Went to multiple body shops to get quotes. JJ Auto Body hands down had the best price, Mayra and Jimmy were very friendly and respectful. They answered any questions I had regarding the timing and repair and was able to complete everything within a week. I highly recommend checking out this body shop and will be coming here for any future vehicle repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

To start off, The customer service and communication was amazing! The passenger bumper and hood was messed up after an accident and they did an amazing job. We thought it was going to take long but we got our truck back in a week! Not only were they fast but it s like no damage ever happened to the truck! 10/10 very recommend! Definitely will be coming back for any of our vehicle needs.

Great service! Staff was polite and talked me through my quote so I understood what I was paying for. I shopped their quote and it was agreeably priced in comparison to 2 other body shops. Final product looks amazing - seriously can t believe it looks as good as it does. Had damage to the fender and bumper - can t even tell something happened. Service was fast - in and out in less than 5 days. They sent texts keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle and the work being down. Super easy. Would definitely recommend. Will return if I ever need their services again.

There's a lot to say about my recent experience with JJ Auto Body. My wife was involved in a fairly serious fender-bender and we needed to have some extensive repair work done on our vehicle. Throughout the entire process Jimmy and his team were immensely helpful, personable and above all transparent about everything start to finish. For our situation, they called us and walked us though all the damages we had and then provided us with multiple options on how we could approach the repair work. In the end these guys ended up beating the initial estimates that we were quoted and the end result is Incredible! As a native Houstonian I've had plenty of headaches dealing with auto body shops but these guys definitely stand head and shoulders above a lot of them!

JJ Auto Body deserves more than 5 stars. After 1 year of horrible service with another local auto body shop, Mr. Mario and his team saved the day; they provided reliable and efficient service. JJ Auto Body is very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly communicate effectively. I was impressed with the group text, so everybody is onboard and up-to-date. I can attest that if in need, they will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I trust JJ Auto Body with all my future needs.

Women - this is the place to go! They are honest, explain everything they do, and charge you fairly. I came in very upset because Firestone had told me my car had rust that required significant repair and refused to change my brakes. Mario and his team evaluated and explained to me what may need to be done in the future if I hold onto this car, but that there is no immediate need for part replacement or rust repair. They offered to give me a list of parts I may need to replace in the future and said they will monitor as I continue to come in. They could ve easily told me I had to replace parts and taken advantage of me, but this is an honest, good business. They then gave me a quote for my brakes, offered to send pictures to show that I actually did need my brakes done (no need, I trusted them!), and were able to complete my service by the end of the day. Great price, great staff, and I feel so much more confident in the safety of my vehicle. I m moving but plan to drive back to this shop when I need repairs.

This is my second visit to JJ AUTO BODY SHOP for repairs. This place without a doubt the best car repair and auto body shop in Houston, and flat out best auto experience I have ever had. Accidents, scratches, and dents may be an unfortunate fact of life in a motor filled city I am beyond satisfied with JJ Auto Body and Jimmy and his crew and their amazing repair job, detailing, patience and care who take the utmost pride in their work they did for my Camaro SS. Wish could rank above 5 stars as they deserve the best Thank You!

I am a longtime customer since 2010 but moved further out so I had not seen Jimmy and his current crew. Dropped my car off for rack and pinion replacement along with tie rod ends. My car done right the first time as usual and front end alignment was dead on. My car was ready and completed in a timely manner as promised. Mechanic kept me up to date on the progress the whole way and also pointed out some other things through their own inspection that needed attention. Considering I am coming from Conroe and pass a hundred shops on my way to JJ Auto Body..Great group of guys, state of the art, and always try their best to get it right. I will be taking all my cars there in the future for all my body shop and mechanical needs

Working with JJ Autobody has been by far the best experience yet. Jimmy and Mayra make a great team and do their best to stay on top of their work. Took home second at this years concourse but only because of the rain. Looking forward to working with these guys again for next years first place trophy!

Met the owner, he was super helpful! The woman I spoke to on the phone was very informative too and was happy to answer questions because I was confused about insurance UPDATE My wife just had her car repair done there too, once again a great experience. JJ worked well with us and our insurance! The work looks great, better than new!

