i will come back for any of my car body needs! i am very satisfied with the costumer service, not to mention Jasmine kept me updated. The rental company would not answer my calls and i was able to leave the rental there! very smooth process.

Quality work and they kept me informed every step of the way. Jasmine at the front desk was always pleasant. I hope I won t need body work done again, but if I do, I will definitely be going to Joe Hudson!

I can't thank them enough for their awesome work and customer service skills! They did an excellent job on repairing my passenger door.....you couldn't even tell the car had been in an accident. They were kind enough to take me to get a rental car, and even returned my rental once my car repair was complete. They did great work, and even washed my car before returning it to me. The price was fair and they are even on my insurance companies trusted/recommended body shops.

This shop is only good at bodywork. If you get into an accident and you need body work and mechanical work, don t come here. I ve brought my car back several times after they told me the repairs were finished and they still did not fix my car. I have never experienced a direct repair facility like this one. 16 year old daughter crashed into a rock! We asked them to just get the car drivable since the car isn't worth much and we didn't want to sink too much money into. They did more than we asked without charging extra and found used or aftermarket parts to help keep repairs affordable. Also very quick service!! Very happy and would recommend this shop.Update: Only had the car fixed for a few months before our sweet daughter had another accident. Love the staff at the Northgate Office. They were so willing to work with me and my unique situation. We were so pleased when we got the car back and the amazing job they did.

At the end of October I had scheduled some body repair work for my Camero to be repaired at Joe Hudson Collision center. I picked that week for the work to be done while I took vacation time, as to not interfere with my work schedule. Four days later they called to tell me that my repair was complete, however one of their employees had backed into my car with a truck causing damage to the front end of my vehicle. They informed me they had already ordered the parts and they were repairing the new damage. They had my car another 8 days after my initial repair was complete. By this time my vacation had end. This caused a great inconvenience to my family as my wife and 2 toddlers had to drive me to work down in Baytown, while we live in Spring, for 3 days. I also was not able to accomplish the other things I had planned during my vacation, since I didn't have my car. For 3 days in a row they continued to tell me my car would be done the next day, I'd have to call to get an update and they would tell me to call tomorrow. When they finally said my car was done I went to pick up my car (they had my car for nearly 2 weeks)they had not completed the original damage or the new damage. I was told those parts were on back order and were expected to be end at the end of November, they'd call when the parts were in for me to come in for the repair. It is now January 21st and I still have not received a call for them to complete my repairs. I have emailed the owner and reached out to their dedicated complaint person. Neither of them have even had the decency to respond to me. I am left with further repairs and complete disappointment with Joe Hudson Collision Center. if you want your car repaired the right way DO NOT take it here.

I have to give them 5 and if I could give them more I truly would!! They are very professional and respond quickly when you have any questions or concerns. Mallory was very kind every time I called and answer all my questions. Hector was also very helpful and kind especially when I noticed some things in vehicle that did match he went all out to make sure if was fix!! I will most definitely be recommending this place and tell my brother-in-law to send all the client's this way!! Since he sells insurance. Definitely give this place a try and for any future work I may need done on any of my vehicles I will mostly definitely come here!!

I'm thankful I was recommended to this place by the Christian Brothers!The staff at Joe Hudson's collision center was 10/10.First off, I went to many others before them for quotes just to see my options. CALIBER COLLISION quoted me a price of 4330.00 plus for a quarter sized dent and small scratch.Hector D. quoted me under 1000, which was the best I could find in the time I searched for prices. He let me know all the facts, explained every detail, and answered everyone of my questions! He had my car washed and detailed ready for me to go when he saw I had arrived. He made my experience there extemely pleasant.Whitney was also a part of this. She kept me updated every step of the way, and answered all of my phone calls and assisted me with every question I had.Highly recommend this company at the 2606 Cypress Creek parkway location.Oh yeah! There coffee is really good for you coffee lovers out there.

