Wendell at the Jeffy Lube on 45 and Richey Rd. was absolutely amazing! The service was timely and very thorough! I was able to use my coupon so that was nice surprise in this economy. I will never take my car any where else for oil change, tire service and brakes. Thank you Wendell and Jeffy Lube for giving me a peace of mind. When I left I knew my car was SAFE!!!

I am highly satisfied with the service provided for my inspection today! The technician was extremely polite and informative. He educated me and handle my vehicle with care. I appreciate everyone checking in with me making sure I was taken care of, made my day. And this was done on my lunch! Prompt, courteous and professional! Way to go guys! @DevonairClemons go see him!!

My first time visiting this specific location for an oil change and state inspection. I will most likely never go back to this particular location. First, the guy who handled my transaction incorrectly charged me for someone else's services. After I saw the error, he struggled to issue me a refund. In addition, I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for over 14 years now so I know an oil change comes with a courtesy vacuum cleaning and window cleaning. I did not receive any of those services. Overall my experience was not what I expected. For $200, I just expected what I am used to. I would rather go across town to my familiar Jiffy Lube shop where they take care of business. 2 stars!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I ve made 3 attempts to get our fleet of service trucks done at this location and after today I will NEVER come back to this location. First two times they told me they didn t have oil filters for our trucks. That s after the manager told me he would have one ordered and on his desk for us next time we come in. I returned today to try again and the employee Joseph was extremely rude in front of all the customers in the waiting room. Apparently speaking to the lady about his insurance benefits was more important than tending to customers who are paying for a service. He (very sarcastically) told me that it was going to take over an hour to get to me and then smiled. I didn t mind waiting at all. I explained to him that I ve come twice before and they didn t have the filter if he could just let me know if they had one. He very rudely said it would be an hour before he could even answer my question. He then proceeds to walk into the shop and pace around as I stood at the counter waiting for him to come back in and just answer the question. I right then at the counter called the location right down the street on cypresswood Dr and the employee at that location told me if he didn t have the filter he could get one in 10 minutes. Customer service at the other location is exceptional! This is were we will be bring our fleet of service trucks for all future maintenance.

Quick and easy oil changes and always recommend services: air filters, brake fluid etc but not pushy. Good service overall. Love that they have coupons online!

I came to this Jiffy Lube last month because a light came on, and I figured it was time for an oil change. Once they were done diagnosing my vehicle, I was told that I had about 1000 miles left before I needed the oil change and that I had a hole in my "radiator hose" that was causing smoke. I paid $350 dollars to get it fixed, and waited there for 4 hours.Here I am 1 month later, and I finally needed that oil change. I went to a Jiffy Lube closer to my house this time, and they changed my oil but told me that I had a hole in my radiator hose. I explained to them that I just got that fixed, and that's when they told me that whoever fixed it didn't tighten something and now the coolant is leaking as well.I explained that someone at another Jiffy Lube fixed it, and he advised that I go back there. I did the next morning, because for some reason after the oil was changed my car started smoking like a train. When I arrived I was told that I had a hole and that's when I told him about my first experience. He pulled up my receipt and it said that I actually paid for a "thermostat." I don't know automotive language, but maybe it's all connected or maybe Jiffy Lube is a scam and like getting over on women!I don't think it's common to tell someone they have one problem, but put something different on the receipt. I showed the guy the picture of what the other Jiffy Lube guy said was the problem and all of a sudden, the issue diminished to just a coolant leak. NEVER AGAIN! I swear every time I bring my vehicle here, there's another damn problem. I just bought the car off the lot 4 months ago smh.UPDATE:I always wondered if the people who respond to these reviews actually want to follow-up and talk more about the situations, but they don't! The guy who responded posted his email, so I emailed him weeks ago with no response. It's all for show!

I came in at 930am after i got off from work across the at Springisd transport. There were one car in a stall. I was told they would get to me in 35 minutes. Its been one hour, and I m still sitting here. And there is no cars in the stalls. Nobody s here with me. Very unprofessional.

Since there's a transportation center-right across the street. I would think you would want 350 ladies to know. If they came to jiffy lube they would get a discount. Someone did tell me. I had a discount for restadrivers, but today I did not give a discount. I'm just saying. Everything was great.

Let s just say they are not very friendly here at this location at all. White dude instead of calling up to the computer about what I need he screams it across the lobby and I politely said no. Then at checkout he didn t even call me over that my car was done, just stood their looking into space, ask me to put my sticker on my window for the next oil change, and then proceeds to check me out and not a thank you for coming, nothing. Slid my keys over and ignored me. Will never be back!! Mind you this is the second time I ve been there, decided to give them a second chance because everyone has bad days, but nope! Guys here are not customer friendly at all. Disappointed because it s so close to my house. Owner needs to fire everyone and rehire new staff immediately!

Didn t reset oil sensor on car so it still says it needs an oil change. And didn t vacuum car even though they made it a point that it was included in their oil change service. Won t be coming back.

They did not diagnose anything. They had no suggestions. Even after I paid to get a whole tune up they handed the keys back and smiled and say it up front ready to go.I walk up to my car which they pulled out of the bay AND TURNED OFF. . AND MY CAR WOULDNT START. . FOR ABOUT 10 MINS AND do you think any one asked if I needed any help at all. No they laughed and ignored me. I promise you anything is better than this jiffy lube. Hundred down the drain when the problem was a $20 brake switch. You gotta be kidding. I wish I was.

I regret to inform you that my recent experience at your Jiffy Lube location was extremely disappointing. Despite bringing in my vehicle for service, it started leaking oil the very next day. This has led me to the conclusion that this will be my first and last visit to your establishment.

I was here to check my oil light kept going off/on when driving. The young lady that helped me was very professional, knowledgeable of what could be the problem. She checked my car reset the sensor offered future suggestions for my 2019 Sonata. The employees are always friendly, professional and the waiting area is always clean and presentable. I have had a great experience the 3x I have come from the employee. Quick professional service every time

Hands down the BEST experience to get my oil change, filters replaced, tire rotation and inspection done! Adan was very thorough and knowledgeable, got everything I needed done quickly, you are a great asset to this company. I came for an inspection and oil change. It didn t take them long to get me in since the other two cars were on their way out. I noticed 15 minutes into it all the employees were gone. It turns out two of them left to the McDonalds next door and then came back and started working on my truck again. I then asked how much longer it would take and they told me they we re waiting on a part to do my oil change. Out of respect they could have mentioned this a long time ago. They never checked in with me.

The level of service I experience was awesome. I went in for inspection but the technician Devnair C not only just conducted my inspection he also topped off all my fluids in addition to inspecting air filter. I will definitely be visiting this location again for additional services.

For my last few oil changes I've used this location. However today I went in for an oil change and was never acknowledged. The two workers that were there walked into the waiting area where I was sitting and waiting. I spoke to each one individually and neither spoke back. I'm a black American woman and they appeared to be white American men. I felt disrespected and decided to leave. Before leaving I sat in my car at the entrance to a stall in hopes I would be acknowledged. Still no attempt by either. So I left, to take my service somewhere else. These two men are not customer friendly. With that, they can not have my business when they're on shift. Today is 5/16/2023 2:45 p.m. Not to mention I was the only customer in the building

Excellent service. In a day and age when the art of customer service is suffering in most businesses, this Jiffy Lube location stands out as a breath of fresh air. I was met at my car, the rep went out of his way to escort me to the waiting room and open the door. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very proficient and friendly. The service to my vehicle was completed in a "jiffy" and checkout was a breeze. I am leaving the previous shop (competitor) that I have used for several years to patronize this business instead. Thanks everyone!! Highly recommended!!