Jimmy and the team were great. I thank Jimmy also for letting me pick up on the weekend. I know it takes time to get approvals now with insurance companies but it only took a week after the approval to get my car fixed.

They took care of absolutely everything and really helped the process of dealing with the insurance company as well as the rental company. Plus the car looked fantastic when I picked it up. If someone hits me again, this is definitely a place I will go to.

I can t express enough how pleased I was with the service. They did an amazing job on my car. I ran into an issue and they worked with me, I m so grateful because some places would have given me a hard time, and they did not. The communication was clear from the start, from the estimate to explaining that the amount could change (to more or less) once they check the vehicle. They quoted me the amount before they started to get my approval. The young ladies in the office were very nice and professional Thank you all so much. Love the work from JJ auto body. Superb! They went above and beyond to keep me updated, offered a nice extra favor on top of the job I requested. Last but not least, the best price I ve seen around the area. I would definitely come to Jimmy for all future work that needs to be done!

JJAUTOBODY is the best body shop in town. They Always provide Friendly and professional service. JJ and his crew are super knowledgeable and their workers know their stuff. Additionally JJ the owner is a very honest family man who will always shot you straight and never try to rip you off. JJ always goes above and beyond and always gives the highest of quality service. If you are paying out of pocket or under insurance claim he does the best job hands down then any of the big commercial shops and way better then the small mom and pop shops.

Updating the earlier review, JJ finished a complete repaint of my 38-year old vintage Triumph TR7. The results are simply spectacular and won a second place at Houston Autorama this past weekend. Great job all!!! Great to see this growing family business doing so well. Expertise, excellence, energy.

Can t say enough positive things about this shop! They went above and beyond to update me with my car progress, and they did a fantastic job fixing my bumpers and rough edges within a week. They even offered me a favor on top of the work paid to do. I would definitely return if I have more fixing to do. Best price I ve found in the entire area!

Couldn t be happier with the service I got from JJ Auto Body. The experience alone was very pleasant. I m pretty particular with details and they definitely met my expectations. I took some export mirrors for my Cobra to them after previously taking them elsewhere to get painted (first body shop did not match my Laser Red paint). JJ Auto Body did a amazing job at matching my 27 year old original paint! I ll be bringing all my parts and work to them moving forward. Definitely recommend! These 5 star reviews are here for a reason. I bought a 20 year old Tacoma that after a few months started showing its age very quickly. Shopped around and was promised a "like new" paint job for a couple grand. Shopped around a little more and found out if you're going to paint the vehicle right, that is bring it back to its showroom finish, it would cost around 4k! Then I stopped by The JJ Auto Body establishment. The Boss took the time to personally inspect my truck and gave me several options. This was over 3 months ago and everytime now I wash the truck I am so pleased with the results! This real, person to person customer relationship is what makes this place a diamond and saved me thousands. The entire staff is gracious and knowledgeable. Thank you JJ Auto Body!

Poor Workmanship and Dishonest!! This body shop replaced a bumper for me. The car had been hit while parked on my residential street. Both the front bumper and headlight were damaged. I opted to have only the bumper repaired. The work initially looked alright. Over time, the bumper has begun to separate from the body of the car. I called them to alert them to the issue was told to bring the car in. After looking over the car, they said they could see some superficial scrapes on the underside of the bumper and that this was evidence that I had caused the bumper to separate. When I pointed out that this is normal wear and tear, and that for any kind of vehicle which is even marginally low to the ground, these kind of superficial scrapes (when exiting, e.g., a steep driveway) can't be avoided, they then pointed out the damage to the headlight as evidence that I caused the bumper separation. When I pointed out that this was from the initial accident, and that I had opted not to have it fixed, they returned to their original argument about the superficial scrapes. All this is in spite of the fact that I have a written warranty stating, "We will warranty the workmanship and paint to be free from defect for minus normal wear and tear or user error for as long as you own the vehicle....If a problem should arise, we will rectify immediately."...Since posting this the business has tried to refute the review. First, there was no yelling...they were polite to me, and I was in return to them. Also as previously stated, the headlight damage was from the initial accident and I opted not to have it replaced. There was no attempt to work with me, only the refusal by the business to remedy their poor work and honor their warranty.Service: Body & Trim