Joe Hudson collision center is hands down the best! I used them a few years back and the repair work was fantastic but this time they outdid themselves. Hector and Megan were very professional and helped me get my vehicle back to me like it was brand new !! I am so thankful for them ! My truck was repaired at Joe Hudson due to being rear ended. The service was fast and done great. It was nice how they kept me informed with a daily email at the end of the day on the status of my truck. They also called and gave me updates as well. We will certainly use them again!

They did excellent body repair to my car. Someone broke my key fob and I had to go back in due to not receiving a call after complaining. Need to have a better response time to customer inquiries.

From the moment I came to the door for just a quote,the receptionist Mallery was so courtesy, professional and knowledgeable, I received a quote within a couple of hours. I decided not to get any other quotes. I made an appointment my rental car was waiting upon my arrival. When my vehicle was finished I was called to pickup at my convenience. My car looks beautiful and brand new. I myself am a costumer service representative it means a lot toreceive good service. Thanks Mallery and service team.

Over the years I have had bad luck with my vehicles but nothing that couldn't be fixed. I recently had gotten into a fender bender where the other driver left the scene. I was tired if going to different body shops & just getting ridiculous prices for minor work. The moment I stepped into Champions Collision I was amazed with the humble greeting from the staff , Yaris was so sweet & kind to my family. She kindly introduce me to Tomas who not only made all my headaches go away but took care of my vehicle like it was his own. From someone who works in customer service I was just blown away on how well my vehicle got the proper service it needed. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, I didn't feel pressured , my family & I were very pleased. Everyone has been to a body shop who they feel confident to say "that's my body shop".... This place is my families body shop.

All of my tires and wheels were stolen and there was some damage to my car. around 7000 dollars worth of damage at the apartments down the street. I had my car towed here, a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE. Ih will say that the quality of service and the help from the ladies up front will make this my go to spot for repairs of any kind. Thank you to the ladies up front for being so kind.

Hector took very good care of my automobile and kept me informed on ever step along the way. The entire staff at Northgate is amazing and friendly. If the need should arise again, I wouldn t hesitate to take my vehicle back to this location.

Very nice and helpful. Took my car here as required by my insurance after accident. My car was totaled. 3 mos later, som eff one driving this car went through a toll booth in Dallas. The license plates were left on the car and I got charged with the tolls. This place should had removed my plates.

I always go by reviews when it comes to my property but I must say that this location is awesome!! Hector and his staff did a professional job. I love how they were not overcharging me for things I do not need but he did do a thorough review over my vehicle that I found very informative.. thanks you guys.. I found myself a new auto shop now..

If I could give no stars i would , unless you want your car in here for a million years on top of being lied to about when your car will be ready don t come here. They said my car would be ready 3 weeks ago so it seems like they don t get no work done over there. Spending money on Lyft s/Ubers/ and DoorDash everyday cause of no transportation everyday is not cool

I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. When I got it back, it looked brand new. Like nothing had ever happened. Highly recommend Scott and staff.They are excellent.

I would recommend them for any of your needs, no matter how big or small your dent may be. They do an outstanding job with communication, the body work it self, and the actual painting. Thomas took time to answer my questions and made sure that I didn't need anything. I can't say enough good for these people at Champions. Very respectable and friendly.

I had such a great experience overall from the time I called to drop in my car until the time I picked it up. Hector was very helpful as well as Mallory at the front desk. I definitely recommend anyone here for collision repair.

My Infiniti M37 has had a bad XM radio antenna causing lots of dead space and missed music. The local Infiniti store gave me a quote of $1200 to fix it before tax. That was after paying over $150 for a diagnostic session to find the problemRight across from my office is Champions Collision at Northgate. I thought it couldn't hurt to have them look at the antenna problem. Champions actually did the job in ONE HOUR and the TOTAL cost was a little less than $350. GREAT job. Why do dealers charge so much???????????????????

Geico estimator was thorough with her inspection of my vehicle damage; very detailed. The other part however took too much time and irritated me. I have better things to do thsn wait around on a computer to calculate everything.
