Fantastic local shop. Took in my truck for some body repairs and they did a great job. Looks good as new and came back washed with the interior cleaned. Jay and Semo were very knowledgeable and professional. Had no trouble getting them on the phone and they responded to emails promptly. Work was done well in line with their original time estimate. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Great shop. Very professional. They went above and beyond to help me with my insurance company. My insurance company wanted to fix the car the cheapest way possible and not replace some needed components behind the bumper. Jk took the one to remove and show all damaged components to my insurance and insisted on only new genuine parts.Customer service and communication is great. They called me several times to let me know how they were doing with car and insurance battle. The fined repair is perfect. You would never know it was damaged. The picture doesn t show the damaged underneath but all that was also repaired!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The results and professionalism that come out of this place are amazing. From the time I called for the first time to the time I took delivery of my vehicle their communication was on point, it's hard to find a place that is honest, reliable, and also puts out top notch work. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for body work. Thank you so so much to the team at JK for making my dreams a reality.

As a Widow there is nothing more terrifying than car trouble. Yesterday it began happening. My Husband used to deal with repair shops as I'd had bad experiences using them without a male present. The prospect of being taken advantage of financially was a real fear as I am on a fixed income. From the moment I called JK Auto Center they put me at ease. My Cousin (an auto mechanic) had already informed me that based on what my Hyundai was doing it may be the battery. Auto Zone got all weird on the phone about battery replacement when I said it was a Korean vehicle due to battery "location", tools needed ect. so I crossed them off the list of solutions. The gentleman at JK Auto asked me to bring it in for a diagnosis of the issue. At this point they could have told me anything regarding the car, and Id've been at their mercy. Instead they confirmed it simply was the battery, then gave me a very fair price for the job to which I added some extra requests due to my confidence in them. I sat in their tidy waiting room, and around an hour later all the work was finished. I was educated with tips regarding the vehicle, there were no "surprise" charges, and everyone treated me with kindness, and respect. I'm so happy I went to JK Auto Center! They turned a highly stressful situation into a great day. Great service and Jay went above the expectations on my car repair and got more damage covered under my claim. Also, the workmanship on my vehicle was very good. I am happy that he was able to replace the non broken headlight at no cost to me. Highly recommend.

From my first visit several years ago for body work after a collision, to getting my transmission replaced this week, I feel fortunate to have someone trustworthy like Jay. He's always been honest, thorough, and professional. It's not just a body shop--If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust I can't recommend him highly enough.UPDATE--three years in and the new transmission is still working just great. Jay gave me such a good deal on the transmission replacement I was skeptical it would last, but I trusted him. And my trust was well placed.

You know how you try to find a doctor or a vet and you stick with one for life once you trust the person? And you tell everyone how good your doctor is?This is that place for my cars.It's the only place I come to for anything auto-related (minus tires at Costco) and in turn the only place I recommend others to check out. My whole family has been coming here for as long as I can remember (20+ yrs? Have they even been around that long?), because we never need to question that they provide the best service and honest work for the best price.$25.50 for car inspections and discounted if you pay cash :)

Thank you to this business for waiting for me to pick up my car just as your business was about to close. Jay has a great Team who helped fix my car issues. Great, knowledgable, professional and very trust-worthy group of mechanics. JK Auto provides great fair pricing for the parts and labor. Their towing service is very convenient as well. I've gotten a few repairs done with them so far, and they do their very best to get your car back to you in a timely manner. I visit them quite often to get my oil change and car inspection done as well. Highly recommended! Thanks JK!

Thanks JK for helping me with my Lexus ES350 seats and parts. These guys are incredible they helped me with my driver side Lexus seat that was ripped. They gave me a quality leather seat from a Lexus they had in their lot and they installed it all at a great value. They were friendly and very knowledgeable and even helped me with other parts. I highly recommend them. Thanks JK auto center!

JK is amazing. I live in the neighborhood and have had multiple small jobs done here. Today, I needed a side mirror replaced on my Carolla. I called and Nelson answered. He got the make and model of my car, ordered the part and it arrived the same day! I brought my car over and he was actually able to reattach my old mirror and save me the cost of a new part. He even noticed I have a crack on the passenger side of my windshield and went ahead and got an estimate together for me. He went above and beyond this time and every other time to provide great, friendly, honest service and was quick. I highly recommend and will be continuing to bring my vehicles here and tell friends and family.

These guys did a fantastic job. They're honest and keep you in the loop on whatever is going on. The work ended up having to be a bit longer than expected due to shipping (quarter panel replacement) and we actually ran out of rental car time. They lent me a vehicle so that I wouldn't be charged and took care of returning my rental. If something comes up they will work with you to come to a resolution. Service aside they're really good at body work, looks like nothing ever happened. Lots of shops around, especially in spring branch but these guys service took it for me.

Fair and honest, I had a motor put in by them in a Camry and thought they were trying to upcharge when they told me the price of the motor. Went and looked for myself and sure enough it was exactly as they had said. Great mechanics and they are fair!

We always go for this shop we have done multiple mechanical issues here idrectly, and jay also helped us with weldings for our trailer set up.We have visited multiple-choice shops for a check engine light and all toldnme to go check at the dealer, but JK fixed it.They do a great work

Jay, was great help from the second I walked in our accident happen on Friday before Memorial Day weekend! Very informative, the insurance process happened just as he said it would, even called the rental company to pick us up, the final outcome of our repairs, speechless! I had an accident while I was visiting my Niece. Jay was amazing at get my repair in and out . I took my car in for an oil change, I knew I needed new breaks and tires. He let me know that I needed breaks and tired. He did the oil change, breaks, tires and threw in an Alignment for free. He gave me a good deal but more importantly I TRUST these guys.They had worked on my car in the pass and I will continue to come here for all my car needs. Thanks

Jk auto is the place I always went for my car problems. When I first went there to fix my car suspension (2009 corrolla) they had it fixed over the weekend. They are professional, on time and at a very good price. I came here after an amazing human being at AutoZone told me to let them take care of my car.I showed up, and was nicely greeted by a man (take you males! I doesn t make you of a man to be integral, kind and nice!) who told me that they were gonna take a look at it, see if they could help me, and go from there.He directed me to their waiting room. 5 mins later, another respectful gentleman showed up, and told me that I needed a new battery, and that he was going to see if he could fix the glitch from the key less system in the car.Guess what? He fixed the glitch (which I was going to be charged like $270 at the ripoff dealership ) and replaced the old battery in 30 mins (talk about being diligent, and reliable!!)I went to pay, and wanted to cry! ! Like other places do simply bc I m a woman, I felt so honored that decided to give them a tip, to which the guy replied: ohh no! You told me that you were gonna give me a Google review, and that s more than enough!!! I wanted to hug both men, but stupid COVID didn t allow me to do that.Please let them take care of your car needs!!! Extremely pleased with them!

I had Problem with my car kept dying, and very heavy noise on when i move my gears to D to R, i had to go through insurance since the cost came out well over my expectation.
