If you are black, don t go there, He is always very unfriendly and treat you differently and waste your precious time. The worst is, he will charge you so much extra for using your ATM card to make payment in his shop. That s not good! His rating should be zero! Not a good place! Only his favorite people can write something good about his business. Beware!!!

Joe's Tire & Auto Repair is a very good shop. Joe is a very nice and professional person. They do a great job in repairs. I would recommend them for any repairs and car inspections.

Excellent service, fast, respectful, best tire shop hands down. Have used a few times for my work car and have never been disappointed with any service. Fun repectable group of men.

Joe took care of my old car which has rusted suspension that requires patience and skill to work on. He has communicated all details with me via phone whenever the problem raise so I know what the fix will be and how he will handle the problem. Highly recommend!

I have known the owner of the business for some 30 years now.I can tell you i mistook him for honest and doing fairly decent business.I know his father,wife and children also and i can say this type of tyrant should not h�ve a establishment for the reasons of unethical and shabby business.He is clearly a 3rd world thief here in the USA feeding off its citizens.His inventory is trash when it comes to tires and the work he does there as far as mechanic work is the worst around for miles.He also is very biased racially towards minorities in this diverse country.Being of West Indian Trinidadian decent he clearly has adopted the ways of a southern bigot clearly showing disliking of most minorities including his own and anyone other than white customer's.I have done hundreds of reviews but this one has to be the most anticipated because of the deception of someone i admired as a business man and person who clearly has disappointed me.Respect goes a long way

They are Great! All the staff are very nice, especially Joe and his wife. I have had many mechanical repairs and tires replaced here. They never always done a great job. I work for a auto repair shop also and choose to bring my vehicle here. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

I was just there today, both the owner and the worker treated me as if I was asking for a free service, they are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.I wouldn't recommend that place and I would be very careful dealing with them.

Very honest, hard-working people. They give fair prices and don't charge you for things you don't need. They're very friendly and love the Texans! I would HIGHLY recommend! You won't get ripped off here.

I ve been going to Joes tires for over a decade now and never had a problem. I took my truck to get the brakes done and not only was the brake job questionable but they broke my door handle. When i asked them what happened, they act like they had no idea what happened. I dropped it off and it was fine and when i went to it up and it was broke. Basically told me buy another one and they will fix it, so not only do i have to pay for brakes, i have to pay for a door handle and someone to fix it! Not acceptable and i Wouldn t recommend going here!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Joe and his wife are amazing! With that being said the guy hired to do the tires is a perv. He sniffed me and said I smelled and looked good and asked to see pictures of me on my phone. This isn t the first time I ve had an encounter like that with him either. I go to get my tires done not to feel gross and objectified.

Recommended to me by a coworker who's been going here for many years. Good prices. Bought a used tire that has no scratches or dry rot. Waiting area has cold A/C.

Called before for a tire and owner priced at $46. Got there later that day to switch my tire and took a good minute to find it. Once he found it he pick up the price to $60 like brah be the man of yo word. Horrible service.

They helped me out with a tire. I bought a used tire that looked practically new! Saved me over $50, Discount tire and NTB wanted to charge a heck of a lot more and up sell me. I just started working again, juggling bills and Christmas with a child doesn't leave much room for car repairs.Plus I rather support a small business than a national chain. I hope Joe's has a blessed holiday and a prosperous new year!

I have had a couple different vehicles there, I will no longer be doing business with them. He may be good at changing tires which doesn't take a rocket scientist, but as far as working on a vehicle never ever again. It's a simple question how long does it take to determine where the leak is on a AC check . His brother never would answer me nor would Joe himself they seem like very nice guys but they're just about the worst mechanics out there . My recommendation is go to him if you need your tires replaced It can't really do any harm but any mechanical work I will try to find someone else .

This place is a rip off. My father in law paid $85 for a transmission wire and vacuum hose back in September. This week (2months later) he took it back and Joe had to fix the brand new vacuum hose plus fix the truck for a no start, paid $125. Drove 15min down the rode to work, turn the truck off, heard a noise and tried to crank truck up... NO START! but my father in law just paid $125 for a no start. My father in law called joe and Joe said "see if someone can give you a jump" and my father in law told him he paid him to fix the no start but Joe said he doesn't have time to argue on the phone. If Joe was a good and honest mechanic, he would have said, bring it back and I'll take a look at it. Nope.. Joe is just a rip off mechanic, taking advantage of seniors! He didn't fix anything. I will continue to let everyone know of the terrible service & business!

Absolutely loved this place. My car was fixed in a timely manor and Joe and his wife went out their way to make sure all my concerns were addressed and resolved. Did I mention they have affordable prices. I will be coming again for any car issues! Thanks again for all the help :) -Ty

I've known Joe now for about 15 years. He has always taken care of my tire and automotive needs. Great guy and great business. I would absolutely recommend him!

If you can find any other tire shop, just go there!The owner loves money too much, but not customer s satisfaction. I offered him just a little bit lower price, he turned back and even didn t look at my face!

Called Joe to see if he had a tire in stock and get a price, but realized once I got there that I read him the info off my spare tire, which is of course smaller then the rest of my tires. Luckily he still had the size I needed in stock, and shockingly, he still gave me the price quoted over the phone! He never even attempted to ask me to pay more than he quoted, after kindly pointing out that I gave him the info from the spare tire by mistake mama he did mention that the tire I got normally goes for $30 more but he would still give me the price I got over the phone. Granted, part of that might be attributed to the fact that I had already made one trip there thinking I could just purchase the tire & put it on my vehicle that was sitting at home with a flat tire... I forgot that it has to be mounted on the rim! Then I had to pay a tow truck to get my vehicle to him, so it was apparent I needed all the help I could get. Also, it was a used tire, but even if it wasn't his best available tire in that size (due to the fact that he was giving me a lower price), I believe it was fair because it lasted 6 months. I might feel differently if it only lasted 1 month, but on then again, nobody has any way to tell how long a used tire will actually last.

My niece went here and told Jose that something was wrong with her tire as it was shaking. She was told it needed an alignment, they did the alignment and afterwards the tires were still shaking. She went back and was told that she needed tire rods. She said no, got another diagnosis and was told that she didn t need tire rods. Jose told his mechanic to just rotate the tires and she said that something was wrong with the tires she bought from him and to replace them, he told her that he would not replace the faulty tires that he sold her and told her to just not come back.1. Horrible customer service2. Lied to try and make her pay for services that weren t needed.3. Sold faulty tiresJust because a customer is not familiar with problems there vehicles are having does not mean that you try and swindle them.

The staff is very rude and unfriendly. They do not acknowledge you. Everyone sits around while maybe two people are working. I got my breaks done from them and they were not done properly, which was a waste of $300. Do not waste your time or money here. If I could give 0 starts I would.

I love this place! Joe is fair, great prices, knows his stuff and always gets the job done in great timing! He's FAR from a shade tree mechanic.
