Just got done with an inspection and also got my wipers changed. They also found my under-carriage shield/cover was dropping & fixed it. I ll be back for more service & check-ups. A big thank you to Joshua for his attention to detail and his professional & courteous service. The service was delivered on time & within budget as agreed upon!

Weeks of work and serial hundred dollars later, the car will not pass Inspection. I trusted jiffy for year's from Tennessee to Atlanta, ha to Houston, TX just to learn the entire time the where ripping me off. Even after confirmation from other stores and mechanics this location this management has made me resort to legal shield just to get a paid for service. Please be cautious in using this location or trusting any service provide it may be wrong or make your car worst.it may just be personal treatment from the mechanics or employees but it take warning when dealing with this location.

Good oil change options, but was told my cabin filter needed changing and that the existing filter was a cheap Auto zone brand. When I got home i pulled out the filter they installed and found it was inferior to the one they replaced. At $50 bucks, it's not fair at all.

They were efficient and professional for my oil change. They honored my coupon and didnt overly try to upsell. They showed me my true filters, and didnt hound me about purchasing anything I didnt need. They wiped down my windows and briefly vacuumed my floor boards as a courtesy, which I appreciated. I will likely bring my vehicle here again.

One of the employees was trying to joke with me in an unprofessional manner. Checked my cabin filter and bent it to try and get me to buy a new one and I asked them not to check anything since I was there for a state inspection. No customer service.Update: realized they popped the hood of my car I work at a dealership and take multiple cars to get state inspections weekly and never have I ever had them need to look under the hood now the store refuses to answer my call. Calling corporate.

I went to this location this past Sunday.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained everything and showed me each filter before replacing. They even gave me a deal. I recently had to do an oil change. It was the first time I'd actually had an oil change done as my late husband would take care of it. The staff was great. Very attentive, friendly, they knew what they were doing, they listened to me, and wow....they were quick. I expected to sit and wait on my car for a few hours, but I was in and out like a Jiffy :)I'll definitely be going back there and I'll also recommend them.Thank you everyone for being Super Awesome!!!

So far so good! Its my first time here and i felt like they didnt bs me at all. Their recommendations were just that, they werent pushy and they were informative and more than willing to show me how to care for my car by myself. I will definately be back! Plus its cold outside and the sitting area was warm enough with complementary water bottles.

Everything was good until the older Hispanic gentleman decided to put windshield washer fluid into my oil Reservoir.. Not a common mistake. I do credit the employees for flushing everything good. I've drove it a couple times, seems ok. Again, no harsh words for your establishment. Maybe more education during training is needed, I mean, one cap is plain black, the other says ENGINE OIL on it..God Bless you for having other great employees.D.J.Service: Oil change

They never actually changed the ac air filter for the Nissan Sentra. They also put the wrong oil change all times for the Nissan Sentra till the manager let me know it was another type of oil change and the oil change they were using , wasn't supposed to be for my car. It was the wrong one then they gave me a paper to sign something. And did not all screws for the cabin air filter ,3 were missing! When i asked for another places for oil change ( i a have another car ) Mitsubishi mirage. All other places gave me a different price and different type of oil for mirage . All places suggested the same type oil that is supposed to be for my car . They put another oil change that is way more expensive. Might be the wrong one against! I also remember when i tried to change the air filter for my Nissan , they took 1 hour to let me know " they didn't know where it was supposed to be at " they couldn't find where " . I honestly i don't know why i kept coming here for my car. It's the nearest to my house, but i think i rather drive more miles cause Lot of mistakes all the time . They are nice and everything, they just make lot of mistakes for your car and might not do all the work you even paid for.Service: Oil change

I went to JiL due to transmission light on. Tech performed transmission Flush . Next day left for Dallas and soon light relit. Went to nearest JL and was told trans flush is preventive not corrective measure. JL then Replace Front Axle Assembly-One Side and Front CV Axle Shaft with assurance light would not relight. Within 10 miles light relit. I slowly returned to Houston and private mechanic diagnosed. He replaced dirty and clogged filter (which was not touched by JL) and removed FIVE QUARTS of EXCESS transmission fluid which had obviously been installed during flush!!!!!Total paid to Juffy Lube: $632.85Effective problem solving: 0*This correspondence is being forwarded to the Better Business ButeauI am pleased to follow up this post with satisfaction with Mr. Mendazabal at the Highway 6 location who responded quickly to my post and refunded my money in a timely manner. However, I have received no reaction to the post, nor the direct email I sent to Mr. Dowdy (info supplied by the aforementioned Mr. Mendazabal)at the Cypresswood location. I would still welcome contact from someone from JiffyLube to make good on the other half of my complaint.Earl Dorber

They forgot to tighten/seal my oil fill cap giving me a few OBD CODES to clear (and a small heart attack when it stalled on idle) lol come on guys. Thankfully I didn't get my brakes flushed there, who knows what they would have forgot doing that. Service guys were cool though.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
