. I called after 48 hours And they said they were going to send it and never got it!It is sad because the actual body work they do is really good (based on previous experience) but so it is. at the other 100 collision centers around town.I guess either they were not interested in my business or they are fortunate of having too much work and not needing more.Thanks, AusbertoServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My truck was suppose to ready on Monday, I talked to Amanda on Saturday who said it would be ready Monday (never said anything about waiting on a rim) get a text on Monday morning saying it will be ready Tuesday because they were waiting on a rim to come, Contact my insurance adjuster who said he spoke to her on Friday and she never mentioned anything about a rim either, never heard from them on Tuesday, contact my adjuster who then contacted them on Wednesday and was told it would be ready Wednesday at 2pm and they would contact me but I never heard from anyone so I called so see if it was ready, was told I needed to talk to Amanda, that they couldn't tell me if it was ready, sent my call to Amanda where I hit her voicemail, I called back 2 hrs later to be told she was in a meeting, so I decided to drive up there to see what was going on, pull in the parking lot and my truck was sitting there completed, went inside and was asked how could they help me, I stated while pointing at my truck, that's my truck let me my deductible and get my truck, was told I had to wait on Amanda, she finally comes up and says my adjuster was suppose to notify me when my truck was ready, but how would he know if they never contacted him for him to contact me, then she ask what's the problem and I explained to her that they drop the ball, she ask who did I speak to as if she never spoke to me nor texted me.....the work done was great! But the service from the front office is horrible!Service: Body & Trim

I had hail damage on my brand new Kia Stinger and was a little worried about where to take it. I ended up at Joe Myers and I am really glad that I made that decision. Advisor was Ashley Mounts, and she was wonderful. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and she assured me that everything would be taken care of. In the end, I was extremely happy with the job that was done on my car. Thank you Ashley!

My car was stolen on Jan 31st 2020 and recovered about 10 days later. Unfortunately i left my key inside the car; therefore i needed it towed to a dealership to have a replacement key made. Not being from Houston i googles places and Joe Myers popped up. Can I tell you it was a mistake! My car took roughly around 6-7 weeks to be ready. The day i showed up to pick it up IT WAS NOT READY. When i FINALLY got the car back i noticed items missing, i then asked the guy working on my car what happened to them. No one could answer me. I then was brought to what i assume was the managers office and spoke with two gentlemen who assured me this never happens and you have our word we will follow up on it . Me being the trusting person i am believed it. They couldn t reach the guy they do business with because of Covid and was told to give them time. I called back once things were lifted and when the state tried to go back to a little normal. No one knew what i was talking about and it was all oblivious to them. I was told the guy who worked on my car was no longer employed with the company (he had also confirmed the items being there). So basically there isn t anything they can do. I felt as if they thought i was lying, for what reason i still don t understand. I guess for me, it was my fault for trusting them. I had already had my car stolen and i was so happy that my purse was still there; i just couldn t get in the car because i needed the key and to find out it was taken from there is just unfortunate. I rather the individuals who took my car have taken it. Lasting impressions go along way, I ll never recommend this place. My only tip for anyone not familiar with this place do your research and unfortunately someone s word isn t much to go by these days. I was very disappointed with my first and last experience with Joe Myers.

Did not touch it for 6 weeks. It just sat there after insurance company approved repairs. Towed in on 12/16/18 and didn't get it back until March. Had to go up there to get someone to answer questions or return calls. The head 2 guys were apparently fired during this time. Even my insurance people said they got a lot of complaints about them. This place is a joke and a bad example of what Joe Myers stands for. They blamed it on anything and everything but themselves. We will see if the repairs hold up. Go elsewhere. You will regret going here.

While having my car in the shop Eileen Gomez, was a 10 plus with her customer service. Thanks again for putting up with me calling twice a week. I wish I could give them more stars. Being that they are a preferred shop with my insurance I assumed there wouldn't be any issues. Poor choice on my part. Communication was almost nonexistent. Each person blamed someone else. It took over 2 weeks for my parts to come in and then when it was done they couldn't get the camera calibrated. It was a mess. I'm glad it's over with.
