This Jiffy Lube location is doing it right, they check every import area on my vehicle and provided visual aids of its condition. Honest, clear and factual information.Oil, filter and air filter changed quickly at a very reasonable price. There is a reason there are so many great reviews the staff has earned them! Wonderful experience, highly recommended.

The technician got grease/oil/dirt on my cream colored leather seats. When I asked them about it they said "no ma'am, that's wear and tear" and that it was like that before I brought it in. Rather than take accountability they blamed me. I will never use this location again, and possibly never use another Jiffy Lube ever again- very dissatisfied and disappointed at the damage and how they mistreated me as a customer.

The guys here were professional and super fast. I originally needed an oil change but went ahead and got my transmission oil, and radiator coolant changed as well. Good guys all around and will be swinging by again for the next oil change.

Zenah and her crew on Saturday went above and behind to ensure that I got great service! I don t remember the names of the other two guys but i think Zeshawn and Matthew, a black guy and a white guy with glasses. The crew made sure I got the best possible service and gave me great advice about any concerns I had.

This location is really great. I went there with a damaged drain plug and not only did they took it out but replaced with a new at no charge. They were very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back. Bring all your friends and family here.

I take my work truck here for oil change. It's always a in and out experience. The guys are very attentive and very good with customer service. I dont live in the area, but I still drive over to use this particular location. Will recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to get their oil changed.

I have always use jiffy Lube for my car s oil changes as well as expect-ion. Each time they are very nice and courteous too. They also have good prices and coupons for their services.

I had my 5 and 10 year old daughters with me and the service team was very friendly to them; even offering them cookies.We are visiting the area and I was recommended to Jiffy Lube by my in-laws. They say they have always had good experiences with Jiffy Lube.

Everything was good until I went to get back in my car and there where oil on my seats on the drive side and passenger side on the side of the seat, from the guy vacuum out my car.just have respect for the customer. I do appreciate the services.

Very polite worker. Even though they were very busy, the guy made sure I felt taken care of and was important as well. I would recommend this place . Good service is always appreciated

They were kinda pushy bout other items like tire rotation and wind shield whipes.. but didn t like how the associate -when I was paying threw my keys on the counter while I was paying to the guy at the register found that to be rude plus I have a remote to start/run my car

Decided to visit a different location and glad I did I will be going to this location from now on. I wasn't pressured to do anything I didn't want but was told and given information I needed. I ve used this location for a few years. My last experience was poor. Most of the staff has a poor attitude.My hub cap went missing the day of my visit. When asking the staff if the hub cap may have fallen off during the tire rotation, it was met with don t blame it on me attitude. There was no attempt to search for the hub cap without me asking first. I was promised that I d receive a call the next day after the security footage was reviewed to see if I drove in with the hub cap. No call was received.Before leaving I noticed my wheel lock was not returned to me. It was still on the power tool used for my tire rotation. I assume the technician that worked on my vehicle was a trainee and lacked situational awareness.Overall the manager was nice .but the staff needs better training. I d recommend looking at a different Jiffy location for your next vehicle oil change service.

I had to swing by with hopes to get help testing my car battery. I went to Auto Zone down the street and no one there was helpful. I called Jiffy Lube on Gessner, I explained my situation and Ethan told me it's no problem, to come by. As soon as I got there, Ethan and Michael found the problem, explained the problem and ultimately I decided to just get a new 3 yr battery. They got me a new battery and installed it in no time. I was planning on having to come back the next or so, but they took care of it immediately and professionally. Thanks, fellas. I appreciate your help. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!! :)

Friendly bunch of guy's who seemed to enjoy their work. Visit was from Mr. Sticker(state Inspection) down the street. His computer was down today and he could not do any inspection's, Lucky for Jiffy Lube.

Give this location a 0 waited a whole hour and a half the entire time they weren t even working on changing my breaks or rotors worked on 3 other cars before me least you could do is inspect the car and let me know you could do the job .ending up telling me an hour later that my brakes were electrical connected to the car and they were not familiar with it so they could not work on it a complete waste of time if you have a newer car take it somewhere else they can t even change brakes for them manager Doesn t seem to have much knowledge about cars either.

Their customer service is mediocre and it seems like one of their technicians hasn't had full training because while working on my vehicle, he seemed to be stuck on removing a part because other technicians would go and try to tell him how taken care of the problem and he seemed to no understand them that even the manager walked over to check on the issue. Finally after a while of struggling, he finally finished I saw him just let the hood slam down with a loud sound that I heard all the way to the waiting area. I guess that's what's included in a $50.00 oil change. Needless to say that I will not be returning to this location again.

I was shocked that the guy didn t know how to open the hood or close it completely after the work was done. But, he was very polite. The wait time was not bad, but for a state inspection I would have expected it to be shorter.

I have taken my car here on many occasions. I feel like it's in good hands. I do usually end up taking many of their suggested extra services but never feel pressured to do so.
